  Содержание. The content.
  
  
  (Пояснения к нумерации оглавления:
  
  1) В квадратных скобках указаны дата и время, когда произведение было размещено в Интернете. Например: [04.03.2018 18:12] означает, что произведение было размещено в Интернете (https://proza.ru/avtor/zaleski) 04 марта 2018 года в 18 час, 12 минут по московскому времени. Дата и время размещения в Интернете естественным образом немного отличаются от даты и времени написания, которые указываются после текста каждой миниатюры).
  
  2) Список произведений в настоящем Дневнике корреспондируется, соотносится с общим списком миниатюр (на разные темы), который ведется с января 2018 года (первая миниатюра в списке - Сказка о Луи Антуане де Бугенвиле - датирована 14 января 2017 года - размещена в Интернете - 14.01.2017 13:54; общий список миниатюр был составлен не сразу). В общем списке миниатюры (главным образом, на русском языке, несколько - на английском) пронумерованы арабскими цифрами. Переводы миниатюр пронумерованы римскими цифрами.
  
  Таким образом, в данном Дневнике каждое произведение имеет два номера.

  Вспоминалась недавняя баня и связанные с ней приятные моменты... Икорка, красная и чёрная... Водочка... Хорошее общество...
  
  Но многолетняя бюрократическая самодисциплина развернула внимание к документам, требующим внимания.
  
  '...О Новочеркасских...' '...пирожках...' 'Копают ...!..'
  
  Начал читать.
  
  Хотя и так, в общем, всё было понятно: 'Надо, значит, надо. Сорвем покров... Заявим, примем, увековечим...'
  
  Внезапно почувствовал интерес: 'А что, у нас многим Никита нравится.' 'Подтянули... Отдали приказ... Прямой наводкой.' 'А там дальше дискутируйте, чего больше: белого или черного...'
  
  Поднял трубку: '... Что там журналист? 'Прицепился' к мерседесу?.. А ты бы попробовал - на троллейбусе... Ладно... ...Передаю тебе материалы исторические. Ознакомься. Для сведения. Сам понимаешь...'

  2 - 232. Сказка о киносценарии и крупных государственных деньгах
  
  
  При международном кинофестивале открыли курсы повышения квалификации для киносценаристов.
  
  В номере пятизвёздочной гостиницы сценарист, обучающийся на курсах, изнывал от жары.
  
  'Почему так дискомфортно? Работает кондиционер! В помещении - нормальная температура'.
  
  Тянуло в сон.
  
  Вспомнилось сегодняшнее задание руководителя курсов:
  
  'Допустим, вы получили хорошие деньги! 'Вы' - в широком смысле! То есть, получил деньги - продюсер...'
  
  Видимо, сценарист провалился в сон.
  
  Глаза руководителя курсов приближались, становились все ближе и ближе. Они смотрели прямо в душу.
  
  'Вы не для Ю-туба снимаете видеокамерой телефонного аппарата! На работу будут приняты многие профессионалы! Плохо у вас снять фильм просто не получится... Что такое 'плохо'? Это понятие оценочное... Критики и знаменитые люди этого слова не произнесут... Они будут произносить другие слова - позитивные...' Глаза становились все ближе и ближе, они входили в самого сценариста...
  
  'Но при одном условии', - продолжил мысль руководителя курсов голосом руководителя курсов сценарист, - 'при условии хорошего сценария'.
  
  'В конце концов, что такое исторический эпизод с массовыми волнениями и расстрелом мирных жителей?' - продолжал размышлять сценарист. - 'Это, нужно признать, факт, неоднократно имевший место в истории ...' 'В том или ином варианте мы можем обнаружить такой факт в истории любой страны...'
  
  'Послушайте', - обратился сценарист к руководителю курсов, - 'что вы так пристально на меня смотрите. Я понимаю: дело ответственное... Но ведь не только такие печальные факты в том или ином виде повторяются в истории. Повторяются и съемки всяких фильмов, повторяются в какой-то форме сценарии... Что такое ремейки, в конце концов? И чего на меня так смотреть? Как удав на кролика. Я не кролик!'
  
  'Вы не понимаете!' - возмущенно прорычал руководитель курсов. - 'Вы делаете сценарий не для какого-то фильма! А для фильма, который будет сниматься на государственные деньги! И никаких массовых мероприятий с коллективным чтением текстов хором быть не должно! Не должно быть гнусных намеков о позволении себя использовать...' 'Поняли?!'
  
