   Преамбула: Где-то на Западной Окраине Европы. Мэджести [2] с его МИ-МИшками [3] обсуждают свои успехи в уконтрапупивании славянского населения где-то на Восточной Окраине [4] Европы.
  
   Мэджести: - Всё идёт по плану, согласованному с нашим неуважаемым ЗаЛужным [5] и уважаемым Ближневосточным партнёрами?
  
   МИ-МИшки (хором): - А як же ж! [6] (не забыли про увлечение Мэджести новомодными заимствованиями в английском языке, подхваченными, как ветрянка, от появившихся во владениях Мэджести представителей смешного народца откуда-то с Восточной Окраины Европы, воображающего, что "Увэсь мыр з намы!" [6])
  
   Мэджести: - А что слышно от нашего Агента 00Кк? [7]
  
   МИ-МИшки: - Активничает, уконтрапупиванием занимается, ядрёной дубиной трясёт, иноагентов вербует в товарных количествах, громы и молнии мечет в население мешающей нашему глобальному процветанию страны.
  
   Мэджести: - Он же жесты доброй воли, вроде, должен демонстрировать?
  
   МИ-МИшки: - Так точно, Ваше величество! демонстрирует на каждом углу, жесты эти складываются из трёх пальцев, наши агенты там пытаются научиться, но не получается: у них постоянно средний палец вверх торчит.
  
   Мэджести: - Ничего, повторение - мать учения, мать её... его... ну, вы поняли...
  
   МИ-МИшки: - Так точно, Ваше величество!
  
   Мэджести: - Что там наш уважаемый Ближневосточный партнёр учудил на Северах? [8] чуть нашего Агента 00Кк не спалил.
  
   МИ-МИшки: - Хотят свой аттракцион с Майданной "Небесной Сотней" [9] повторить, но пока набрали только Единицу. Облом хотят компенсировать бузой, подрядили нашу иноагентуру, те волком воют на всю вселенную, льют вёдрами крокодиловы слёзы, наш Агент 00Кк вынужден на них отвлекаться, врачи чуть не переборщили с бодрящими укольчиками и пилюлями, но ничего, выдержал, свою лебединую песнь... простите, оговорка по Фрейду... [10] пред"выборную" арию "Бла-бла-бла" исполнил. На "бис", правда, никто не вызывал - заснули, сердешные.
  
   Мэджести: - А что там наш агент "Белокурая Бестия"? [11]
  
   МИ-МИшки: - Активничает, выступает с нашими текстами, но дилетантка: даже крокодиловы слёзы у неё не льются, всё улыбается, из-за чего получила погоняло "Весёлая вдова". [11] И наши их "оппозиционеры" на неё ревниво косятся, за свои гранты переживают.
  
   Мэджести: - Успокойте их, скажите, что заграница, где они сейчас ошиваются, им поможет... если заслужат... Дайте им команду "Служить!", они друг друга зубами рвать будут. Пусть только нашу Бастинду... [11] опять этот Фрейд!.. ...Бестию не цепляют. Ладно, пока, похоже, всё путём. Свободны.
  
   МИ-МИшки: - Примите наши уверения в совершеннейшем почтении. (делают книксен и уходят)
  
   Апокалипсис: Февральские тезисы 2024.
  
