   Преамбула: Крысиный король [4], перенервничавший из-за очередного ядерного шантажа Мэджести [5], пригласил в Бункер на Тайный Совет тет-а-тет Шляпокляка [6], своего единственного действительного Тайного Советчика. От спуска в Бункерную утробу тот решительно отказался: архаичные религиозные убеждения не позволяли ему пудриться дустом. Таким образом, Тайное совещание пришлось проводить в режиме онлайн. Нашство [5], ни бельмеса не смыслившее в компутерах и интернете, охотно согласился: игрой в прятки он увлекался не меньше игры в жмурки [7]. На экране монитора появилась хищная, вся какая-то острая (чем и импонировала Крысиному королю) морда Шляпокляка, увенчанная высоченной чёрной шляпой, которую он никогда не снимал, пряча под ней рожки - антенну прямой связи с отцом лжи - дьяволом [8]. Итак, совещание началось. К нему тут же подключились всевозможные "уважаемые Западные партнёры" из Моссада, Цахала, МИ-5, МИ-6, ЦРУ, АНБ и все прочие, по ранжиру. ГРУ и ФСБ, как обычно, мирно почивали на лаврах собственного хайпа [9] и о совещании не ведали ни сном, ни духом.
  
   Нашство: - Кто за базар отвечать будет? какой-то там ордер на арест из какой-то там Гааги? я в микроскоп на карте не смог её, эту самую Гаагу, отыскать. Это я могу арестовать кого хочу, а меня-то за шо? Какой-то там обеднённый уран... Ничего обеднённого я рядом с собой не потерплю! Ладно бы обогащённый, а то - обеднённый... Это прямое оскорбление! Так кто за базар отвечать будет?
  
   Шляпокляк, у которого от усилий уловить среди этого белого шума из Бункера сигналы на рожки-антенну глаза свело к переносице, наконец уловил кодовое слово - "хуцпа". Он широко улыбнулся Нашству, подёргал себя за козлиную бородку и доложил: - Ты ответишь. (Религиозные убеждения не позволяли ему обращаться к низшим существам, вроде сидящего в Бункере, на "Вы", сколько бы они ни воображали себя "президентами", "премьерами" и тому подобной шушерой.)
  
   Нашство от такой наглости изумлённо открыл рот (ранее с той стороны широким потоком лилась только лесть, а теперь приходится привыкать к хуцпе), да так и застыл, - немая сцена... на которой и опустился занавес Тайного Совета в Низах. Нашство, в состоянии крайнего раздражения, уставился на погасший экран монитора, прикидывая: выпроводить бы этого Шляпокляка под белы рученьки... пардон!.. - под чёрны ручонки загребущие прямиком в его гетто у лужи содом-гоморрского рассола, пусть там дронами арабские камни с неба сбивает... ведь продаст, гад, как есть - продаст с потрохами... собственно, уже продал, отсюда и хуцпа... да поздно, уже не сорваться: коготок увяз - всей птичке... - тьфу! - всей крыске пропасть, называй себя хоть трижды королём...
  
   Всё, тема закрыта, мне ещё фугу (или фигу?) Си-бемоль слушать - вишь, красный половик уже расстелили... Всё, пошёл - всё самому, всё самому приходится делать, двойник не тот пошёл, так его растак!..
  
   Апокалипсис: Мартовские тезисы 2023.
  
   1. Констатация: Поскольку наше подразделение антишпион только изредка отвешивает нечувствительные щелбаны курсирущим по периметру Приза-2014 [10] самолётам и дронам разведчикам, вместо того, чтобы сбивать их по законам #невоенного времени, ВСУки [11] тут же хряснули по стратегическим точкам дорожно-транспортной сети, без предупреждений и расчерчивания фломастером жёлто-блакитных линий. Наш ГШ только рот разинул: а что, и нам так можно было?! На них тут же шикнули мы-не-такисты: - Низзя! война войной (или, в ура-идиотических реалиях, #невойна #невойной), а бизнес (а с ним и гешефт) - по расписанию.
  
