Putin Vladimir Vladimirovich (Путин Владимир Владимирович), born 7 October 1952 is agent of KGB; served as president of the Russian Federation (9 August 1999 - 7 May 2000) and the Prime minister (since 8 May 2008).[0], then again president and so on.

Putin is suggested to be included to the Magnitsky list; for 2012 December, thousands already have signed such a petition at http://wh.gov/QgKz.

Putin is leader of the political party "Edinaya Russiya" and the yang movement of "nashists".

Putin is recognized as the inventor and constructor of the so-called "vertial vlasti" which is considered as soft kind of fascist dictature [1-3], while all ruling abilities go through united center, and the privileges of the supporters are funded from the country's budget. Aleandr Litvinenko indicated, that Putin ordered to kill Anna Politkovskaya [4].

The president Medvedev is considered as the Putin's marionette [5]. Several authors indicate the enormous growth of corruption during the Putin leadership, considering him as the main corruptioner and the main terrorist.

Investigations of many political murders in Russia are suspended. One believes, only KGB has enough power to stop, suspend the investigation of so many murders. Russia become leader for the number of unrevealed murders and other sad parameters (narcotics, corruption, etc.). In the condition of the "vertikal vlasti", the guilt should be attributed to the leader. Few episodes are mentioned below.

The Russia-Georgian war (August 2008) is believed to be organized by Putin. President Medvedev had reported thousands Russian citizen killed in the conflict; later, only hundreds were confirmed, and still there is controversy in the indications of the Russian representatives and those by the rulers of the occupied territories. [6]

The catastroph of the "Nevskii Express" (November 30, 2009) is believed to be organized with participation of members of "Edinaya Rossia": 5 days before the crash they had submitted the application for the meeting of memory of victims of that crash [7].

The corruption in the distribution of fund progressed so far, that the ministers already have no need to search for a reasonable pretext for robbery and spending of funds. The launch of satellite "Yubuleybyj" with the perpetual motion machine gravitsapa indicates the total corruption of the ministers placed by Vladimir Putin and complete corruption (or absolute incompetence) of the directors of the research institutes they promote.[8]

The catastrophe Katyn-2 is believed to be organized by Putin [9,10]. The severe controversies in the official interpretations of the event indicate, that the official Russian investigation group tries to hide the cause of the catastrophe. The international investigation of the case is requested [11].

Putin is suspected to be organizer of many other terroristic acts and political murders. Mainly, the suspicions are based on the controversies in the interpretation of events by the Russian officials, as they are promoted by the Russian media of mass communications. Many thousands of Russian citizen insist that Putin should leave from all his positions in the government of Russia [12].

The activity of the Russian spies in the USA and other country indicates that they are washing money for the agents of KGB and the Russian government [13]. This activity is just crime that has nothing to do with interests of the people of any of countries involved. The scale of such a robbery greatly exceeds the official budget of the Russian Federation [14] and may be the main cause of the world-wide economical crisis.

The literature in support of the suspicions formulated above is extensive. The descriptions of the episodes are presented in the separate files [6,7,8,9,12,13,14]; only few general links are listed below. Any person who will be able to interrogate Putin should investigate his role in these episodes; most of them are suspected to be organized by the KGB agents. There are also Lists of other suspicious persons [15,16] and the questions for them. The questions are in Russian, but I can prepare the English version. The international investigation of activity of Putin is highly desirable of not only the safety and prosperity of the people of Russia, but also for the safety of the people of the neighbor countries.

Pitin demonstrates examples of propaganda of pedophilia and homosexuality. Sergey Sobyanin used to perform functions of his spouse.

The politics of the Putin's government looks extremely anti-Russianal: the sabotage of the investigation of the terroristic acts; sabotage of the organization of the resistance to the wild fires, the support of the pseudo-scientific projects; the hiding of the country's income in foreign countries; the suppression of the peaceful meeting of the citizen; the protection of the police officers who had committed the crimes dealing with the protesters - all these actions destroy the country and make the "tandem" non-popular; the 3/4 of the population support the partizans. The total corruption in the high-level Russian administration disables the constitutional ways to deal with violations of Law; this may lead to the bloody revolt, Boris Nemtsov thinks [17].

According to the Russian law, the information about the meeting was submitted 10 days before the meeting, id est, 5 days before the terroristic act. This indicates that the leader of "Edinaya Rossia", id est, Vladimir Putin, at least 5 days before the terroristic act knew about it and made all necessary arrangements to use it for the self-advertisement.