   1. Констатация: В феврале градус напряжённости достиг точки кипения. Вскипели, главным образом, мозги "уважаемых Западных партнёров", попавших одновременно и в цейтнот, и в цугцванг. Поскольку "кипит их разум возмущённый" [12], и здравомыслие утеряно окончательно, они пустились во все тяжкие, и провокация следует за провокацией, сопровождаемые громом и молниями, которыми швыряются всевозможные "Зевсы" и "Зевсихи", в приступе "высокоморальности" на их специфический лад полностью забывшие и про прежние мантры о "презумпции невиновности" и "необходимости доказывать вину любого субъекта в суде" и т. д., и т. п. А зачем что-то доказывать, когда достаточно просто потрясти пробиркой [13], ну, или ткнуть пальчиком в того, кто им мешает, и завопить как можно громче "Держи вора!" Поскольку желающих "держать и не пущать" [14] что-то не находится, и сами крикуны морозятся, тот, на кого все эти громы и молнии направлены, тоже решил поднять ставки: терять-то ему нечего. "Уважаемые Западные партнёры" не придумали ничего лучшего, как сбацать ремейк оперетки "Весёлая вдова", в надежде, что жертвы ЕГЭ [15] (ставка на молодых балбесов - это чуть-ли не единственное, что у них неплохо получается) в РФ "сплотятся" вокруг новоявленной "Белокурой Бестии". Правда, вокруг неё уже столько меломанов и сомелье сплотилось, что, боюсь, жертвам ЕГЭ не пробиться. Ну что ж, пусть занимаются привычным для них делом: цветочки и мягкие игрушки возлагают, свечечки возжигают, слёзки льют горючие на камеру - не подозревают #они_же_дети [16], что кое-кто готовится собрать из них компашку под лейблом "Небесная Сотня". [9] Пока им удалось организовать только "Небесную Единицу" в лице Ноунейма [17], но жертвы ЕГЭ, похоже, готовы им помочь пополнить ряды... ...недоумки...
  
   2. Тенденции: Новые тенденции не просматриваются, одна из старых - ядерный шантаж - вытащена из запасников. Поиграют и бросят: дураков нажать на кнопку Судного дня пока нет. #невоенная подпорка треснувшей властной вертикали [18] активничает, не считаясь с потерями, в стремлении поддержать её подмоченную репутацию. На инвалидку установили аппарат Илизарова [19], так что пока она в состоянии ковылять, как далеко - время покажет.
  
   3. Риски: Единственный реальный на данный момент риск - шествие #они_же_детей за дудочкой крысолова [20] в надежде попасть в списки "хероев" "Небесной Сотни а-ля РФ". Будем надеяться, что главнюки тонтон-макутов [21] выучили уроки "Беркута" [22] и не повторят их ошибки. Многое зависит от профессионализма подразделения "Антиспайпер". Думается, всё обойдётся, и Мэджести с его уважаемым и неуважаемым партнёрами обломается.
  
   4. Выводы: Пред"выборный" кипиш достиг своего апогея. Провокация следует за провокацией, но из-за суеты и спешки всё шито белыми нитками, легко прочитывается и просчитывается, стало быть, и целей своих не достигнет. #невоенные успехи, независимо от мотивации участников, впечатляют и, несомненно, продолжатся. Если, конечно, Давидка [23] через Шляпокляка [24] не нашепчет кое-чего на ушко Агенту 00Кк, и тот опять не заведёт правую руку Голиафа [23] за спину и не завяжет ему глаза.

Окраина: Украина: Аллюзия на исторический факт образования Малороссии на территории окраины (отсюда "Украина") Российской Империи, куда стекались от преследования властей разбойники, сбивавшиеся там в ватаги с атаманами во главе. Присущий им анархизм выдавался за стремление к "воле", то есть, жизни по беспределу, не ограниченной общепринятыми общественными нормами и государственными законами, асоциальность.
  
   5. ЗаЛужным: "Большая Лужа" (уничиж.) - прозвище Атлантического океана, "ЗаЛужье" (эвф.) - США.

   8. на Северах: Имеется в виду провокация Западных и израильских спецслужб в одной из северных колоний РФ с принесением "сакральной жертвы" в лице их агента Ноунейма, с целью раскачать ситуацию в Москве, собрать толпу #они_же_детей [16], из числа которых пополнить количество жертв до очередной "Небесной Сотни". [9]
  
   9. аттракцион с Майданной "Небесной Сотней": Во время цветной "революции" 2013-2014 гг. на киевском Майдане (площади), организованной Западными и израильской спецслужбами по заданию их правительств, для обострения ситуации были использованы израильские снайперы, стрелявшие в участников конфликта с обеих сторон. "Небесной Сотней" были названы первые около ста участников Майдана, в убийстве которых был обвинён, как организатор, тогдашний законный президент Украины В. Ф. Янукович. Для эмоционального разогрева массовки были использованы различные театрализованные действа и пляски с бубнами вокруг убиенных, с применением психотронных сектантских техник зомбирования.
  
