Your arms still hold me tight,
but fire is around.
Look now into my eyes -
we'll get in fire drowned.
The fierce fire howls,
my rainbow wings are burned.
Please don't let my hand out now,
please don't release the hold.
I'm instantly forgetting
the air that didn't glow,
the sun that hadn't fallen,
the time that wasn't so slow.
We've thrown us into the fire
withought an intention to do so.
I'm not in pain and I have no fear
to burn, to disappear, just to go.
The flames will swallow everything
and two of us will turn to ashes;
I see this vision in your eyes -
the mirror for the fireflashes.
The flames run around us in circles...
That's all. I see, I know, I'm sure.
The memory of two of us will stay.
Forever. Neverending. Pure.