  От растерянности сценарист отключился полностью. 'Статуэтка!-Статуэтка!-Статуэтка' начал настраивать он себя повторением кодового слова...
  
  'В мире нет стабильности...' 'Он же Саша, он же Саня, он же Александр...'- появилось в памяти.
  
  'Тьфу!' - подумал сценарист. - 'Только не это!' 'Привяжутся: куда потратили деньги... Будут намекать на 'использование'... Докопаются до каких-либо контрактов...'
  
  'Герой гражданской войны...' - появилось в памяти.
  
  Сценарист сфокусировал внимание.
  
  'Он на даче с семьей... Сотрудники карательных органов готовятся к жутким делам... Сначала - любовная интрига... Отвергнутый когда-то женой героя проходимец поступил на службу в органы... И он приезжает к герою и его жене... Нарастает напряжение...'
  
  Сценарист схватил листы бумаги стал судорожно записывать...
  
  'Вот и черная машина. Героя гражданской войны выводят и сажают между агентами. Герой возмущен! Он пытается сопротивляться. Машина движется... Агенты применяют силу... Сопротивление героя гражданской войны сломлено... Машина приезжает на площадь... Возбужденная толпа мирных жителей держит в руках пирожки с ливером. Танки. Войска. Генералы. Пулеметы. Все застыло... Генералы вспоминают прием у Верховного Главнокомандующего, произнесенный им тост... Не отдают приказа!..'
  
  'Командуй'! - требуют от привезенного героя агенты. - 'Тебя люди знают. Ты герой, всем известный!'
  
  Сломленный насилием герой командует: 'Огонь'!
  
  Звучат выстрелы...
  
  Над площадью появляются аэростаты. К ним прикреплены громадные портреты Вождя Народов.
  
  'Вот и хорошо!' - послышался ласковый голос руководителя курсов.
  
  'Чушь!' - подумал сценарист. - 'Откуда здесь в номере руководитель курсов?' 'Пойду в бассейн, освежусь!'
  
  Сценарист положил в папку исписанные листы бумаги и вышел в коридор. Вот и бассейн. Сценарист разделся и прыгнул в воду.
  
  В момент прыжка он вдруг услышал слова: 'Деньги государственные! И не маленькие!'
  
  Сценарист погружался в воду все глубже и глубже. Ему навстречу приближались пристально смотрящие глаза руководителя курсов.
  
  Сквозь сон сценарист услышал стук в дверь гостиничного номера.

  Читаю интернет-публикацию в Российской газете (18.04.2019 20:50 'Ученые раскрыли тайны создания Цимлянского моря' Текст: Николай Грищенко https://rg.ru/2019/04/18/reg-ufo/uchenye-raskryli-tajny-sozdaniia-cimlianskogo-moria.html?utm_referrer=https.yandex.com).
  
  Оказывается, 'Создание Цимлянского водохранилища или, как его называют, Цимлянского моря нанесло непоправимый удар донскому казачеству. В результате чего изменилась флора и фауна региона, а также экономика и социально-культурная жизнь населения среднего Дона. Об этом свидетельствуют рассекреченные архивные документы и исследования ученых Южного научного центра РАН.'
  
  Читаю и думаю...
  
  Вопрос первый. Доступна ли эта книга в интернете?
  
  Делаю запрос (с помощью программы-поисковика): '"Цимлянская плотина. Последний аккорд расказачивания на Дону" скачать бесплатно'.
  
  Интернет выдает: презентовали книгу.
  
  Скачать книгу лично мне не удалось.
  
  Вопрос второй. Кто и за чьи деньги готовил эту книгу (собранные документы)?
  
  Упоминается 'академик Геннадий Матишов'. Академик Геннадий Матишов сидел в архивах, затем готовил книгу, и т.д.?..
  
  Относительно денег я почему-то предполагаю, что это деньги госбюджета, переданные в Академию наук, а затем из 'Академии' в Южный научный центр РАН. Не исключены и дополнительные финансовые источники ...
  
  На этом этапе возникает интересная тема. А какова 'стоимость' этой книги?
  
  На память приходят тайны Марианской впадины и Саргассова моря...
  
  Сделаем умозрительное предположение. Предположим. Над книгой работали пять человек. Зарплата у каждого 25000 рублей в месяц. И работали они один год. Получается 1500000 рублей (полтора миллиона рублей). Разумеется, цифра умозрительная. Может быть, не 5, а - 4 или шесть, а зарплата в среднем у каждого не 25 000 рублей, а 19000 руб. или 30000 рублей. А командировки? А издательские расходы?
  
