Rodov's gang was generated, organized, trained - and received material help and support from Israel. It became a focus of interests of several Jewish organizations: Sochnut, the Ministry of Absorption (Israeli Immigrations), movement "Chabad", "Bneu Brith", JDL (I mean - the circles around the former JDL), "Maccabi", party "Likud", and "Betar". 

This last organization - "Betar" - is closely connected with the Israeli intelligence and the government of the state of Israel: more then any other Jewish terrorist organization. "Betar" - a radical Zionist movement - has generated (through Israeli special Services) inside itself powerful terrorist brigades, directed for an establishment of the Zionist dictatorship in Europe. Youth, or student's, branch of "Betar" in Europe (with main representation in Paris) refers to as "Tagar". Parisian headquarters of "Betar" has a close connection with the Israeli government, and in particular with the right-wing block "Likud", the party of Begin, Shamir, and Sharon. This organisation is completely supervised by MOSSAD (R. Hemeзaix, "Bйtar: la mauvaise йtoile de David ", Le Choc du Mois (France), July-August 1990, pp. 37-38.; Also:: "Quinze ans de terrorisme, "Le Choc du Mois (France), June 1991, pp. 7-13). 

This organization partially bears responsibility for death of my brother. As I have found out from the moderate French Jewish organizations, it was exactly "Betar" behind a call to Israeli embassy in Paris in time of my stay in Paris: to convince Israeli diplomats not to accept me in the consulate. During two years or more my brother and me - we were denied an entrance to Israel. Besides confiscations of our Israeli visas by KGB - the Israeli party also refused to proceed them. My brother (at mysterious circumstances) has received a significant doze of radiation, and could be saved only in case of a departure abroad. The responsibility for exposing him to radiation lays on the Soviet authorities, and, in particular, on Bobruisk military draft board. Details of this case were described in my "curriculum vitae" - "Witness". French Jewish organizations insisted that my brother and me - we should immigrate not in France, but in Israel. They did not understand why we were refused an entrance to Israel. After numerous calls of the outstanding Jewish figures and chiefs of non-radical Jewish organizations to the embassy of Israel in Paris Israelis have agreed to hand me over a visa to Israel, or issue a certificate that such a visa can not be given (and then my brother would come in France). However, in the last moment they did not let me to embassy's / consulate's territory. 

"Betar" (a creature of Jabotinsky) bears responsibility for uncountable terrorist attacks on "enemies", including attacks on "revisionists". The activists of "Betar" ("Tagar") are openly speaking about "extermination" (physical destruction) of those who denies the Zionist version of Holocaust. "Tagar" has confirmed its responsibility for an attack on French historian Olivier Mathieu during a television interview in February, 1990. The same year a crowd of "Betar" members had made a pogrom in the book store "Ogmios". Activists of "Betar" openly receive military battle training in Israel, under the command of the Israeli army battle officers. Members of "Betar" wear half-military uniform - light-blue uniform with white tie ("colors of Zionism").

"Betar" and its youth wing "Tagar" operate in France with the knowledge and at complete support of some high members of the French government (such, as the prime Minister of Jewish origins Laurent FABIUS). During several "Baitar" attacks on the opponents the police has passively stood observing these terrorist acts, without interfering. The most outrageous is that para-military formations are strictly forbidden in France... - except for the Jewish! 

There are numerous evidences that militants of "Betar", "Bnei Brith" and other Jewish terrorist organizations work in Europe under false names and documents, and these organizations themselves - under numerous other names, such as "Organization of Protection of the Jews", "The
Jewish Battle Organization", and so on. From 1976 to 1991 Jewish militants had committed 50 gangster attacks only in France. Jewish terrorists in Europe have received a "right" to attack "enemies" going practically unpunished. (94. Once Roman Empire or Russian Empire have moved their military garrisons farther and further due to expand their possessions. Exactly as the State of Israel places its military forces (under a kind of [camouflage] "local" Jewish brigades) in each city, in each country, depriving big countries and their peoples of the sovereignty, and under a pretext of protection of the Jewish population. With the help of terror these Jewish garrisons are poaching the laws of the country, freedom of self-expressions, equality, economic rights and pluralism, establishing a dictatorship in everything, and enslaving both Jews and non-Jews, imposing their own rules, traditions, and laws, and providing its elite with the steady privileges. Getting depending on the Jewish lobby, politicians-non-Jews become puppets of the government of the state of Israel and hostages of the Jewish terrorist gangs, and those, who oppresses to this, are killed before they become influential politicians. 

A classical example, how Israeli Zionist minority grasps the control above a sovereign state even in a not so friendly environment, can be found in Quebec, where "Bnei Brith" and the Canadian Jewish Congress have created a para-military organization - a firm "Isra-Guard", - which staff consists practically exclusively from Jews or Israelis, and further - almost exclusively (90-99 of %) from the officers and soldier of the Israeli army. Formally - a private company (enterprise), ensuring protection of the people and objects and "anti-terrorist" "operations", this organization has become in reality an occupation garrison of the Israeli army and local "Bnei Brith", completely supervising the main city of Quebec - Montreal. The name of this organization (company) ("the Israeli Guards") as well as the uniform, which her employees are wearing (similar to the uniform of the special forces of Israeli police) openly specify that it is not anything else, but a garrison of the Israeli army. One of most evil facts is that many workers of "Isra-Guard" themselves are not carriers of the Zionist ideology, and many even arrived in Quebec from Israel as refugees, being rescued (excepted) in Quebec from Israeli racism and persecutions on ethnic ground, but all together they represent just one of occupation garrisons, put by Israeli Zionists all over the Earth.

Since the Second World War Jewish Zionist circles and the State of Israel have created a whole culture of global terror, to which any terrorist organization, any, supporting terrorism, state - can not be compared. In comparison with the sinister shadow of the huge Jewish terrorism the Arab terrorism - is simply a baby in a cradle. You see - we intentionally did not speak yet in this work about terrorist operations directly executed by Israeli army and MOSSAD, which were carried out and will be carried out against Palestinian people, against Arab countries, against numerous objects all over the world. I always wanted to answer a typical Israeli argument "we have a lot of enemies!" by a question: why? Is that not because you are - enemies of all peoples, including Jewish? not because a "high" level of aggressive, predatory business approach and low level of morality (in spite of some pleasant rare exceptions) associate with you (Israelis)? From the top of knowledge about global Jewish terrorism the attack on New York and Pentagon looks clearer and clearer as a business of this particular terrorism. 

For me, for a number of years studied the problem of the Zionist terror, there is presently no doubt that, by plan, and its execution - this was their style. Coincides (and not casually) also that it happened under the Sharon's regime - even by the standards of the Israeli political life - the most brutal, immoral and unprincipled of them. 

It is easily read also what they wanted to achieve: 1) to throw a shadow of fault on Muslims: to provoke and justify a strike of USA military at Muslim world. 2) "punish" Christians by putting a strike on their pride and self-identification, so that in the greater degree to corrupt Christian traditions, integrity of the Christian culture and system of values. (Not casually as the targets were chosen symbols of economic and military powers of the Christian civilization). 3) under a pretext of questions of security establish totalitarism: if not in all Northern hemisphere, then, at least, on American continent; chiefs of the global Zionism were tired to play in liberalism: because the main installation, mentality and principle of the ideology of Zionism, military and religious leaders of global Jewish radicalism, and political elite of the State Israel was - and there is - slavery. Besides, they were more and more irritated that more and more people in former democratic countries have began to reflect about the status of the Jewish extremism in the Christian world. 

In an essay of a well-known American journalist, Josef A. SOBRAN, we read: 

(October, 2001, magazine "SOBRAN'S") 

(....) "The Shock (after attacks of 11 Sept. - ours comment) has 
already, and inevitably, been compared to that of Pearl Harbor. 
There is one difference: on December 7, 1941, there was no doubt 
who the enemy was. The United States immediately declared war 
on Japan. This time, for the moment, no return address has been 
found." (....) The simple and tempting response is to blame 
someone arbitrarily, strike him, and call it justice. In this case, 
Osama bin Laden, wealthy patron of Muslim guerrillas, is the 
natural target for bogus vengeance." (....) 

"One thing is only too clear: most Americans have no conception of the 
depth of hatred harbored against this country in large parts of the world. 
This is no longer the ideological anti-Americanism of the Soviet era; it's 
much more personal and bitter, in large part because of the personal harm 
inflicted by U.S. bombs, sanctions, and "reliable allies," from the Middle 
East to the Balkans. Millions of Iraqis, Serbs, and Palestinians hold this 
country responsible for the deaths of their family members. We may have 
forgotten yesteryear's fleeting headlines of remote places we'd barely 
heard of; they remember living through scenes as horrible as those of the 
World Trade Center." 

"The U.S. Government takes no responsibility for a bullying foreign 
policy, including unstinting support of a bullying Israel (....) It has 
responded to the attack with pompous and irrelevant abstractions 
about "terrorism," "freedom," and "democracy." These are worse than 
useless: they show that our ruling elite is determined to learn nothing from 
this terrible experience."

"Our rulers are already making it clear that they will not respond to the 
September 11 attack with any measure of introspection and self-criticism; 
instead, they will, as usual, make it an occasion of further 
self-aggrandizement. They will continue making us enemies abroad, while 
"protecting" us at home by curtailing our remaining liberties." 

Joseph Sobran 

Sobran writes that actions of American and Israeli army are the same terrorism. 

This journalist and thinker sees a source of innumerous problems of our world in Zionism and Israeli expansionism. He writes in another text: 

"The Jews' long survival is often called "miraculous." It would seem so - 
literally. Judaism is based on divine revelation, and the highly tribal 
and patriarchal Mosaic law, so contrary to every precept of modern 
liberalism, has created a race of people who have refused assimilation to 
their surrounding populations over many centuries."

"In all this the Jews are in striking contrast to the ancient Romans, for 
example, who glorified themselves and developed a self-congratulatory 
mythology (as in Virgil's Aeneid). Today the mighty Roman Empire is 
long gone; the Jews are still here, thanks in large part to their capacity 
for spiritual self-criticism. "Whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth." The 
Jews, to their glory, took his chastenings to heart." 

"Of course most Jews no longer believe in Judaism; many are hostile 
to any religion, including their own. In substituting Zionism for Judaism 
they have adopted a self-exalting modern nationalism, rejecting all 
criticism as "anti-Semitism." The state of Israel practices every form of 
discrimination against non-Jews that secularized Jews reject when they 
are a minority anywhere else in the world. . (.....) The idea of the Chosen 
People is separated both from the Mosaic Law and from any sense of a 
transcendent mission to the goyim - "the nations." And Zionist jingoism, 
forever casting Jews as innocent victims, has taken its toll on the ancient 
Jewish capacity for rigorous self-criticism. Just as gentile criticism of Jews 
has become "anti-Semitism," Jewish self-criticism has become "self-hatred." 