   10. оговорка по Фрейду: "Оговорка по Фрейду" - обиходное название обмолвки, частный случай явления, описанного З. Фрейдом в исследовании "Психопатология обыденной жизни" (1901). Фрейд предположил, что с виду незначительные и бессмысленные ошибочные действия служат для реализации бессознательных желаний, являясь компромиссными образованиями, создаваемыми соответствующим сознательным намерением и частичным одновременным осуществлением бессознательного желания.

"Белокурая Бестия" / "Весёлая вдова" / Бастинда: Имеется в виду напарница почившего не в Бозе Агента Ноунейма, не сумевшая должным образом изобразить скорбь по безвременно почившему "мужу", за что и названа "Весёлой вдовой". Позаимствовано у названия оперетты Ф. Легара по мотивам комедии А. Мельяка "Атташе из посольства". "Белокурая бестия" - из книги Ф. Ницше "К генеалогии морали" (1887). "Бастинда" - злая ведьма из сказочной повести А. М. Волкова "Волшебник Изумрудного города" (1939), написанной на основе сказки американского писателя Л. Ф. Баума "Удивительный волшебник из страны Оз" (1900).
  
   12. "кипит их разум возмущённый": Перефразированная строчка "Кипит наш разум возмущённый / И в смертный бой вести готов" из гимна "Интернационал" в переводе Я. Коца.
  
   13. достаточно просто потрясти пробиркой: Аллюзия на эпизод, когда 5 февраля 2003 г. на заседании Совета безопасности ООН бывший Госсекретарь США Колин Пауэлл запугивал присутствующих, потрясая пробиркой с неким белым порошком, якобы, содержащим разносчика сибирской язвы, изготовляемого в Ираке. Это послужило поводом для военного вторжения США в Ирак. Позже США и сам Пауэлл признали, что они "были введены в заблуждение" ЦРУ. Эта пробирка с тем, чего не было, стала отправной точкой целой эпохи обмана, подтасовки данных. С неё же, по сути, и началась эпоха информационных войн.
  
   14. "держать и не пущать": Перефразированная цитата из очерка "Будка" (1868) писателя-народника Г. И. Успенского: "Тащить" и "не пущать" как основные функции полицейского. Фраза стала символом тупого самоуправства.
  
   15. жертвы ЕГЭ: "Жертва ЕГЭ" - мем, характеризующий уровень знаний выпускников современных школ в России, сменившей прекрасную советскую систему образования на уступающую ей по всем статьям западную Болонскую систему. Выпускники школ, обучавшиеся по этой системе, часто шокируют своим вопиющим невежеством. Вот этих современных Митрофанушек и называют "жертвами ЕГЭ" (то есть, теми, кого натаскивали к Единому государственному экзамену, но не учили думать и анализировать).
  
   16. #они_же_дети: "Они же дети" - интернет-мем, появившийся на стыке 2013-2014 гг. в период событий на украинском Евромайдане, отражающий вовлечённость подростков и молодёжи в политические процессы, когда ими манипулируют взрослые кукловоды. Авторство мема приписывается одной украинской политической фигуре, которая возмущалась тем, что органы охраны общественного порядка взялись разгонять #они_же_детей с центральной площади Киева, на которой те собирались остаться на ночь. Жёсткий разгон молодёжи послужил отправным моментом событий разрушительного для Украины Майдана.
  
   17. Ноунейм: (англ. Noname) Аллюзия на выжатого досуха агента влияния Западных и израильских спецслужб, имя которого главнюки оккупационной администрации РФ избегали даже произносить, подражая практикам некоторых африканских племён.
  