  Для ориентира примем 1,5 миллиона рублей.
  
  Вопрос третий. Что же это за 'рассекреченные архивные документы'? В чем разница между 'рассекреченными' и 'не рассекреченными'? В слове 'рассекреченные' есть определенный флёр, чувствуется опасность. ('Осторожно! Секреты!') Исследователи, возможно, проявили смелость, отвагу...
  
  Снова рискну предположить, что правовой статус 'рассекреченных' и 'просто' архивных документов не очень отличается. После рассекречивания документы становятся, предполагаю, общедоступными архивными документами.
  
  Вопрос четвертый. А в чем же 'изюминка'? Изюминка в том, что вопросы истории, в том числе 'местной', локальной истории, всегда интересны широкой публике.
  
  Только одним дают дышать, а другим - не очень.
  
  Был, например, депутат Государственной Думы. Он позволил себе рассуждать насчет атамана Краснова. Сначала молчали и ждали. Наконец, смелый любитель истории высказал что-то уязвимое. Что тут поднялось! Подвели дело к тому, что он чуть ли не сторонник Гитлера и фашизма! Краснов - сами знаете... Как-то не слышно теперь об этом депутате (экс-депутате?) ...
  
  Или, один режиссер снял фильм насчет встречи Нового Года привилегированной семьей в блокадном Ленинграде. Не очень простой период жизни после этого начался у этого режиссера (отзывы, вызовы...). А другой режиссер надумал снять фильм насчет расстрела в Новочеркасске в 1962 году - этому режиссеру, судя по сообщениям СМИ, - поддержка и 150 миллионов рублей (на цели съемок фильма)...
  
  Так что формально вопросы истории и архивы - общедоступны...
  
  Вопрос пятый. А что мешает любому интересующемуся историей культурному человеку (например, блогеру, учителю, журналисту, студенту, аспиранту и т.д.) пойти в архив, сделать там подборку документов, сгруппировать их и разместить в Интернете?
  
  При таком варианте появляются сразу две очевидные выгоды.
  
  Во-первых, нет накладных расходов, требующихся для содержания аппарата Академии, филиалов и проч и проч.
  
  Во-вторых, читатели получают возможность бесплатно ознакомиться в Интернете с подготовленными книгами.
  
  Допустим, фантастический вариант.
  
  Один миллион рублей делится на четыре равные части (по 250000 рублей) - эти деньги на конкурсной и публичной основе выделяются претендентам. Претенденты готовят четыре книги (на основе архивных документов - то есть, сборники) и публикуют их в Интернете.
  
  (В числе претендентов могут быть и Матишев, и другие академики, и другие сотрудники ЮНЦ РАН, - у всех права равные, - почему бы им не показать себя и свою квалификацию...)
  
  При таком варианте сразу несколько выгод:
  
  1) Экономия 500000 рублей (гипотетическая экономия гипотетической суммы) (впрочем, не совсем целесообразный объект для экономии),
  
  2) Читатели получают альтернативные варианты публикаций, узнают новые научные, исторические, литературные имена,
  
  3) Широкая общественность получает возможность читать книги (бесплатно), а не узнавать о презентациях...
  
  Но не так то всё просто... Тонкая материя...
  
  За всеми этими 'Академиями' и 'центрами' - надежные места с оплатой из госбюджетных источников, возможность влиять на присуждение ученых степеней и прочие не очень видимые, но приятные вещи... Так что нужны 'Академии', 'центры'...
  
  Вопрос шестой. В современной исторической науке существуют своеобразные исторические доминанты. Допустим, все слышали понятие - 'депортация'. В газетной статье говориться: 'было затоплено 164 казачьих хутора и станицы'. Куда же делось население? 'Депортация' или не 'депортация'?
  
  Может в книге есть об этом что-то?
  
  
  Вопрос седьмой. Открываю Википедию. Статья 'Цимлянское водохранилище'. Читаю: 'Общее количество переселённых дворов 13 716, мелких промышленных объектов 507 с количеством строений 1 644. При заполнении водохранилища под водой оказался исторический памятник - хазарская город-крепость Саркел.'
  
  'Было затоплено 164 казачьих хутора и станицы, в том числе исторический памятник - хазарская крепость Саркел, - отметил академик Геннадий Матишов.' - это строка из газетной статьи.
  
  Не могу не отметить того преимущества Википедии, что она доступна и она бесплатна...
  