"Modern Jewry violently resented the 1975 United Nations declaration 
(later rescinded) that Zionism is "a form of racism and racial 
discrimination," but that is what Jews would rightly call any state based 
on similar laws consigning Jews to inferior status. Israeli laws on 
intermarriage and residence (92 per cent of the land of Israel is for 
Jewish residence only) recall Southern Jim Crow laws and Germany's 
Nuremberg laws. But only a few bold critics have pointed out this double 
standard. Actually, it goes beyond normal double standards: it's the 
application of standards that are directly opposite to those the modern, 
more or less "liberal" Jews insist on elsewhere." 

"Israel's right to exist" really means the right of Jews to dominate 
non-Jews. That is the foundation - the virtual constitution - of the 
Jewish state, and Jewish courts have ruled that non-Jews may not claim 
the same rights as Jews. Under the "right of return," any Jew in the world 
may "return" to Israel (even if none of his ancestors ever lived there) and 
immediately claim rights denied to Palestinians whose ancestors have 
lived there for untold centuries." 

"Such facts, along with Israel's heavy dependence on American aid, 
confirm the very stereotypes Jews constantly protest: of Jews as 
duplicitous "parasites" who recognize no moral obligations of Jews 
toward gentiles. So do Israeli espionage and technology theft against 
this country. The convicted spy Jonathan Pollard is widely celebrated 
as a national hero in Israel. And yet we are told, not only by Jews but 
by our own native prostitute politicians, that Israel is our "reliable ally" 
as well as a model of "democracy." (....) 

Sobran writes that Jewish newspapers, journalists and ideologists always wrote that the Soviet authority in any case was better, than Tzarism. Russian Tzaism was considered as the most anti-Semite regime in Europe before Hitler. This opinion that "The Soviet authority in any case is better, than... "was persistently supported by the Jews. And only when Solzhenitsyn's "GULAG" has appeared, only then has become clear, what by nature was the Soviet regime. In Russia, Hungary and Romania - especially in the beginning of socialist revolutions it was, as we can see, rather not Soviet, but Jewish authority. Just that initial burst of Bolshevism, when in the main ruling body of Bolsheviks Jews made the overwhelming majority, - has given an anti-Christian impulse, in consequence of which the Soviet authority has developed war on Christianity. That gives the words of American radio-priest, father Charles COUGHLIN, who has denounced names of the Jews in the Soviet ruling elite and has condemned the Jewish role in murdering over 20 millions Christians (as we learned later, this figure actually was underestimated) later. The bitter truth is that the same Stalin's concentration camps had soaked up both millions of Christians, and Jews, and the persecution of the ordinary Jews was not finished after the destruction Tzarism, but proceeded by time of the Soviet authority. Jewish extremism, whether it be Bolshevism, Nazism or Zionism, always carries not prosperity, but destruction to the majority of Jews, and only the Jewish elite wins prosperity and power. 

"But Jews are so powerful in this country that any mention of the 
Jewish angle in liberalism is taboo, whereas the interests of "the 
Christian Right" are freely reported, often with scornful overtones. 
As I have reason to know, a journalist may endanger his career by 
discussing Jewish interests in any light except a highly favorable 
one. An especially vivid illustration is provided by the media's 
concerted hate campaign against Pat Buchanan. Jewish power is 
such that even Jews in the media are themselves afraid of it." 

Not only Sobran, but also other journalists connect the problems of terrorism with Israel - in that or another way. The steadily growing refinement and insidiousness of the Muslim terrorism is a reaction to lawlessness of the Jewish extremists, their impunity and power, and incalculable crimes, committed by Jewish terrorists, led by the state of Israel. It is a reaction of desperation. Jews, not agreeable with the Zionist dominance, Christians, Muslims, and in general all peoples of the world - experience not only economic and political pressure, rendered on them by Zionists, but also heavy moral bends. Just these heavy moral bends became recently especially intolerable. J. SOBRAN, John BRYANT, and other opponents of Jewish extremism openly write about "the Jewish censorship", imposed on all spheres of life and activity. This, intolerable, censorship has already reduced or brought to nothing all achievement of the industrial states, the cultural progress and positive social gains. 

David DUKE, National President of Organization of the Europe-American Unity and Rights, has frankly expressed his concerns about the same problem:

"I shall present you the documentary proof that during last 50 years 
Israel participated in more terrible terrorism than any other nation in 
the world; and also that, by supporting her [Israel's] criminal behavior, 
America now reaps fanatical hatred on behalf of hundreds of millions 
people from all around the globe. The prime minister of Israel, Ariel 
SHARON, is one of the terrorists, most soiled with blood, in the world. 
He bears responsibility for a cool minded manslaughter of at least 1,500 
men, women and children in Beirut camps of the refugees of Shatila and 
Sabra. Even the formal Israeli commissions have found, that Sharon is 
personally responsible for Lebanese massacre ... America, which 
demanded of the Hague Tribunal to detain and to judge Miloshevich, 
pretends that did not know about mass murders committed by Sharon. 
Instead of handing over him the warrant on arrest for mass murders and 
put the handcuffs, which he deserves, on him, President BUSH 
welcomes A. Sharon with hand shakes and embraces. How must the 
world to chuckle in mistrust, when Bush confers with Sharon on a subject 
of "struggle with terrorism"!" 

"American mass media, seized by Jews, and politicians, controlled by 
Israelis, do not want that American people should have completely 
realized [the level of] that incredibly high price, which America pays for 
the blind support of Israel. After attack of September 11, 2001, even the 
President Bush has repeated an absurd lie, suggesting that the attack has 
taken place, because they hate the fact of our freedom. If, as the media 
assure, Bin Laden stands behind this terrorism, they know, that the attack 
has taken place not because he "hates freedom". (.....) "Only three years 
ago, during Klinton's administration, TV ABC and PBS's Fronta took an 
interview from Bin Laden. And Bin Laden has clearly declared, why he 
stood up against America ": 

"They (the Americans) have left themselves back to the mercies of 
disloyal government.... It is - Israel inside America. Take such 
influential ministries as State Secretary (MFA), Ministry of Defense 
and CIA, - and you will see, that the Jews are ruling the roast in them. 
They use America for applying their plans to the whole world ... 
During more than half a century, Muslims in Palestine were cut out 
by Jews, attacked, plundered, deprived their honor and their property. 
Their houses collapsed, their crop was destroyed ... it is my message 
to American people: find yourself a serious government, which will 
serve your interests and will not to attempt in the same time on 
countries of other peoples, or on their honor ..." 

"When an official of the Israeli cabinet, Rhawam ZEEVI, was killed 
by Palestinians in October, 2001, Sharon and some American officials 
have condemned it as "terrorism". (Zeevi was a double-dyed criminal, 
an owner of a bordello networks and public houses, where sex-slaves 
and other slaves were kept. It was he, who stood behind kidnapping 
(abduction) of hundreds of Russian women and transformation them 
into Israeli sex-slaves). "If execution of Zeevi was really terrorism, 
how then we should name long-term Israeli murders of hundreds of 
Palestinian politicians, philosophers, clerics and poets? (....) Why the 
media does not inform that Zeevi was a supporter of the Jewish Nazism, 
who wrote, that the residency of Palestinians and their work in Israel 
are illegal, that they are like "vermin" and "crawfishes" inside us?!.." 

"No wonder that Ariel Sharon could make the following statement to 
Peres, when the last has assumed, that Israel can lose American help, if 
she will not return recent Israeli captures. Sharon has replied: 

"Every Time, when we do something, you inform me, that America will 
do this and will do that... I want to tell something completely clear to you: 
do not worry of the would-be American pressure on Israel. We, the 
Jewish people, we control America, and the Americans know it ".

R. Zeevi loved to say (in his numerous statements) - 
"no Arabs - no terror", "a good Arab is a dead Arab". 
 

The story about Zionist terrorism will be incomplete without mentioning of reprisals, which the Zionist organizations will carry out against their opponents by hands of those state (or non-governmental) establishments, institutes and services, in which they have a resolute influence and authority. 

Here is a fragment from a small document written by Fr. V. - my friend, critics of Zionism, a student of "Concordia" University (translation from French original): 

"Severe mockeries of immigration services at the victims, strange 
penalties (fines), understating of the amounts of the social payments, 
refusals of payments of indemnifications for a trauma, artificially 
provoked conflicts with your landlord, at work or understating of 
such indemnification; organized (arranged) from the Zionist 
organizations dismissals from work, - everything is exploited!" 

"The Ministry of Immigration, Tax Agency, social services, 
telephone and Internet-companies, banks make your life 
intolerable. Your telephone could be disconnected for days 
without any compensation or even without explanation (apology); 
your Internet company does not let you in Internet as soon as 
you participate in a criticizing Israel chat or publish your new 
essay on Internet; firms, which Zionists had time to tell, "who 
you are" (Berlitz, Quantum, etc.) do not accept you for work, 
social payments and discounts do not arrive, or underestimated. 
An insurance company makes you problems and inconveniences, 
your bank first copies your check, and then refuses to accept it, 
without giving any reason. Your family doctor does not wish to 
send you to a specialist or to issue a medication; a drugstore 
is systematically "mistaken" in registration of purchase - and you 
do not receive the federal discount on medicine; and a shop 
gives out to you an incorrectly registered guarantee, so, that a bit 
later refuses to replace a burned down in four days computer. 
Food, ordered in a store, is not delivered to you; a neighbor, 
who lives above you, slosh down your apartment, and, coming 
"to apologize", with a silly smile, begins to tell, that knows about 
your anti-Zionist activity. At university there is a whole series of 
misunderstanding: they have forgotten to schedule an individual 
lesson for you; terms for an exam were not issued; they have 
mixed your documents. There are misunderstandings with the 
newspaper, which you need urgently and which you subscribed 
because of university studies: though you have paid the money, 
you are regularly not delivered it; yours Internet-site is broken, 
your electronic mail does not work, as soon as you go on 
Internet - a virus is immediately sent to you." 

"In the same time it is not simple to prove any connection of 
the Zionist terrorism with all these phenomena. Routine, 
occurring day-to-day incidents look as an unhappy chain of 
accidents, without any clear dependence from each other. 
Though such a heap of unhappy circumstances contradicts 
any common sense (theory of probabilities) and practice, 
though is outlined by exact chronological frameworks, 
conterminous to you anti-Zionist activity, you must accept 
it as it is, or - if not - you will look even to yourself as a 
fantaseur and specimen. You'll find yourself in complete 
impasse, in a trap, from which there is no exit. Certainly, 
theoretically you can suit everyone, who has violated your 
rights, separately, but you don't have neither time, nor 
money, and - besides - more new and again new incidents 
simply will not allow you to undertake any actions." 