   18. властная вертикаль: Имеется в виду так называемая "властная вертикаль", выстроенная ВВП за период его "правления", со временем трансформировавшегося в симулякр "царствования", когда он, фактически, остался единственным "центром принятия решений" в государстве, что не исключает его подчинённого положения по отношению к "теневой властной вертикали", функционирующей по мафиозно-клановым "понятиям".
  
   19. аппарат Илизарова: Компрессионно-дистракционный аппарат, разработанный советским хирургом Г. А. Илизаровым (1952), применяется при лечении переломов. Здесь: метафорически.
  
   20. шествие #они_же_детей за дудочкой крысолова: Гамельнский крысолов (нем. "Rattenfaenger von Hameln), гамельнский дудочник - персонаж средневековой немецкой легенды. Согласно ей, музыкант, обманутый магистратом города Гамельна, отказавшимся выплатить вознаграждение за избавление города от крыс, с помощью колдовства увёл за собой городских детей, сгинувших затем безвозвратно.
  
   21. тонтон-макуты: (фр. "Tonton Macoute"; гаит. креольск. "Tonton Makout") также Добровольческая милиция национальной безопасности - элита диктаторского режима на Гаити: военизированное формирование, объединявшее функции эскадронов смерти, полиции, госбезопасности и дювальеристской политической организации; истребляли политическую оппозицию, осуществляли рэкет в отношении предпринимателей, терроризировали население.
  
   22. "Беркут": "Беркут" - подразделения полиции специального назначения по охране общественного порядка при территориальных управлениях МВД Украины, существовавшие с 1992 по 2014 гг. Во время цветной "революции" на киевском Майдане имели возможность пресечь её в зародыше, но из-за нерешительности властей и командования не реализовали её. В результате, многие из бойцов "Беркута" были убиты или ранены боевиками Майдана. После вооружённого захвата власти и бегства Президента из страны, отлавливались, как дикие звери, подвергались преследованиям, истязаниям, унижениям, самосуду; то же в отношении членов их семей.

   Stop the Thief! or In a Whirlwind of Provocations

   A preamble: Somewhere in the Western Fringe of Europe. Majesty [2] and his MI-MIcs [3] discuss their progress in devouring the Slavic population somewhere in the Eastern Fringe [4] of Europe.
  
   Majesty: - Do things go according to the scheme coordinated with Cheap John beyond the Big Slop [5] and our dear Middle Eastern partner?
  
   MI-MIcs (in unison): - Ah yak zhe zh! [6] ("But of course!") (remembering Majesty's fascination with the new-fangled borrowings in the English language, caught like chickenpox from the elements of a certain funny people who have popped up in Majesty's dominion from somewhere in the Eastern Fringe of Europe, and who are raving of "Uhvaes myr z namy" [6] ("The whole world props us!"))
  
   Majesty: - Any news from our Agent 00RK? [7]
  
   MI-MIcs: - He is shiny, engaged in the devouring, is shaking his Nuke club, enrolls foreign agents in bulk quantities, hurls thunderbolts at the population of the country that prevents our global prosperity.
  
   Majesty: - Isn't he supposed to demonstrate gestures of goodwill?
  
   MI-MIcs: - True, Your Majesty! he does demonstrate it on every corner, the gesture is actually a fig, he uses three fingers to make it, our agents there are trying to learn, but it doesn't work: their birdy constantly sticks up.
  
   Majesty: - That's OK, repetition is the mother of learning, the mother of... fuck it... motherfu... well, you understand...
  
   MI-MIcs: - Sure, Your Majesty!
  
   Majesty: - I hear our dear Middle Eastern partner has bust a move up the Far North? [8] Our Agent 00RK was about to get busted, wasn't he?
  
   MI-MIcs: - They want to repeat their turn with the Maidan "Heavenly Hundred" [9], but so far they have only scored one identity element. They want to compensate for the bummer with raising a big smoke, they have engaged our foreign agents, those are now moaning and groaning worldwide, shed buckets of crocodile tears, our Agent 00RK has to get side-tracked, the doctors almost went too far with invigorating injections and pills, but there was no harm done, so he survived, and was able to sing his swan song... sorry, a Freudian slip... [10] to sing his pre-"election" "Blah-blah-blah" aria. As a matter of fact, no one encored him - they fell asleep, dearies.
  