   2. Тенденции: Сионисты педалируют тему "русского фашизма", приписав очередной теракт, в котором опять пострадали дети (вспоминаем Керчь, суворовцев, да ещё много чего вспоминаем...), какому-то мифическому "русскому корпусу", нагрянувшему с Окраины [12] (!) и беспрепятственно свалившему обратно (один к одному - почерк спецгруппы, отметившейся в Керчи, то есть, либо Моссад, либо "рязанский сахар" [13], без вариантов, никакие русские националисты русских детей в жертву на иудейские праздники не приносят). Если бы силовики не превратились в тонтон-макутов [14], а оставались нормальной патриотической структурой, они бы и кое-что из истории РИ [15] взяли на заметку: если бы тогдашние "спецы" не дали слабину и не спустили казус Бейлис [16] на тормозах, вместо того, чтобы превратить его в казус белли [17], то, возможно, никакой революции в России и не случилось бы.
  
   3. Риски: Основной риск, под шумок #невоенных действий, исходит от ИИ-кукушат [18] в тандеме с безмозглыми кнопкодавами Гос. Дуры [19]: цифровизация, братцы! цифровизация - вот злоба дня! Открывайте кошельки и прикуривайте от ассигнаций! Это уму непостижимо!: вся ситуация на Окраине ярко продемонстрировала уязвимость IT технологий, то, с какой лёгкостью и безответственностью банки обнуляют собственные карты, что тогда говорить о мутном "цифровом рубле"! Но эти вечные "чего изволите" уже протащили и этот "закон". А наслушавшись фуги Си-бемоль, они, наверняка, попробуют внедрить и социальный рейтинг а-ля Синьцзян-Уйгурский АО. А вы, ура-патриоты, продолжайте помогать СВО, клепая гаражным способом дроны, собирая средства смсками, деньги из бюджета пойдут ИИ-кукушатам (которые до сих пор электронный перевод до ума не довели, с интернет мошенничеством ничего поделать не могут - разве что, сами им и занимаются, как знать... электронными средствами наблюдения ни войска, ни границу обеспечить не в состоянии, ничего собственного толком ни создать, ни внедрить не могут, а самомнение - выше крыши) и... короче, кому надо, тому и пойдут... а народишко пусть живёт при ИИ-коммунизме: без денег, без документов, без накоплений, без собственности... без... без... без...
  
   4. Выводы: Если дальше собственного носа ничего видеть не будем, однажды утром проснёмся... в Синьцзян-Российском АО, но крыльями хлопать будет поздно...

Присущий им анархизм выдавался за стремление к "воле", т. е., жизни по беспределу, не ограниченной общепринятыми общественными нормами и государственными законами, асоциальность.
  
   13. "рязанский сахар": Взрывы жилых домов в сентябре 1999 г. - серия террористических актов в российских городах. Согласно официальной версии, теракты были осуществлены группами северокавказских боевиков. 22 сентября было объявлено о том, что в одном из домов в Рязани найдены мешки со смесью, первичный экспресс-анализ которых показал наличие взрывчатого вещества. Возбуждается уголовное дело по статье "покушение на терроризм". Однако пробный подрыв трёх килограммов вещества, взятого из мешков, оказался неудачен - взрыва не произошло. 23 сентября объявлено, что экспертиза показала отсутствие в "рязанских мешках" взрывчатки. 24 сентября директор ФСБ заявляет, что в Рязани проводились учения. После этого инцидента народная молва приписала все взрывы жилых домов российским спецслужбам. Взрывчатку в мешках стали называть "рязанским сахаром".

   19. Гос. Дура (уничиж.): Гос. Дума, подчёркивает отсутствие у населения уважения к этому липовому органу государственной власти, основная функция которого - обслуживать хотелки хозяина-барина Картеля "Каратель" [6. а.] и штамповать репрессивные законы. Поскольку, как известно, "бабло побеждает добро", они утвердили для себя любимых зарплаты и прочие выплаты, немыслимые по сравнению с мизерными зарплатами и пенсиями, которые они выделили "с барского плеча" населению, которое содержит этих моральных уродов и бездельников.