"All this occurs on a background of continuous systematic 
threats on the phone and through Internet. You are threatened 
by death - or they threat to blow up your apartment, to lay a 
bomb in your car, and a script "Nazi" at your door, made by 
a spray paint, appears from time to time constantly."

In the context of constantly extending publications about this problem - it looks that these four paragraphs were caused not by "rich imagination", but by real troubles, in this or another way connected with anti-Zionist activity. Here is a final conclusion, which Institute for Historical Revue makes: 

"As this report shows, non-governmental Zionist terrorism has 
been a problem for more than twenty years. It remains a serious
problem today. 

Espousing Jewish supremacy, the Zionist terror network operates 
internationally, linking Israel, Europe and the United States. In 
addition to the suffering and destruction resulting directly from its 
many crimes, the network's campaign of bigotry fosters a dangerous 
climate of hate and intolerance. Through intimidation, threat and 
violence, Jewish-Zionist terrorists have succeeded in silencing 
numerous voices. Many others have never spoken up out of fear 
that they might likewise become victims. 

Particularly alarming is the important support provided to these 
criminal groups by the government of Israel. This official 
collaboration poses a threat not only to the freedom and security 
of individuals in many countries, but to the very freedom and 
sovereignty of nations. 

At the same time, though, the danger should not be exaggerated. 
Zionist power is formidable but not limitless. 

For one thing, Jewish militants are often so inept and mutually 
suspicious that they squander much of their energy on attacks 
against each other..(R. Friedman, " Nice Jewish Boys with Bombs: 
The Return of the JDL, " Village Voice (New York), May 6, 1986, 
p. 21 ("... Members spend more time plotting against each other 
than against their gentile Enemies.") 

Moreover, the number of individuals and organizations that 
Zionist militants perceive as "anti-Semitic enemies" has 
increased so dramatically in recent years that any one person 
or group is less likely to be singled out for attack. (Even the 
much-feared "anti-Semite" epithet has lost much of its impact. 
In 1991, an Israeli government cabinet minister denounced 
President George Bush as "anti-Semitic" because he wasn't 
acting quickly enough in approving a $10 billion loan 
guarantee to Israel.) 

The readiness of Zionist militants to use violence against 
those whose views they reject is an implicit admission of 
moral and intellectual weakness. By resorting to violence 
against Holocaust revisionists and others, Zionist fanatics 
inherently acknowledge their inability to discredit their 
adversaries' arguments in free and open debate. Each new 
act of intimidation and violence only serves to further 
underscore this intellectual impotence. 

In the long run, ideas and arguments cannot be destroyed 
by violence. Holocaust revisionism, in particular, has made 
such strides in so many countries in recent years that it can 
no longer be effectively suppressed." 

One of the old myths about "the Jewish question" has failed. Influential politicians of the advanced countries believed among themselves, that, as soon as the Jews "will receive" the state - and their creative energy will be directed on its establishment and achievement of economic prosperity, - they will cease to aspire to overmaster for themselves European sovereign states. In reality right from the moment of creation of the State of Israel the main phase of Zionists' struggle for their global dictatorship just began. Less and less people still continue to think, that Israel - is a state, which is fair and democratic.... It was especially good understood in Europe. 

German newspaper FRANKFURTER RUNDSCHAU has published in one of these days an interview with Karl LAMERS, speaker from the parliamentary block CDU/CSU -Bundestagsfraktion. He has expressed an opinion, that in Germany now many people "regret" that once "have not got to the core" the Israeli regime, that it is pure racist and that this regime does not express interests on behalf of whom it, ostensibly, exists. Lamers considers, that the enlightenment in Germany concerning the State of Israel has nothing to do with anti-Semitism: " 

"Ich fьrchte, dass aus den neuen Wahrnehmungen falsche 
Schlussfolgerungen in der grundsдtzlichen Einstellung zu 
Israel gezogen werden Kцnnten. Es darf vor dem 
Hintergrund unserer Geschichte keinen Zweifel daran geben, 
dass wir weiterhin Verantwortung fьr die Existenz, Die 
Zukunft und die Sicherheit Israels haben. ---- Gibt es in 
Deutschland einen latenten Antisemitismus? ---- Das 
glaube ich nicht. Aber es Gibt die Angst davor, was viele 
Politiker sehr vorsichtig sein lдsst mit klaren Worten..." 

Other German newspapers has gone even further, by reminding that the state Israel is actually a sole legitimate successor of the fascist Germany, by which hands it was created. Polish, Belgian, Italian, and Spanish press are adjusted extremely critically both in relation to the Israeli regime in general, and to its methods in resolving "the Palestinian question" in particular. These methods are already everywhere officially refer to as a genocide. Especially essential are Greek and French press. They look into the root of the problem. "We should understand, that the Israeli regime is the most racist regime in history. This state was primary created as anti-Christian, which purpose is the destruction of our Christian civilization". So was written in the last monthly of one Greek newspaper. I have contacts for some time with journalists of the French newspaper "Le Monde". Recently they have suggested that now in France the criticism of the State of Israel is not such a strict taboo, as in the past. 

It is difficult to imagine, that such a book, as "L'Effroyable Imposture", written by journalist Thierry MEYSSAN, could appear, for example, in the States. (It was published in France). In the response to this book one Lyons newspaper has written: "Les autoritй s Йtats-uniennes ont tentй de faire accroire que les dйgвts, survenus le 11 septembre 2001 au Pentagone, seraient dus au crash d'un Boeing." - The authorities in USA want to assure us, that the destructions in Pentagon on September 11, 2001 were caused by a fall of "Boeing". In reality, as the author considers, they were caused not by a plane. The building of Pentagon was destroyed by a winged rocket. In author's opinion, rocket's target was not the Ministry of Defense of USA as a whole, but only a new Department of Navy Command Center, that spills light on other secret intrigues of those who stood behind this attack. The author reminds that inside the WTC towers there was a confidential CIA base, that the American authorities tried to hide as well. The collapse of WTC towers has taken place because of the collision with them of the beforehand programmed for those planes, and not by planes, stolen by terrorists-kamikaze. Thierry Meyssan considers: it occurred as a consequence of a conspiracy in the USA government, where the right radicals have decided to finish with democracy, satisfy demands of the military-industrial complex about increase of the military spending and the battle operations, and also to satisfy demands of the oil-producing magnates. There is only one step up from the criticism of Meyssan - to naming the true criminal - Israeli military. But this step was not made. All of us know, why. However, even in this shape the book became a nightmare for the Jewish lobbi in America: as an attempt to dispute the official Israeli interpretation of the events. Not casually the most "Jewish" of all central American newspapers, "New- York Times", has placed an article with fragments from the book, where artfully and meanly, with the large refinement, discredits it. Then this newspaper ("New-York Times") pretended that the book was subjected to sharp criticism in the French press, which does not correspond to the reality. Hasty release of another book, a book - "refutation", written by two prostitute French journalists, in which they ostensibly "break" Meyssan's reasons, reflects a stir, caused by the book "L'Effroyable Imposture" in the Jewish circles. 

By the way, I was probably the first, who stood up with an assumption that the planes were not stolen, but programmed for the collision. Apparently, on numerous forums in Internet I was promoting this idea tens of times, already from 15-th of September, 2001. In particular, I stated this assumption on French forums on Yahoo and at the forum (if I don't mix up) of newspapers "Le Monde", and also at German forum of "Spiegel" magazine. It is quite possible, that the author of the book borrowed my idea - or made this conclusion himself. 
 
 
 

A SELF-PROCLAIMED 
TERRORIST STATE
 

As a successor of terrorist organizations like "Irgun", "Lehi", "Hagana" (and others) - the State of Israel has never separated herself from terrorism and terrorist methods. Actually all founders of Israel (individuals and groups) and all Israeli premier-ministers (heads of state) were war criminals, terrorists and participants in brutal acts of genocide. Begin, Shamir and others - were in the leadership of pro-fascist terrorist organizations, and the present State of Israel was found by these terrorist organizations. 

Instead of separate herself from terrorism, Israel profoundly stress links with terrorism and encourage terrorism by Israeli law. 

First of all, Israel has no constitution. Someone can say that United Kingdom has no constitution as well. Let's place it strictly. UK is an exclusion, and there are can not be 2 exclusions. Everyone knows that England has a "constitution" of very strong parliamentarian and social (democratic in a way) traditions, customs, habits and rules, based on hundreds of years of practice. Israel was founded just half a century ago, without a constitution, arising from a chaos of war, terrorist activity, and fractional (and tribal) frictions and disagreements. In Israeli situation "no constitution" means "no civil society", "no democracy", "no human rights", "no prohibition of terrorism". 

In his article at Montreal's newspaper "HOUR" (Dec. 15-21, 1994) Peter Wheeland wrote that "The Soviet Union and Israel are the only countries where ethnic origin is indicated on your identity papers". Julius Grey, the most respected Canadian constitutional and human rights lawyer, thinks that Israel - a country "with a degree of excessive zeal, could react badly to someone, who attacked the very basis of Zionism. Further, insofar as mixed [religion] couples are concerned, there is a very clear injustice in Israel: people can't marry, they don't have full rights". 

Israeli internal passport ("teudat zehut"), which carries indication of ethnic identity (as "Russian", "Jew", "Armenian", "Arab", or "ethnic origin was not define" - which is even a greater abjection), must be shown in Israel everywhere. Without presenting this document you can not enter any public place, hospital, institution, etc. Without "tehudat zehut" you can not receive job, education, social or legal service, etc. Absence of constitution, discriminatory and racist legislation, rules and regulations, which are racist, - all this is a pretext for terrorist-style violent attacks against minorities inside Israel, and (by Jews or Israelis) against non-Jews outside Israel. 

If we'll evaluate all changes in Israeli law, we will see that with time Israeli basic laws are gradually shifting towards more open approval of the global Israeli terrorism and its justification. In Israeli laws we can find both legalization of terrorism and the reason why to use it. Israeli basic laws (like the "Law of return", "Penal Code", etc.) are declaring a war on all non-Jews and Jewish dissidents. This war is declared because of the "anti-Semitism", "hostility" and "guilt" towards Jews, and because "goim" (non-Jews) don't want to recognize Jewish domination and superiority. From 1970-s to 1990-s (and after) Israeli laws have been drastically changing towards denial (and contradiction (to) of all international regulations and civilized norms; apart from all treaties that Israel signed, and from all international standards. 

Israeli laws are designed to justify any Jew who killed a "goi" (non-Jew), any action against non-Jews, any brutality, which was committed in the name of "Jewish interests". Israeli laws specify non-Jews as sub-humans, and Jews as only humans in the world. According to Israeli laws it does not matter, whether a Jew resides on Israel's territory, or not: a Jew must be judged only by the Israeli rules and regulations. Now, according to new changes to Israeli law, - a non-Jew must also be judged according to Israeli law (applicable to any part of the world) - if a matter that concerns a Jewish individual or a Jewish community is inflicted here. In real life it means legalization of any Israeli intervention in any part in the world, in any country, against any person, in violation of any universal convention or treaty. 