   Majesty: - What about our agent the "Blonde Beast"? [11]
  
   MI-MIcs: - She is shiny, makes a show of herself reading out our texts, but she's an amateur: she isn't even able to shed some crocodile tears, she's all smiles, which is why she got the "Merry Widow" monica. [11] And their "dissenters" of ours look awry at her worrying about their grants.
  
   Majesty: - Soothe them, assure them that the foreign countries where they are hanging out now will help them... if they are in use... Give them the "Beg!" command, and they will tear each other apart with their teeth. They only have not to pick on our Bastinda... [11] here's Freud again!.. ...not to pick on our Beast. Okay, so far everything seems to be fine. You can go.
  
   MI-MIcs: - With deepest respect. (they curtsey and leave)
  
   The Apocalypse: A February 2024 run-down.
  
   1. An ascertainment: In February, the escalation of tension reached the highest degree, almost the boiling point. They were the heads of "dear Western partners" that got most notably ablaze, as they have found themselves being both under time pressure and in zugzwang. Since "their mind is ablaze with anger" [12], and sanity has been completely lost, they have gone to great lengths, and a cascade of provocations goes on, accompanied by thunderbolts thrown by all sorts of "Zeuses", both male and female ones, who, in a fit of "high morality" in their specific way, have forgotten all about their own previous mantras on "the presumption of innocence" and "the need to prove the guilt of any subject in court," etc., etc. But why prove anything when it's enough to just shake a test tube [13], well, or point a finger at the one hindering them and yell "Stop the thief!" at the top of one's voice. Since there are no people willing "to hold and not let go" [14] of him, and the hue-and-criers themselves don't dare to run the venture, the one at whom all those thunderbolts are directed has also decided to raise the stakes: he has nothing to lose. "Dear Western partners" haven't come up with anything better than to stage a remake of an operetta "The Merry Widow" [11], in the hope that the victims of the USE [15] (counting on young nitwits is almost the only thing that sometimes works with them) in the RF will "rally" around the newly-minted "Blonde Beast". Though, so many melomaniacs and sommeliers have already rallied around her that, I'm afraid, the victims of the USE will not be able to push through. Well, let them do their regular things: lay flowers and soft toys, light candles, shed tears for the camera - #they_are_just_kids [16] do not suspect that someone is preparing to assemble a group of them under the label the "Heavenly Hundred". [9] So far they have only scored the "Heavenly Unit", that is, one identity element in the person of Noname [17], but the victims of the USE seem to be willing to help them fill the ranks... ...simpletons...
  
   2. Trends: No new trends are noticeable, a previous one - the nuclear blackmail - has been taken off the shelf. They will play and quit: there are no fools yet to press the Doomsday button. The #non_war prop of the cracked state power vertical [18] is shiny, ignoring the losses, in an effort to support its damaged reputation. An Ilizarov apparatus [19] was installed on the disabled one, so it is yet able to hobble, how far - time will tell.
  
   3. Risks: The only real risk at the moment is the procession of #they_are_just_kids following the Pied Piper [20] in the hope of getting on the list of "the heroes" of the "Heavenly Hundred a la RF". Let's hope that the tonton-macoutes [21] topsters have learned the lessons of the "Berkut" [22] (the "War Eagle") and will not repeat their mistakes. Much depends on the professionalism of the "Antisniper" unit specialists. Hopefully, everything is going to turn out all right, and it will be a bummer for Majesty and his dear partner and Cheap John.
  
   4. A conclusion: The pre-"election" hustle and bustle has reached its climax. A cascade of provocations goes on, but the rush and haste make it too thin, so that it can easily be seen through and figured out in advance, therefore, the ado will not achieve its goals. The #non_war progress, regardless of the participants incentive, is impressive and will undoubtedly continue. Unless, of course, Little David [23], through the Hatter [24], whispers something in Agent 00RK's ear, and he again puts Goliath's [23] right hand behind his back and blindfolds him.