   A preamble: The Rat King [4], worried sick about yet another nuclear blackmail by Majesty [5], invited the Hatter [6], his only actual Privy Guide, to the Bunker for a tete-a-tete Privy Council. The Hatter flatly refused to descend into the Bunker maw: archaic religious beliefs did not allow him to powder himself with dust. Thus, the Privy councel was to be held online. Oursty [5], who did not know beans about computers and the Internet, willingly yielded to that: he was fond of playing hide-and-seek just as much as playing blind-man's-buff [7]. On the monitor screen, there appeared a predatory, sort of sharp (which looked most appealing to the Rat King) muzzle of the Hatter, crowned with a tall black hat which he never took off, hiding under it his horns - an antenna of a direct connection with the father of lies - the devil [8]. So, the councel began. All sorts of "dear Western partners" from the Mossad, the Tsakhal, MI-5, MI-6, the CIA, the NSA and all others, in order of rating, joined it immediately. The MID (the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Russian General Staff, the GRU) and the FSS (the Federal Security Service of Russia, the FSB), as usual, rested serenely on the laurels of their own self-hype [9] and were quite unaware of the happenings.
  
   Oursty: - Who will have to eat their words? some kind of arrest warrant from some place called the Hague? I could not find it, this very Hague, by a microscope on the map. Me, yes, I can arrest whoever I want, but to arrest me?.. why? Some kind of depleted uranium... I will not tolerate anything depleted next to me! Be it enriched uranium - granted, but depleted... It's a direct insult! So, who will have to eat their words?
  
   The Hatter, whose eyes had met at the bridge of his nose, him striving to catch the signals to the antenna horns amid this white noise from the Bunker, finally caught the code word - "chutzpah". He looked at Oursty with a shit-eating grin, tugged at his goatee and reported: - It's thee who will have to. (His religious beliefs did not allow him to address inferior beings, like the one sitting in the Bunker, with "you", even though they might think themselves to be "presidents", "prime ministers", and all kinds of similar scum.)
  
   Such impudence made Oursty open his mouth in amazement (he was used to flattery spouting from that side, but now one had to get used to chutzpah), and he froze, - a still scene... on which the curtain of the Privy Council in the Gutter fell. Oursty, in a state of extreme irritation, stared at the blanked-out monitor screen wishing he could order to escort the Hatter with an arm-hook grasp... fixing his white... or rather... his black money-grabbling hands... to escort him straight to the ghetto where he belonged... the ghetto by the slop of the sodom'n'gomorrah saturated brine, for him to go dropping the arab stones from the sky with his drones... after all, he would sell, the bastard, you bet - he would sell, lock, stock and barrel... as a matter of fact, he had already done it, hence the chutzpah... too late though, no chance of breaking loose: but one claw snagged, the bird... - pah! - the whole rat was bagged, might you call yourself thrice the king...
  
   Anyway, I still have to listen to the fugue (or the fig?) in Xi flat - see? the red rug is already spread out... Time, I must go - all by myself, I have to do everything myself, the looksalike are no good these days, the blankety-blank of them!..
  
   The Apocalypse: A March 2023 run-down.
  
   1. An ascertainment: Since our anti-spy unit only occasionally strikes non-critical flicks on the reconnaissance aircraft and drones cruising around the perimeter of the Prize-2014 [10], instead of shooting them down according to the laws of the #non-war time, the AFslUts [11] hit the strategic points of the road and transport network immediately, without warnings or drawing any yellow-blue lines with a felt-tip pen. Our JS (the Joint Staff) could only gawk at the sight: wha'?!, why, we could do the same, couldn't we?! Of course, they were instantly hushed by the "we-are-different" ones: - No way! a war be it (or, in the present jingoistically idiotic realities, a #non-war be it), but business (and the geschaeft accompanying it) is to go as scheduled.
  