Israeli law violates the most basic and universal international law and human rights declarations: like "Geneva Convention" and "Universal Declaration On Human Rights". However, what is the most outraged about the Israeli law - besides its content - is inaccessibility. Israeli laws are written in Hebrew, a language, which only 4 million (this statistics is in doubt: some annalists say - 3 million) Israelis can fluently speak and understand. However, there is a suggestion that near 30 % of Israelis don't know Hebrew well and don't speak it at work and at home. Hebrew is an artificial language, developed from an ancient Jewish language by people, who on purpose primitivized it, deriding most of the intellectual and emotional scale. Modern Hebrew is a military language, designed for commanding or arguing tone, a language of commands and obedience. However, Israeli regime have developed and pushed into life "another Hebrew", a special bureaucratic language, based on Hebrew, which almost nobody understands. This casuistic and deliberately "encoded" language differs from any bureaucratic jargon in European languages. When in European countries (or in North America) any document, issued by any bureaucratic institution (like municipality, police, or court), can be understood by any educated (accomplished a secondary school) person, in Israel even people, graduated from universities, can not understand this Orwell's novo-lingua. In Israel - a country, where fresh or recent immigrants are 15 or may be even 25 percent of the total population, there is no translation of Israeli laws into other languages. Besides, Israeli laws were made inaccessible even in Hebrew. There are no online libraries of Israeli laws, any books or law magazines, available to the public. To have an access to the sources of Israeli law you must be "in the system". It is very clear that this order was deliberately created by the Israeli regime for lawlessness and abuse of ordinary people. 

In this situation we can learn about Israeli laws from very narrow number of sources:
1) Israeli newspapers - like "Jerusalem Post" or "Ha-Arets";
2) UN, "Amnesty International" and "Human Rights Watch" resolutions and other documents;
3) From lawyers-activists' statements.

However, even this small quantity astonishes! Racism, slavery, brutality, sadism; legalization of terrorism, tortures, and discrimination are in Israeli laws. 

The most important law in Israel is the "Law of Return". This law WAS translated into English. "Law of Return" is the main stone, on which the State of Israel is based, the main justification for Israel's existence. The original text of this law has already become the most racist law in human history. Let's recall words of Sobran: "Jewish courts have ruled that non-Jews may not claim the same rights as Jews. Under the "right of return," any Jew in the world may "return" to Israel (even if none of his ancestors ever lived there) and immediately claim rights denied to Palestinians whose ancestors have lived there for untold centuries." Let's imagine that all 14 million Jews in the world, plus other millions of the mix families' members, plus people, one of whose grandparents was a Jew, - decided (because of this or another reason) to claim their "right of return". As a tiny state, with no water and other resources Israel is not able to accommodate millions of people. It automatically means that Israel will then claim lands of all neighbor Muslim and Christian countries: because expansionism, terrorism and aggression are logically hidden in Israeli basic law. 

In Ralph Schoenman's "The Hidden History of Zionism" we can read:  "The Zionist Vision of "Eretz Israel" - The Israel of Theodore Herzl (1904) and Rabbi Fischmann (1947). In his Complete Diaries, Vol II, Page 711, Theodor Herzl, the founder of Zionism, says that the area of the Jewish state stretches: "From the Brook of Egypt to the Euphrates." Rabbi Fischmann, member of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, declared in his testimony to the U.N. Special Committee of Enquiry on July 9, 1947: "The Promised Land extends from the River of Egypt to the Euphrates. It includes parts of Syria and Lebanon." This perfectly corresponds to above mentioned hidden sense of the Law of Return. 

However, even this, already radically racist (and aggressive) text of the Law of Return - was subjected to further changes: to the extremes of a profound aggression and racism. In 1954 the Law of Return was changed (enforced), and in 1970 Golda Meir (her cabinet) has made some "amendments" to the Law of Return. So, what was the nature of these changes?

2. (a) Aliyah** shall be by oleh's visa.

      (b) An oleh's visa shall be granted to every Jew who has expressed his
     desire to settle in Israel, unless the Minister of Immigration is
     satisfied that the applicant

       (1) is engaged in an activity directed against the Jewish people; or

       (2) is likely to endanger public health or the security of the State; OR 

       "(3) IS A PERSON WITH A CRIMINAL PAST, LIKELY TO 
       ENDANGER PUBLIC WELFARE."

 3. (a) A Jew who has come to Israel and subsequent to his arrival has
     expressed his desire to settle in Israel may, while still in Israel,
     receive an oleh's certificate.
 

    == 2. In sections 2 and 5 of the Law, the words "the Minister of
     Immigration" shall be replaced by the words "the Minister of the
     Interior".

     1. In the Law of Return, 5710-1950**, the following sections shall be
     inserted after section 4:

      4A. (a) The rights of a Jew under this Law and the rights of an oleh
     under the Nationality Law, 5712-1952***, as well as the rights of an
     oleh under any other enactment, are also vested in a child and a
     grandchild of a Jew, the spouse of a Jew, the spouse of a child of a Jew
     and the spouse of a grandchild of a Jew, except for a person who has
     been a Jew and has voluntarily changed his religion.

      (b) It shall be immaterial whether or not a Jew by whose right a right
     under subsection (a) is claimed is still alive and whether or not he has
     immigrated to Israel.

      (c) The restrictions and conditions prescribed in respect of a Jew or
     an oleh by or under this Law or by the enactments referred to in
     subsection (a) shall also apply to a person who claims a right under
     subsection (a).

     4B. For the purposes of this Law, "Jew" means a person who was born of a
     Jewish mother or has become converted to Judaism and who is not a member
     of another religion.

     2. In section 5 of the Law of Return, 5710-1950, the following shall be
     added at the end: "Regulations for the purposes of sections 4A and 4B
     require the approval of the Constitution, Legislation and Juridical
     Committee of the Knesset.".

     3. In the Population Registry Law, 5725-1965, the following section
     shall be inserted after section 3:5725-1965.

     3A. (a) A person shall not be registered as a Jew by ethnic affiliation
     or religion if a notification under this Law or another entry in the
     Registry or a public document indicates that he is not a Jew, so long as
     the said notification, entry or document has not been controverted to
     the satisfaction of the Chief Registration Officer or so long as
     declaratory judgment of a competent court or tribunal has not otherwise
     determined.

      (b) For the purposes of this Law and of any registration or document
     thereunder, "Jew" has the same meaning as in section 4B of the Law of
     Return, 5710-1950.

      (c) This section shall not derogate from a registration effected before
     its coming into force.".

 Chief rabbis call for revision to be made in Law of Return

Israel's leading Jewish authorities, Sephardi Chief Rabbi Eliyahu Bakshi-Doron and
his Ashkenazi counterpart Yisrael Meir Lau called Sunday for an urgent revision to 
be made to the Law of Return, Army Radio reported. 

The two, speaking at the end of the annual convention of rabbis in Jerusalem, 
warned that "seventy percent of the new immigrants to Israel are professed
non-Jews, with no connection to Judaism. We cannot continue to bring entire 
Christian families to Israel."

As we can clearly see, in 1954 and in 1970 the Law of Return was:
1) subsequent to a definition of Israel as a "police state" - as was transferred from jurisdiction of the Ministry of Immigration to the Ministry of Interior. (Later the name of the Ministry of Immigration has been changed to "Ministry of Absorption": a very significant name). 
2) a draconian body - "Chief Registration Officer's Office" was created; which function was to hunt, catch and prosecute "hidden non-Jews". It is a kind of a "racial inquisition" (or a "racist KGB"); an atmosphere of denunciation has deepened; an army of informants was motivated by jealousy, hatred and personal interest, they reported on their rivals in love or in business.
3) the Law of Return was tighter linked to religion, to Judaism;
4) a wider definition of who's eligible to apply to the Law of Return made possible to bring huge masses of immigrants to Israel - hundreds of thousands, could be - even millions; however, they had equal rights only to "return" to Israel: inside Israel they were splendid into different casts with different rights and different social status, given by birth.
 

     "On that day," wrote John Kifner in The New York Times, "the vast
     army of Arab laborers who wait on tables, pick vegetables, haul
     garbage, lay brick and perform virtually all Israel's menial work,
     stayed home." [John Kifner, New York Times, December 22, 1987]

This is why Golda Meir and her followers have widened the "Law of Return", because they needed Russians, Ethiopians, and Arabs in Israel: for slavish manual work.

However, the rulers of Israel later have decided that it will be better to turn less powerful Jewish communities (like Russian or Bukharian) into slaves - instead of Muslim and Christians. This is why they want to change the Law of Return back, but they hesitate because they doubt if any Jew would be agree to become a slave. 

Further legalization of Israeli terrorism and widening of the justification of slavery are two main priorities of Israeli law-makers.

 Defender of the Jews, wherever they may be

(....) politicians and commentators alike have overlooked the 
legal dimension of kinship responsibility (in the sense of kol 
Yisrael arevim ze laze) that exists in the Israeli penal code. 
Section 13 of this code, enacted in 1994, enshrines in law an 
express Israeli commitment to the Diaspora-homeland security 
nexus. 

Section 13, part of a wider reform of the code, granted Israeli 
courts jurisdiction over what is termed "extra-territorial crimes,
"that is, crimes committed outside Israel. Section 13 is unique in 
the way it relates to what is defined in its title as "crimes against 
the state or against the Jewish People." 

Section 13 states that: "Israeli criminal law will also apply to 
offenses committed outside Israeli territory against: 
1. The life of an Israeli citizen, Israeli resident or public servant, 
his body, his health, his freedom, or his property, because he is 
one of the above. 
2. The life of a Jew, his body, his health, or his property, because 
he is a Jew, or the property of a Jewish institution, because it is
Jewish." 

In this section, Israel defined in explicit terms the connection 
between the Diaspora and the State of Israel as the state of the 
Jewish people. Clearly, this connection was already affirmed 
and defined in the Law of Return, which establishes that "every 
Jew is entitled to make aliyah [immigrate] to Israel." It is also 
clear that the Law of Return and the Israeli commitment to the 
Jewish people that flows from it are the elements that often 
defined the Israeli national interest as a "Jewish interest." 

In other words - it means that Israel as a "Jewish state" can defend "Jewish interests" using military force for that in any part of the world, violating any international rule and sovereignty of any country in the world. This is why Ha-Arets wrote further:

"Israel's military ties and arms transfer policies were also 
influenced, among other things, by the desire to guarantee the 
well-being and civil rights of Diaspora communities (....) ".

So, we did not understand this clause wrongly.

"In 1994, when the Knesset added the "Security of the Jews" 
clause, it established a new extraterritorial principle, an 
additional connection that makes possible the application of 
Israeli criminal norms outside the borders of the state." 