   4. the Fringe: the Ukraine: An allusion to a historical fact of the formation of Malorossia (Little Russia) on the territory of the Fringe (hence "the Ukraine" which sounds similar to "the fringe" in the Russian language) of the Russian Empire, where outlaws thronged from the persecution of the authorities, bunched up in gangs under the leadership of their chieftains. The anarchism inherent in them was passed off as striving for "free will", that is, life in total mayhem, not limited by either generally accepted social norms or state laws, asociality.

   9. their turn with the Maidan "Heavenly Hundred": During the colour "revolution" of 2013-2014 on the Kiyev Maidan (square), organized by the Western and Israeli intelligence services by order of their Governments, Israeli snipers were used to aggravate the situation, shooting at the participants in the conflict on both sides. The "Heavenly Hundred" is the name given to the first hundred or so Maidan participants, of whose murder the then legitimate President of the Ukraine V. F. Yanukovich was accused as the organizer. To emotionally agitate the crowd, various spectacular performances and knocking a banger around the murdered were practiced, using psychotronic sectarian zombification methods.

   13. just shaking a test tube is enough: An allusion to the episode when, on February 5, 2003, at a meeting of the UN Security Council, the former US Secretary of State Colin Powell intimidated those present by shaking a test tube with some white powder, allegedly containing an anthrax carrier, manufactured in Iraq. That was the reason for the US military invasion of Iraq. Later, the US and Powell himself admitted that they had been "misled" by the CIA. That test tube with what did not exist became the starting point of an entire era of deception and data manipulation. In fact, it opened the era of information wars.
  
   14. "to hold and not let go": A paraphrased quote from an essay "The Booth" (1868) by a narodnik (a Russian populist) writer G. I. Uspensky: "To drag along" and "keep out" as the main functions of a policeman. The phrase has become a symbol of blunt arbitrariness.
  
   15. the victims of the USE: "A victim of the Unified State Examination" is a meme that characterizes the level of knowledge of graduates of modern schools in Russia that has introduced an inferior Western Bologna system instead of an excellent Soviet education system. Graduates of schools trained under the new system often shock by their clamant ignorance. Those modern ignoramuses are called "the victims of the USE" (that is, those who were coached for the Unified State Exam, but were not taught to think and analyze).
  
   16. #they_are_just_kids: "They are just kids" is an Internet meme that appeared at the turn of 2013-2014, during the events of the Ukrainian Euromaidan, reflecting the involvement of teenagers and youth in political processes when they are manipulated by adult playmakers. The meme is attributed to a Ukrainian political figure indignant at the fact that the public service police bodies undertook to disperse #they_are_just_kids from the central square of Kiyev, where they were planning to stay overnight. The harsh dispersal of the youth became a starting point for the events of the Maidan, that turned out to be destructive for the Ukraine.

   19. an Ilizarov apparatus: A compression-distraction apparatus developed by a Soviet surgeon G. A. Ilizarov (1952), is used in the treatment of fractures. Here: used metaphorically.
  
   20. the procession of #they_are_just_kids following the Pied Piper: The Pied Piper of Hamelin (Germ. "Rattenfaenger von Hameln"), the Hamelian piper is a character from a medieval German legend. According to it, the musician, deceived by the magistrate of the city of Hamelin, who refused to pay a reward for ridding the city of rats, used witchcraft to take away the city's children, who then perished forever.
  
   21. tonton-macoutes: (Fr. "Tonton Macoute"; Haitian Creole "Tonton Makout"), also the Volunteer National Security Militia - the elite of the dictatorial regime in Haiti: a paramilitary formation that combined the functions of death squads, police, state security and the Duvalierist political organization; exterminated the political opposition, carried out racketeering against entrepreneurs, terrorized the population.

"Berkut": The "Berkut" (the "War Eagle") were special-purpose police units for the protection of public order under the territorial departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ukraine (1992-2014).
