The Sign of Hope

The shadow is rising over the world
No one can stand it's most deadly gaze
This world is the world of my darkened soul
I'm lost in the turnings of it's crazy maze

The colors are fading, all dreams are gone
Nothing is real for me anymore
All what I managed to do seems undone
I'm ready to close this mournful world's door

But suddenly flicker of light comes to me
A piece of the glorious shining of stars
It is fading out and so hard to see
But nevertheless it's the glitter of hope

And so I go on with my empty life
Although there's no sense in holding this weight
But some moments later I realize:
This light was illusion, the darkest of all...