Which is a tremendous violation of the sovereignty of other countries. This Israeli law is justifying for Israel what is defined in all international definitions as "terrorism". Giving the legal basis for terrorism, Israeli law projects legalization and justification to use terrorism only on the State of Israel, depriving other countries and nations of this tool. 

Dan Meridor, in the Knesset plenum, when the bill was going through its first reading, said: 

"Likewise it should be emphasized that special protection is 
granted in Section 13(b)(2) to the life, health, freedom or 
property of a Jew, because he is a Jew (....)"

Here is a pure racial definition. Any national can be abused because of he or she is an Armenian, Russian, Arab, etc. If Israel has rights to impose her jurisdiction on a citizen of any other country, then - logically - why should not other countries impose their jurisdiction on citizens of Israel? If all other countries will copy Israeli "logic", then Russian special military forces will be sent to Israel for punishing tenth of thousands of Israelis, who outrageously exploited, abused, discriminated, raped, beaten, killed and robed Russians in Israel, or Armenia could send troops to Israel because Israel abuse Armenian churches, confiscate Armenian communities' properties, and Israeli soldiers came to Armenian churches - and shoot there. If the lawmakers in Arab countries will legislate a law, similar to Israeli law, - Arab countries would be much more justified to start a military intervention in Israel in retaliation for mockeries, tortures and killings of Arabs by Israelis. By bringing up her Section 13 law of her penal code Israel did not mean that all other countries would bring up similar laws: which means that this law is racist. 

According to "Ha-Arets" - Israeli politicians and lawyers recognize that this Israeli law is "unique and does not exist in the laws of other states", but this does not concern them.

However, even more frightening and disturbing that Israel threats to punish any person in the world for "Section 13 states that: "Israeli criminal law will also apply to offenses committed outside Israeli territory (....) "against the state of Israel and interests of the state of Israel" (from further interpretation of that law in the Knesset). It is absolutely clear that the Israeli law encourages and justifies any terrorist crime, committed outside Israel against citizens of other countries. Therefore - according to Israeli law the 9-11 attack against America (as well as Israeli attack against American navy boat "USS Liberty") was absolutely legal if "served Israeli interests".

But even if not using military force, - by this law Israel subjects non-Jews to discriminatory legal treatment - as far as any non-Jew will be forced to defend him (her) self (as a private person) by own restricted personal resources, when a Jew will be supported by unlimited resources of Israeli government and will be judged by the racist Israeli Penal Code. Besides, this Israeli law demonstrates an open accusation of anti-Semitism, directed against the whole non-Jewish world. Violating the rule of the presumption of innocence, Israel declares any judgment outside Israel as anti-Semite. 

From Amnesty International's resolution "Human rights abuses of women trafficked from countries of the FSU into Israel's sex industry" (or "Human rights abuses of women trafficked from countries of the former Soviet Union into Israel's sex industry: "Amnesty International May 2000 AI Index: MDE 15/17/00 ) we can learn that Israeli laws don't prohibit slavery, purchasing or selling people, keeping people as slaves (prisoners), keeping someone in Israel against his/her will, bringing people to Israel by deceit - later turning into slaves (or even kidnapping people from other countries, bringing them to Israel), and so on.

In the part "STATE RESPONSIBILITY UNDER INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS LAW" Amnesty International writes: "The Israeli government has failed to take adequate measures to prevent, investigate, prosecute and punish human rights abuses committed against trafficked women. In general, trafficked women are effectively treated as criminals by the various Israeli agencies with whom they come in contact, rather than as victims of human rights abuses. This is so even though many of them have been subjected to. Human rights abuses such as enslavement or torture, including rape and other forms of sexual abuse, by traffickers, pimps or others involved in Israel's sex industry. Trafficked women come into contact with many different Israeli governmental agencies, but there appears to be no coherent governmental policy to combat these human rights abuses."

Writing about Israeli law, Amnesty recognizes that (subparagraph "Relevant criminal legislation:) "Under Israeli law, it is not illegal to engage in "prostitution", and that "Trafficking of women to Israel is not illegal." It means that Israel DESIRES to turn non-Jews into slaves and ENCOURAGES slave trade as far as non-Jews are turned into slaves. What about Jews? We can clearly see that in the same time Israeli law prohibits ISRAELI CITIZENS to engage someone or be engaged into prostitution outside Israel: "Section 202(b) of the Penal Code makes it a criminal offence to instigate a woman voluntarily or involuntarily to leave Israel with the intent that she should "practice prostitution abroad". Why such an inequality? Clearly, it is because Israeli Penal Code is outrageously racist!  Amnesty International stresses that in Israel "Slavery and the buying and selling of persons are not criminal offences."

In his open letter to Mrs. Marsha von Duerckheim, General Consul of the Embassy of the United States of America, famous Israeli politician and social activist, Michael Dorfman, leader of "Russian Panters" group, names other cathegories of people, who are kept in Israel against their will. This letter, "The Modern slaves - Keeping people against their will in Israel" written in the name of society "La Mierkav", can be found on Internet at

In this letter we read: "In the 19th century, the British navy pursued pirate ships, which were involved in the slave trade. Equally, the modern world has to stop the present Russian equivalent of slavery, a move which I heartily applaud."

According to society "La Mierkav", people, kept in Israel as slaves are (besides women from ex-USSR countries, enslaved in Israel): 
"Children brought to Israel against their will or against the will of one of the parents.
Children sent by their parents to Israel in the frame of the Zionist upbringing program and unwillingly being kept there. Also, boys and girls that are slipped out of school and made slaves in youth gangs.
Old people brought here to get state assistance, mortgage or allowance and left to the fates and without possibility of returning.
People brought here by deceived promises of work and then criminal elements used them as means to get money."

According to various sources, Israel is involved in slave trade on international scale, and became a heaven for slave traders from all around the world. 

The author of this work in 1991 was taken to Israel by force. Together with my family I was deported by the communist authorities in Belarus to Warsaw. In Warsaw we were surrounded by Israelis - and taken to Israel against our will. 

In Israel I met hundreds of people, who were taken to Israel against their will from Moldavian regions of a military conflict and from other war areas. They were told that they will be evacuated to Moscow or to Poland, but were taken to Israel. Alexander Orlowsky and Vova Chernin wrote about this problem. 

There are innumerous cases of brutal abductions, committed by Israeli citizens. Coming to Russia, Ukraine, and other places, Israelis kidnap women and children - and bring them to Israel against their will. Israeli authorities do absolutely nothing to find kidnapped people and send them back to their native countries. Israeli police sabotage all efforts made by activists and enthusiasts to catch criminals-slave traders and release enslaved by them people. Israeli government sabotage United Nations and Amnesty International's efforts to bring an end to Israeli slave trafficking. Policemen in Ottawa told me that he there are suspicions that 30 percents of children disappearances in Quebec is Israel-related. However, this problem might be solved only on political level. Israeli government must have an economic interest in slave trade - otherwise they would stop it. Local police outside Israel have no power to stop Israeli bastards. And the Jewish lobby is so powerful that it will block any parliamentarian decision in this question. Israel is such a police state, with strict security rules and total spying control over the population that is Israeli government would wish to do something about this problem - they would achieve results in 24 hours. UN, AI, Michael Dorfman and other sources accuse Israeli government in covering up the slave trafficking and blocking international efforts to stop it. 

Various Israeli laws encourage violence, economic crimes, terrorism and discrimination against non-Jews inside and outside Israel, against minorities in Israel (such as Christians, Muslims, fresh immigrants from ex-USSR or from Ethiopia, etc.). 

An Israeli law, which prohibits religious tolerance and any non-Jewish missionary activity, is well known. Now there are innumerous supplements and supplementary amendments, which Israeli regime is persistently adjusts to this anti-Christian law.

Rabbi of Bat-Yam Yosef Bar-Shalom : several time during the summer 2001 expressed a view that "Russian" Jews are not Jews - and must be banned from entering Israel. He also mentioned indirectly that all non-Jews must be deported from Israel or forced through " gyjur ".

Every day Israeli Rabbis, members of Knesset and the government, Hebrew newspapers are calling for violence, murders, spreading the hatred propaganda against non-Jews in general, Arabs, and Christians, and new immigrants (Jews and non-Jews) in particular. No wonder that new immigrants and non-Jews are harassed, beaten, raped, enormously exploited, cheated, and killed. Even children from Russian-speaking and Ethiopian families are beaten or killed ("executed") at schools by their Hebrew-speaking classmates. Organization "Russian Panthers" and its chairman Michael Dorfman describe the situation at Beer-Sheva's schools as outraged.

New anti-Christian legislation, laws, and regulations - like a flood - covered the whole political life in Israel. Let's quote some of them.

Official Discrimination proposed in Jerusalem. 

On December 7th, 2000, Jerusalem's mayor, Mr. Ehud Olmert, proposed to his city's Council that Jerusalem's 158 churches and religious institutions should be required to pay the municipal taxes from which the 1,198 Jewish religious institutions ought to remain exempt.

In a pre-reading, on the 6th December 2000, the Knesset (our parliament) took the first of four steps necessary for the enactment of a law, tabled by Rabbi MK Meir Gafni, one of the initial proponents of a religious censorship bill which was meant to proscribe the distribution of materials which could be used to persuade anyone to change his religious opinion. That bill failed in the process of legislative process due to the strenuous and determined effort of hundreds of thousands of Christians overseas who wrote in protest to the Israeli Government and to its various Ministers and to its diplomatic representatives overseas. The new bill went through its first reading with 23 Knesset members from Likud, Yahadut HaTorah, Shas, Mafdal, Ahdut Leumit, and some of the Shinui party supporting and the government opposing with the nine Knesset members from Yisrael Ahat and Meretz present at the session. The law proposes to render all missionary activity illegal, including the distribution of evangelistic material by post, fax, e-mail, or any other form of communication.

(January 28 2001). Rev. Charles Kopp, head of the United Christian Council in Israel, was referring to a bill, introduced by MK Moshe Gafni (United Torah Judaism) before the present Knesset recess, which would prohibit missionary activity and the dissemination of missionary material, such as soliciting to change one's religion by means of mail, fax, e-mail, or other instruments of communication. The bill passed a preliminary reading in the Knesset on December 6 by a vote of 23 to nine, with the support of the religious parties, the Likud, the National Union, and even some Shinui MKs, while Labor and Meretz MKs opposed it. Kopp said that if Sharon formed a coalition, he would have to rely very heavily on the Orthodox parties, making it very probable that legislation of this sort would be passed.

The last section of this law means that people in Christian countries might be persecuted by Israeli court for violating the Israeli law. As we 
know on experience in the former USSR, where anything any contact to the foreigner and even a peace of art, not matching with soviet dogmas, - could be adjusted under "antisoviet activity", in Israel, where Rabbis will decide, what falls under "persuade anyone to change his religious opinion", any card with a church, any reproduction of a picture, on which there is a Christian symbolic, can be announced against the law, and the possessor will be imprisoned.