   2. Trends: The Zionists are rubbing in an issue of "the Russian fascism", attributing still another terrorist attack, in which children suffered again (here we call to mind Kerch, the Suvorov Military School cadets, and there are lots of other cases for us to recall...), to some made-up "Russian corps" that had turned up out of the blue from the Fringe [12] (!) and did one back unimpeded (a true replica of the special group that was observed in Kerch, that is, either the Mossad or "the Ryazan sugar" [13], any other versions are highly unlikely, no Russian nationalists can sacrifice Russian children on judaic holidays). If the security forces have not degraded into tonton-macoutes [14], but remained a normal patriotic structure, they would also take note of some cases from the history of the RE [15]: if the then "wizards" hadn't given in, softening the casus Beilis [16] issue, instead of accepting it as a casus belli [17], then perhaps there would have been no Revolution in Russia.
  
   3. Risks: The main risk, under the guise of the #non-war activity, comes from the AI-cUckooM-hatchlings [18] in dyad with the State Dump addle-brained key-press crooks [19]: digitalization, folks! digitalization - that's the topic of the day! Open your wallet and light up a cigarette with a banknote! It blows one's mind!: the whole situation in the Fringe has demonstrated vividly the vulnerability of the IT technologies, the ease and criminal irresponsibility with which banks kill their own cards, thus, talking about a roguish "digital ruble" just doesn't make sense! But those chronic "yes-people" have already pushed this "law" through. And having heard an earful of the fugue in Xi flat, they will most likely try to implant the social rating practices a la the Xinjiang-Uygur Autonomous Region. And you, jingoistic patriots, go on assisting the SMO (Russia's special military operation in the Ukraine) by hacking drones in your garages, raising funds by SMS, money from the budget will go to the AI-cUckooM-hatchlings [18] (who haven't yet brought electronic translators to a satisfactory level, who can't do anything about fraud via the Internet - provided they aren't engaged in it at all, who knows... they aren't able to provide either the troops or the borders with electronic means of observation, they can't really create or introduce anything of their own, for all that, they are well wadded with conceit) and... in brief, the money will go to the proper quarters... and let the shrimpish people live under the AI-communism: without money, without documents, without savings, without property... without... without... without...
  
   4. A conclusion: If we see nothing beyond the tip of our nose, one morning we'll wake up... in the Xinjiang-Russian Autonomous Region, but there will be no use flapping our wings - too late for that...

   12. the Fringe: the Ukraine: an allusion to a historical fact of the formation of Malorossia (Little Russia) on the territory of the Fringe (hence "the Ukraine" which sounds similar to "the fringe" in the Russian language) of the Russian Empire, where outlaws thronged from the persecution of the authorities, bunched up in gangs under the leadership of their chieftains. The anarchism inherent in them was passed off as striving for "free will", i. e., life in total mayhem, not limited by either generally accepted social norms or state laws, asociality.
  
   13. "the Ryazan sugar": The explosions of a few residential buildings in September 1999 - a series of terrorist attacks in Russian cities. According to the official version, the attacks were carried out by groups of North Caucasian hitmen. On September 22, it was announced that bags with some mixture were found in one of the houses in Ryazan, the initial express analysis of which showed the presence of an explosive. A criminal case was initiated under an article "attempted terrorism". However, the trial detonation of three kilogrammes of the substance taken from the bags failed - no explosion occurred. On September 23, it was announced that an expert examination showed an absence of explosives in the "Ryazan bags". On September 24, Director of the FSS (the Federal Security Service of the RF, the FSB) stated that those were just some mock playwar exercises held in Ryazan. After that incident, popular rumour attributed all the explosions of residential buildings to the RF Security Service, explosives in bags being euphemistically called "the Ryazan sugar".
  
   14. tonton-macoutes: (Fr.