It means a prohibition of the whole European art as well.

Proposed Penal Law (Amendment - Prohibition of Enticement to Change Religion by Mail), 5760-2000 Addition 1. In Penal Law, 5733-1977 (1), after Section 174B will come: Section 174C  "Prohibition of 174C. The distributor of a document Enticement To Change Religion By Mail by means of the mail, the fax, the electronic mail or by any other means, that is enticement to change religion, whether directly or indirectly, without obtaining the prior consent of the addressee thereto, is subject to three months' imprisonment." Explanatory Statement The State of Israel, within the framework of existing laws, opposes all missionary enticement to change religion. The Legislature even provided in Section 368 of the Penal Law, 5733-1977, a special prohibition regarding changing religion of minors.

The last means, that any parent, whose nationality has been written down in tehudat zehut as "Jew", is prohibited from baptizing his (her) child - and will be pursued for that by the criminal law as in Israel, as well as in any country of the World!

All new events mean that in spite of having already harsh anti-Christian laws, the state of Israel goes much further in accelerating an undeclared war against Christianity.

We must take into consideration that this is not just a law against missionaries in general, but a pure anti-Christian law. When any distribution or even possession of Christian-related materials, and (even!!!) submission of such materials to Israel well be prohibited in Israel, any Jewish missionary propaganda, any offensive or even forcible conversion into Judaism will be only welcomed! In his resent speech a general, who's a chief of the Propaganda and Education Department of Israeli army, called for forcible conversion into Judaism of all non-Jews in Israeli army. And we must remember that Israel has a compulsory military service law!"

In other words, we can see here the same extraterritorial principle - as in a number of other Israeli laws. By proclaiming jurisdiction of its entire religious, penal and other racist laws beyond Israel's political-geographic limits, Israeli regime is creating a legal basis to extend its power in the global scale by means of terrorism. 

The same extraterritorial principle is potentially presents in Israeli legalization of tortures. In 1995 a new legislation, so called "Levi-Landau" (or simply "Landau", or "The Landau Commission Report") law, was approved by Israeli Knesset. Since its introduction it was condemned by all civilized nations, by United Nations, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, and by the European Union. The closest Israeli buddy, United States, has condemned this law through its Department of State's declarations and materials. Israel's refusal to sign in full the "Geneva Convention", "Convention Against Torture" - and many of other important international treaties, and Israeli legislation, legalizing tortures, have provoked a common outcry through all over the world. However, Israel did not agree to comply with international standards, and continued to violate internationally human rights:

In its resolution from 1 November 1995 Amnesty International says that this bill 
is "effectively legalizes torture in Israel and the Occupied Territories is an 
outrage which violates Israel's treaty obligations, Amnesty International said today." 

Amnesty says that the law, with hypocrisy called "Prohibition of Tortures" (a
pure Israeli-style logic!), practically legalize tortures:

"Palestinian detainees under interrogation are frequently hooded, deprived of sleep, 
sometimes for four to six days while kept standing or sitting in painful positions, 
beaten, violently shaken and confined to narrow, cupboard-sized cells. 

For years Amnesty International and other human rights organizations have exposed 
torture during Israeli interrogation of Palestinian detainees. The interrogation guidelines 
appended to the report of the 1987 Landau Commission of Inquiry allow the General 
Security Service (GSS, otherwise known as the Shin Bet or Shabak, the main security 
service involved in interrogating Palestinian "security" offenders) to use "a moderate 
measure of physical pressure". The details of these guidelines are secret. According to 
the Landau Commission the physical pressure "must never reach the level of torture". 

But this is doublespeak. The treatment consistently described by detainees under 
interrogation is torture, which Israel is required to prevent as a party to the United 
Nations Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment 
or Punishment (UN Convention against Torture). "

159. The Committee considered the initial report of Israel 
(CAT/C/16/Add.4) at its 183rd and 184th meetings on 25 
April 1994 (CAT/C/SR.183 and 184), and has adopted the 
following conclusions and recommendations:
 

A. Introduction 

160. Israel ratified the Convention on 3 October 1991 and made reservations on articles 20 and 30. It also did not make the declarations to accept the provisions of articles 21 and 22 of the Convention.

C. Subjects of concern 

165. There is real concern that no legal steps have been taken to implement domestically the Convention against Torture. Thus, the Convention does not form part of the domestic law of Israel and its provisions cannot be invoked in Israeli courts.

166. The Committee regrets the clear failure to implement the definition of torture as contained in article 1 of the Convention.

167. It is a matter of deep concern that Israeli law pertaining to the defences of "superior orders" and "necessity" are in clear breach of that country's obligations under article 2 of the Convention.

168. The Landau Commission Report, permitting as it does "moderate physical pressure" as a lawful mode of interrogation, is completely unacceptable to this Committee:

(a) As for the most part creating conditions leading to the risk of torture or cruel, or inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment;

(b) By retaining in secret the crucial standards of interrogation to be applied in any case, such secrecy being a further condition leading inevitably to some cases of ill-treatment contrary to the Convention against Torture.
 

169. The Committee is greatly concerned at the large number of heavily documented cases of ill-treatment in custody that appear to amount to breaches of the Convention, including several cases resulting in death that have been drawn to the attention of the Committee and the world by such reputable non-governmental organizations as Amnesty International, Al Haq (the local branch of the International Commission of Jurists) and others.
 

D. Recommendations 

170. The Committee recommends:

(a) That all the provisions of the Convention against Torture be incorporated by statute into the domestic law of Israel;

(b) That interrogation procedures be published in full so that they are both transparent and seen to be consistent with the standards of the Convention;

(d) That an immediate end be put to current interrogation practices that are in breach of Israel's obligations under the Convention;

(e) That all victims of such practices should be granted access to appropriate rehabilitation and compensation measures."

C. Recommendations

136. The Committee recommends that:

a) Interrogations applying the methods referred to above and any other methods that are in conflict with the provisions of articles 1 and 16 of the Convention cease immediately.

b) The provisions of the Convention against Torture be incorporated by legislation into Israeli law, particularly the definition of torture contained in article 1 of the Convention, as is currently under consideration by the Expert Committee of the Ministerial Committee for Legislation.

c) Israel consider making the declarations provided for under articles 21 and 22 and withdrawing its reservation to article 20 of the Convention.

d) Interrogation procedures pursuant to the ?Landau rules? in any event be published in full.

e) Israel includes information on the measures taken in response to these conclusions and recommendations in its second periodic report which was due on 1 November 1996. That report should be submitted as soon as possible and in any event no later than 1 September 1997, in order to allow the Committee to consider it at its next session.

In their numerous documents UN, Amnesty, and other most respected international organizations express their deep concern that Israel has extended the practice of tortures to occupied territories (which is not Israel), and to other territories. By connecting tortures to "necessity", Israeli law is practically highlighting a possibility to use tortures at any part of the world. It is clear that the war crimes, committed by Israel's military forces, Israeli police, etc., in Lebanon, Egypt, Israel, and occupied territories, assassinations, destruction of houses, practice to take hostages (Israel took innocent Lebanese and Egyptian families as hostages - and kept them as prisoners in Israel as "living currency": in case that they might be needed to exchange them for Israeli soldiers), and other brutal crimes were committed NOT AGAINST, but ACCORDING to Israeli laws. 
 

Israeli Labor Code, which was criticized by UN, Amnesty, and US Department of State for its irrelevancy to international standards, property laws, Penal Code, and other laws, rules and regulations were condemned by the world community as brutal (inhuman), racist and offensive. 

Israeli "kviyut" and "kablanut" labor codes create two different categories of workers. One - an "upper", "superior", category - is for native Israelis or for some most loyal immigrants-Jews. "Kviyut" is an assurance that your work contract will never be terminated. If your employer fires you, then you are eligible for such a huge compensation that nobody will ever fire you. You also can not be subjected to disciplinary measures, or transferred to another job or position. It makes all "kviuyut" workers not accountable. Unimaginable mockeries and cruelty towards Christians, Muslims and Russian immigrants at Israeli "misradim" ("offices") by Israeli bureaucrats partly originate from "kviyut": because Israeli bureaucrats are not accountable. A municipality worker, who deliberately scalds an immigrant visitor crying out "go back to Russia", feels her impunity because of the "kviyut". A salesperson, who sees a Russian customer, ignores him - because she's not accountable. A teacher, who separates children from Russian-speaking families from the others, not allowing them to go to an outdoor event - because "they are not true Jewish", - is doing it partly because of the "kviyut". The "Kablanut" Labor Code is a legalization of slavery. "Kablan" is an individual or collective slaves' master, who is renting slaves to another exploiter (like a company gives in rent a car or a computer). There is no minimal wage or working conditions standards, no compensation for injuries, no vacations and holidays, no free (payable) days in the week, no working hours norms, no any other norms and labor rules protection for employees, working under "kablan". In the same time - workers on "kviyut" have innumerous privileges: like the "13-th salary", annual rehabilitation at holidays reserves in Eilat, in 5-star hotels, free tickets to concerts, sport events, sometimes free meals, etc. Privileges for "kviyut" workers are so numerous that it is hard to list them all. Besides, every year the salary for "kviyut" workers is rising. Since 1996-98 "kviyut" was (as well as "kablanut") utilized as an ethnic discrimination tool. Fresh immigrants - qualified professionals - are offered "kviyut" in law-paid non-qualified works. In the hell of the first 1-2 years in Israel such an immigrant in desperation appreciates this solution. However, later (after the trap is locked) it is difficult to climb to a higher social level. There is no need to mention that victims of "kviyut" and "kablanut" are Muslims, Christians and Russian and Ethiopians immigrants. 

UN sharply criticized Israel for discriminatory Labor Code in 1999 annual report. 

Human rights organization, unsuccessfully trying to stop tortures, murders, destruction of houses, and other Israeli crimes, are not able to understand a simple thing. If for ordinary Jews in Galut (outside Israel) non-Jews are people, for Israelis (raised and educated on racism) non-Jews are like animals. This is why ethical norms, pity or compassion, mercy towards non-Jews don't exist for Israelis. Israeli regime bares responsibility for such a disastrous result of Israeli propaganda, education and racist political system. 

In the Eastern World in general tendencies to abuse, discriminate, and persecute origins of the Northern Hemisphere's culture are dangerously growing. However, the most systematic and ideologically hostile to Europeans (in general), and Christians in particular, is the state of Israel. Tenth of thousands of the refugee cases (ex-USSR citizens') from Israel, articles in Russian newspapers describe persecutions for relating to European culture. People were persecuted for having a university (ex-USSR's) degree, not being circumcisioned, their atheistic views, "non-Jewish behavior", celebrating the New Year Eve, or simply because they came from USSR, an "anti-Semite state and great Satan"... 

Russian-speaking people were enormously exploited, or even enslaved in Israel. They became cheap laborers, slaves for Israelis, as well as Palestinian Arabs. Sometimes policemen are coming to places, where new Russian immigrants and Arabs work, to pick them up and force them working for free. This is what happened to me when I worked at Petach-Tikva's stadium. I have a signed by a witness and notarized affidavit that I was taken by policemen, who forced me to work at being renovated private apartment of one of them for free. 

Working conditions where "Russians" work were awful and unhealthy. They could be compared with tortures. 

Israeli property rules and Housing Code are also a legal "soil", which supplies judicial basis to discrimination, racism and abuse. 

So-called "housing genocide" against new immigrants in 1990-s was by then one of the most outraged discriminatory and brutal tools, used by the Israeli government to persecute most of the fresh "Russian" immigrants. Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, by then - the Minister of Construction, - was the main criminal mind behind "housing genocide". It was him, who forced "Russians" to sadly famous "caravan ghettos", who constructed tenth of thousands of housing units, which were finally left empty; he was behind an artificial raise of the housing prices. It was him, who ordered a megalomaniac Jewish construction at Arab territories, instead of building social and cheap houses for new immigrants... 

Sharon was behind a legislation, which aimed to send "Russian" to the Negev desert and ban their right to reside in Haifa, Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem.

In his essay in Israeli newspaper "Davar" (1995) Israel Shahak, a political activist and jounalist, wrote that Israel uses Judaism for discrimination. He wrote that the rabbis of Safad issued a rule, which prohibits Jews in Israel to sell anything or buy anything from non-Jews. This rule was active in ancient time as a part of the judicial system of Judaism ("khalacha"). Since 1995 all Jewish religious courts make reference to this rule.

Jewish religious bodies like Rabbinates, house councils (where normally the ultra-orthodox dominate), cities' religious authorities, and others, control the whole life in Israel more then in any religious Islamic state. The state of Israel doesn't recognize civil or non-Jewish religious marriages, considering children from such marriages as "mamzerim" (bastards). Mamzerim have no rights to marry in Israel, own land, buy a house (in some conditions), open a business, work in state institutions, etc. Israeli government is practicing citizenship denials for "mamzerim". As we can see in family Hazinsky case, they artificially create a situation, when people of this category are loosing another citizenship (if they have one). Without any citizenship such people (many of them - children) become prisoners inside Israel, having no passports or other travel documents. 

At any time any man or woman in Israel might be forced into an awful procedure of definition of nationality, with their life, work, and destiny depending on it. 

Judaism under the Israeli regime became a kind of a Soviet-style (or fascist-style) ideology, with local Israeli religious KGB terrorizing the nation. Organization "Yad La-Banim" is one of such local religious KGB. This is a secret religious police, equipped and authorized for spying-like activity. They also publish books: hatred propaganda books. In one of its books, with the Rabbi Feldman ("Yad La-Banim" chairman) introduction, they wrote that the modern Christians are the same enemies of Jews (Israelis) as Crusaders, who burned Jews in the synagogues alive! Tenth of thousands of such books, brochures, leaflets, etc. - are published in modern Israel. It is amazing how such a regime as Israeli could exist on money that it gets or sucks from Christian countries, and to support its anti-Christian propaganda, financed by money, extorted from the Christian world! 

The whole system of racist social structure was designed to enslave "under-people" and exploit them without any restrictions for the profit of high-status Israelis. The most exploited and discriminated are immigrants from ex-USSR (most of them) and their children, Arabs, Christians in general and Ethiopians. We must add also foreign workers (like Romanians and Filipinos), who are also abused, harassed, and enormously exploited. A very special housing code and practices (fully described in above-mentioned "GULAG of Palestine" and articles), and Kablanut and Kwiyut codes actually enable such exploitation specifics, extremity and lawlessness, which in real life associate with slavery. Israeli labor laws are not compatible with even lowest international standards, and violate all international agreements. "We have in Israel a system of Apartheid, which is more severe, that one in former SA" (one American politician said). 

In general Israel has no laws in European sense. As it was well formulated in family Hazinsky's appeal, "it is a norm that in Israel there are always several contradicting to each other laws. Israel has no constitution and / or steady juridical codes. It has only some common - general regulations and the law of a precedent. Such a system was designed to create a total lawlessness and injustice, and enable (instead of justice) so-called "telephone right", or a "law" of family - friendship - army brotherhood connections. This system made tortures (Landau law) and persecutions of Christians (see in particular bill 174C) absolutely legal in Israel." 

It is also important to mention that the state of Israel is a pirate brotherhood in a primitive criminal sense. It's an island of almost unrestricted criminal activity such as money laundering, slave trade (including women and children), donor organs illegal trade, smuggling, etc. When Russia was recently removed from the list of top money launders, Israel is always on the list (and on the top). ... 

Deeper you go into Israeli judicial system, into Israeli laws - more astonishing you are. It is easier to name few things, which Israeli laws don't abuse, then to list hundreds of things, which they abuse. Drastic discrimination of women, arbitrary assassination-style killings, legalization of assassination of debtors, brutal and inhuman army laws, rules and regulations, which encourage systematic rapes of teenagers and women, taken to compulsory military service: and so on, and so on. But the most astonishing phenomena is that human life for Israeli regime became less valuable then a life of a fly. Of course, we speak about lives of non-Jews. Israeli laws and actions are depriving non-Jews of the value of their lives. For Israelis loyalty to friends and allies does not exist. 

When a court in Oslo was considering the guilt of the war criminal, Israeli Premier-Minister Sharon, they studied materials from Lebanese militia sources, and had an intention to call former militia commanders for interrogation. However, they could not do it: because 3 of the former Lebanese militia leaders were immediately assassinated. The main important of them - Elie Hobeika - was assassinated in Beirut:

            of the three bodyguards who also died in the attack." 
 

It is quite natural that any normal person is shocked if comes to Israel as an immigrant.

New Palestine Party Visit of Menachem Begin 
and Aims of Political Movement Discussed 

TO THE EDITORS OF THE NEW YORK TIMES: 

Among the most disturbing political phenomena of our times is the 
emergence in the newly created state of Israel of the "Freedom 
Party" (Tnuat Haherut), a political party closely akin in its organization, 
methods, political philosophy and social appeal to the Nazi and Fascist 
parties. It was formed out of the membership and following of the former 
Irgun Zvai Leumi, a terrorist, right-wing, chauvinist organization in Palestine. 

The current visit of Menachem Begin, leader of this party, to the United 
States is obviously calculated to give the impression of American support 
for his party in the coming Israeli elections, and to cement political ties with 
conservative Zionist elements in the United States. Several Americans of 
national repute have lent their names to welcome his visit. It is inconceivable
that those who oppose fascism throughout the world, if correctly informed 
as to Mr. Begin's political record and perspectives, could add their names 
and support to the movement he represents. 

Before irreparable damage is done by way of financial contributions, public 
manifestations in Begin's behalf, and the creation in Palestine of the impression 
that a large segment of America supports Fascist elements in Israel, the 
American public must be informed as to the record and objectives of Mr. 
Begin and his movement. 

The public avowals of Begin's party are no guide whatever to its actual 
character. Today they speak of freedom, democracy and anti-imperialism, 
whereas until recently they openly preached the doctrine of the Fascist state. 
It is in its actions that the terrorist party betrays its real character; from its 
past actions we can judge what it may be expected to do in the future. 
 

Attack on Arab Village 

A shocking example was their behavior in the Arab village of Deir Yassin. 
This village, off the main roads and surrounded by Jewish lands, had taken 
no part in the war, and had even fought off Arab bands who wanted to use 
the village as their base. On April 9 (THE NEW YORK TIMES), terrorist 
bands attacked this peaceful village, which was not a military objective in the 
fighting, killed most of its inhabitants-240 men, women, and children-and 
kept a few of them alive to parade as captives through the streets of Jerusalem. 
Most of the Jewish community was horrified at the deed, and the Jewish 
Agency sent a telegram of apology to King Abdullah of Trans-Jordan. But the 
terrorists, far from being ashamed of their act, were proud of this massacre, 
publicized it widely, and invited all the foreign correspondents present in the 
country to view the heaped corpses and the general havoc at Deir Yassin. 

The Deir Yassin incident exemplifies the character and actions of the 
Freedom Party. 
 

Within the Jewish community they have preached an admixture of 
ultranationalism, religious mysticism, and racial superiority. Like other 
Fascist parties they have been used to break strikes, and have themselves 
pressed for the destruction of free trade unions. In their stead they have 
proposed corporate unions on the Italian Fascist model. During the last 
years of sporadic anti-British violence, the IZL and Stern groups 
inaugurated a reign of terror in the Palestine Jewish community. Teachers 
were beaten up for speaking against them, adults were shot for not letting 
their children join them. By gangster methods, beatings, window-smashing, 
and wide-spread robberies, the terrorists intimidated the population and 
exacted a heavy tribute. The people of the Freedom Party have had no 
part in the constructive achievements in Palestine. They have reclaimed no 
land, built no settlements, and only detracted from the Jewish defense 
activity. Their much-publicized immigration endeavors were minute, and 
devoted mainly to bringing in Fascist compatriots. 

Discrepancies Seen 

The discrepancies between the bold claims now being made by Begin and 
his party, and their record of past performance in Palestine bear the imprint 
of no ordinary political party. This is the unmistakable stamp of a Fascist 
party for whom terrorism (against Jews, Arabs, and British alike), and 
misrepresentation are means, and a "Leader State" is the goal. 

In the light of the foregoing considerations, it is imperative that the truth about 
Mr. Begin and his movement be made known in this country. It is all the more 
tragic that the top leadership of American Zionism has refused to campaign 
against Begin's efforts, or even to expose to its own constituents the dangers to 
Israel from support to Begin. The undersigned therefore take this means of 
publicly presenting a few salient facts concerning Begin and his party; and of 
urging all concerned not to support this latest manifestation of fascism.

TOTALITARISM APPROACHES
 
 
 

Mobilization of efforts of journalists, growing of the protests against the Jewish expansion clearly shows, that it is ever more people realize: here - here there will come the era of the world Jewish totalitarism, an official political censorship will be imposed, and hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people will be thrown in prisons; if not to oppose by all mobilized forces of the society to the advancing reactions. Unfortunately, this understanding has come (it seems) too late. 

Last week in Canada there was an event, which can mean a mark of the splitting of two epochs. Jewish newspaper magnates - father and son - Izzy and Leonard ASPERS (in peak to Canadian laws, constitution, and international laws and guaranteed to the voters by the deputies, elected by them, democratic freedom) - have established an internal censorship inside their media empire. Any of the numerous newspapers of this huge empire has no right (according to the internal order) to publish any editorial without Leonard or Izzy (Israel) Asper's approval. More correct, the censorship was established already for some time: almost immediately after family (clan) Asper have purchased a part of the newspaper empire from another odious Jewish newspaper magnate - Conrade BLACK. Sharing the newspaper "authority" in Canada between Black and Aspesrs (and other two - three newspaper publishers - Jews) well illustrates the total Jewish control over the press: the right radical Black and left "liberal" Asper actually both represent the Jewish Zionist elite, focused on "extreme extremism", and both are aggressive defenders of the Israeli regime. The whole conventionality of the Jewish "liberalism" evidently concentrates here. I used to work for a newspaper, which belonged to Conrad Black, and his style of cooperation with the editors and journalists was quite human, when his authoritarian way of thinking and aspiration to tyranny is shown in his attempts of the totalitarian ownership and economic control over the press. "Liberal" Leonard Asper, it appears, much "worse" then even Black himself. He behaves with the journalists and editors as a true tyrant. 

When Conrad BLACK has moved almost all his papers to UK, Aspers' CanWest Global Communications (Zionist Jews just passionately love this word "global") became the only Canadian media empire. It "owns" more then 97% of Canadian readers, 14 big everyday newspapers, 180 small, and 18 special magazines, as well as TV, Internet sites and a telephone giant "Global". Izzi and Leonard ASPERS had announced new regulations for their newspapers and journalists: 

1) no criticism of Jean Chretien 

2) only a pro-Israeli position is permitted 

3) another position then editorial is not permitted 

4) all newspapers will publish the same "central" editorials, issued by Aspers's office 

Now, we shall return to the event, which we have named as a "mark". 

We speak about the dismissal of the main editor of newspaper "Ottawa Citizen" who has placed a critical essays about corruption of the Canadian PRIME MINISTER, Hon. Jean CHRETIEN. The last, being a personal friend of Asper family, managed not to be completely dependent from Jews for a long time. He "only" unconditionally has surrendered to Israelis basically in one question: in the question of admission of Russian and Arab refugees from Israel: betraying the applicants for the status (who were escaping from the "Jewish paradise") - and "giving back" the Ministry of Immigration for almost complete "possession" of the Israeli regime and the Jewish lobby in USA and Canada. He has betrayed his brothers - Christians (as the significant number of escapees from Israel were Christians running from persecutions), and has closed his eyes on lawlessness in the Ministry of Immigration. He has allowed, that the Jews-extremists should put their "own" Minister of Immigration (at first - a passionate and vicious Zionist-Gestapo women Lucienne ROBILLARD, and after her - a languid and compliant Jew from USA, Leonor KAPLAN): both have placed to this ministry hundreds of  "their own" interpreters, immigration officers, refugee judges, etc. He has allowed that the Ministry of Immigration's office of medicine was used for political purposes (as was in USSR and in fascist Germany), and later "has given back " (it means - to the Jewish lobby) another ministerial post to Lucienne Robillar - the state's treasure, and has made her the most approached member from the ministers. It is necessary to understand - all this was done not "for free", that's why we live with Jean Chretien's the 3-rd cadence and have a "one-party" political system in Canada. The bitter reality is that his political rivals would sell themselves much faster and cheaper! The present service of Leonard Asper will put him in even larger dependence on the Jews. 

Here is what the main Canadian "liberal" newspaper "Globe and Mail" wrote in this occasion:

"Jean Chrйtien and the Asper family are 
more than just political kindred spirits. 
They also share a less-than-sophisticated 
management style known as "my way or 
the highway." 

"On the same day CanWest Global Communications 
president Leonard Asper defended firing the 
publisher of one of his company's newspapers 
for printing an editorial saying Asper family 
friend Mr. Chrйtien should resign, news 
emerged that the Prime Minister would not 
reappoint a senior member of the Bank of 
Canada's board of directors who suggested the 
same thing. The dismissals continue a pattern 
by both Mr. Chrйtien and the Aspers of firing 
valued employees who dare to disagree with 
them."

The newspaper writes that these dismissals have by the purpose to intimidate all others who are not consent and to shut up mouths of everyone, who else would like express his own opinion. 

"However, Mr. Chrйtien and Mr. Asper are 
applying their heavy hands to institutions for 
which independence from political interference 
is a cornerstone of their credibility and 
effectiveness. Mr. Asper's dismissal of Ottawa 
Citizen publisher Russell Mills has added to 
concerns about the ability of CanWest's 
newspapers to provide critical analysis of the 
Chrйtien government. Mr. Chrйtien's removal of 
Raymond Garneau from the Bank of Canada's 
board suggests he might be willing to let 
politics override sound governance at the body 
that oversees Canada's monetary policy."

"To maintain public credibility of both 
newspapers and central banks, it is critical 
that the ownership (be it corporate executives 
or political leaders) take great pains to 
remain at arm's length and avoid the 
appearance of allowing personal motives to 
infiltrate the higher goals of these 
institutions. Sadly, neither Mr. Chrйtien nor 
the Aspers are demonstrating enough maturity 
or sense of responsibility to do that." 

As one can see - the newspaper avoids to name the facts by their true names.....

CanWest Global Communications Corp. has 
received a barrage of criticism from the public 
this week over the media company's decision 
to fire the publisher of the Ottawa Citizen. 

"The general public and our readers and 
viewers have . . . expressed their concerns to 
us in no uncertain terms," Leonard Asper, 
CanWest's president and chief executive 
officer, said in a memo to the company's staff 
yesterday. "I recognize that, regretfully, 
many of you, our employees, have had to carry 
the brunt of this in the telephone calls and 
e-mails received from members of the public, 
many of whom have used intemperate or even 
abusive language to make their points." 

Last Sunday, Russell Mills, publisher of the 
Citizen, was fired for publishing an editorial 
calling for the resignation of Prime Minister 
Jean Chrйtien. The Asper family, CanWest's 
controlling shareholders, are supporters of 
the federal Liberal Party. 

Mr. Mills's dismissal has received extensive 
media coverage in Canada and abroad. Many 
groups, including the International Press 
Institute in Vienna, have said that CanWest, 
which owns the Southam newspaper chain and the 
Global Television Network, is attacking 
freedom of the press. 

The Ottawa Citizen has lost a reported 3,000 
subscribers this past week. The Globe and 
Mail, meanwhile, has signed up 200 new 
subscribers in the Ottawa region in the same 
period. 

In Vancouver, The Vancouver Sun and The 
Province, which are both part of the Southam 
chain, have lost a combined total of 1,000 
subscribers. 

"Clearly we've been having a pretty fair 
reaction from the public," said Geoffrey 
Elliott, CanWest spokesman. 

He declined to comment on subscription 
figures. 

In his memo to staff, Mr. Asper said CanWest 
looks forward to putting the Mills controversy 
"behind us." 

The company has promised to publish a 
statement of its principles governing 
editorial autonomy and freedom of expression. 

"In the days ahead we will address any 
ambiguity or uncertainty that may exist both 
internally and externally regarding the core 
values we attach to the editorial content of 
our newspapers," Mr. Asper said. 

According to the trusted sources thousands of subscribers of the Aspers' newspapers cancelled the subscription. One independent Montreal edition has counted up that Aspers have lost about 11 thousands subscribers. 

However, would be naive to assume, that the newspaper empire of the Jewish magnates will fail because of a boycott of its readers. As in ex-USSR - there will be an order - decision of the Jewish organizations, which will oblige their members to subscribe to... 4 newspapers "Ottawa Citizen" - and the case will be closed! And if the Prime Minister of Canada will give an order about subscription to this newspaper in all governmental agencies. It only seems on the first sight impossible. Actually many of my satirical "predictions" have appeared to be a "bare reality". 

History never knew such a deep penetration of cynicism into all the most remote cells of a society. 

Zionist tyranny has corroded entire nations and countries. All newspapers and television companies in the whole "free world" - from largest up to the smallest - are covered with a threefold ring of Zionist censorship. 
 

In the previous edition here was the end of this chapter. As it was predicted, Izzy's empire did not crack. Having Israeli terrorism behind them, Aspers continue to abuse Canadian society and impose their Israeli tyranny even further:

We are witnessing the tell-tale signs of how his tribe runs the show. The

CanWest dumped a small parcel of secondary-market dailies in July 2002, its
reach should never be underestimated.

The January 5, 2002 broadcast of American Dissident Voices reported that
"CanWest now owns more than 60 per cent of Canada's newspapers and other
media outlets. That's more than 60 per cent of all of Canada's mass media in
the hands of one individual. Included are 14 metropolitan dailies and 128
local newspapers across the country, including the Vancouver Sun, the
Vancouver Province, the Calgary Herald, and the Montreal Gazette. CanWest
also owns the National Post, which is distributed throughout Canada. In
addition, Izzy owns media in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and
Northern Ireland."
 

"Freedom of Speech Myth

Almost all Canadians falsely believe that there is such a thing as freedom 
of speech in this country. (.... ) Many would be shocked to learn that 
freedom of speech is not a constitutional guarantee in Canada.
Trudeau's Constitution Act of 1982 and countless decisions by the Supreme
Court and Human Rights Tribunals are remarkably consistent on this matter.
The Human Rights Commission has gone so far as to conclude that Canada's
non-freedom of speech even extends beyond our boarders into other countries.

Review of the legal proceedings of former Ontario commercial artist Ernst
Zundel certainly puts to bed any sentimental delusion that free speech is
alive in Canada. Mr. Zundel has heroically championed his right to publish
accurate historical research in the face of opposition by malicious and
violent special interest groups. There is no doubt that much political and
material loss would occur for certain parasitic elements in Europe and North
America were Mr. Zundel's documentation be allowed to sink or swim based
solely on academic merit."
 

"Freedom of speech as movement orientation

Free speech activists such as Paul Fromm and Doug Christie have done a
stellar job of alerting the public to the abuse on perceived civil liberties
by the enemies of our people."  (....)

"The heroic resistance to the Palestinian Holocaust provides numerous clues as
to how a persecuted people must relate to mainstream media. Do you expect to
see Palestinians writing letters to the editor of the Jerusalem Post begging
for freedom of the press? The various factions which represent the national
interest of the Palestinian people have created their own media. Articles are
written, documentaries are filmed, and bandwidth secured to get their message
to their own people and to the rest of the world."
 

However, criticizing Israel and ideological commanders of the Israeli occupational forces in Canada like Aspers, people like Jonathan HUNTER dream about the same tyranny, but with a different color. They dream about non-Jewish fascist (Nazi) dictatorship:

Control of media is an important plank upon which the White Nationalist
movement in Canada is being built. The centralized and authoritarian
structures implemented by CanWest are not bad things in themselves as they
are in fact necessary for building an orderly organization. The problem with
CanWest lies with who owns this corporation (....)".

As we were making it clear in the very beginning of this work, Jewish extremists have triggered a tremendous polarization of social-political forces. Whoever wins now - it will be almost the same. And it happened BECAUSE of the Jewish extremists' (Zionists') offence.