  В общем, в архивах есть документы (в том числе, и рассекреченные), эти документы можно опубликовать... Формально у всех права - равные, а фактически - в этом вопросе у каждого свой индивидуальный опыт...
  
  'Создание водохранилища привело к существенному изменению гидрологического режима Азовского моря и резкому уменьшению его продуктивности. Солёность моря до зарегулирования Дона была в три раза меньше средней солёности океана. Величина её на поверхности изменялась от 1 промилле в устье Дона до 10,5 промилле в центральной части моря и 11,5 промилле у Керченского пролива.   'Кроме того, создание водохранилища привело к существенному изменению гидрологического режима Азовского моря и резкому уменьшению его рыбных запасов и способствовало исчезновению осетров. Многие почвы подверглись засолению, что повлекло изменение флоры и фауны.' (это строка из газетной статьи).
  
  
  В общем, гидрологический режим изменился, а людей с родных мест выселили (и не вернули их обратно на родные земли)...

  4 - 853. Скетч о двигателях российской культуры (Гражданская война - Новочеркасские события - Карибский кризис - современная эпоха)
  
  
  Не желаете ли прочитать материал под названием 'Российские актрисы, которые попали в кино через постель'?
  
  Сегодня Ходченкова вспоминалась. Не она сама, в личном качестве, а ее звание 'заслуженной'.
  
  Почему вспоминалась? Может быть, мысль пришла по ассоциации от Станислава Говорухина. Он не забывал, что его отец казак, и не просто казак, а казак репрессированный.
  
  Если вспоминать в нужное время и в нужном месте, то, с учетом огромного морального авторитета казачества в России и в мире, получается нужный эффект.
  
  Естественно, Станислав Говорухин был большой культурной величиной. Скоро памятник полковнику Василию Михайловичу Чернецову и многим другим выдающимся казакам поставят. Он, Чернецов, выступал против тех, кто был за Брестский мир... ('Мирная конференция' началась в декабре 1917 года). Не так то просто было быть 'против'... Что может сделать один человек против миллионов... Но если рассуждать гипотетически, то без Брестского мира не было бы союза Советской России с догитлеровской Германией. Вполне возможно, что в Европе ситуация была бы и спокойнее, и гармоничнее...
  
  В общем, спасибо Говорухину, что он помнил о своем происхождении не только в самых ответственных ситуациях, но и в другие периоды времени.

  (Только не нужно 'втюхивать' про дедушку, который боролся против ... Ну, не против ..., а против 'его' сына...). Разные кино мы смотрели... 'Дедушки', знаете ли, разные...
  
  Так или иначе, я нажал на соответствующую 'кнопку'.
  
  Как назло, сообщение об ошибке. Нет такой страницы! А зачем предлагаете? Спрос изучаете? Анализ интересов?
  
  Заговорило упрямство. Внес в строку поиска наименование статьи, и нашел ту же (наверное) публикацию, но на другом сайте.
  
  Читаю. Фотографии не плохие. Текст, конечно, построен на догадках. Но не весь. В каких-то обстоятельствах дело дошло до бесспорных событий...
  
  Интереснее всего - комментарии. Отчасти люди издеваются. 'Мы таких не знаем!' 'Разве они снимались в каких-то фильмах?'
  
  В чем-то я этих комментаторов понимаю... Я об активной артистической карьере в кино знаю из некоторых статей в Википедии... Фильмы не смотрю... Смотрят ли люди, публика, эти фильмы? Смотрят- не смотрят... Есть фильм - есть 'финансовый повод'...
  
  Один товарищ работает как раб на галерах, обеспечивает уют... то есть финансирование для фильмов... Очередной транш - 150 миллионов (рублей...).
  
  Если памятника Чернецову пока нет, то повесим лапшу на уши насчет того, что творили с его (Чернецова) земляками через 44 года ...
  
  Дорогой Никита Сергеевич убедился в надежности своих помощников на мирном новочеркасском населении.
  
  После этих событий можно было задействовать их и в более крупном деле - в Карибском кризисе (Новочеркасск, все же, для большого человека - масштаб не достаточно убедительный).
  
  Отношения с цивилизационным союзником России (с США) портились надолго и самым убедительным образом (Есть на земном шаре люди, которым нужно помочь... Они так объясняют... А Россия для чего? Не все, конечно, питаются хорошо - в Новочеркасске, например, не все были довольны... Но есть надежные люди...).
  
  После Новочеркасска придет уверенность, и можно будет подняться на много уровней вверх - чтобы 'чувствовало' не население города или области, а всё население страны, и 'наслаждалось' не один день, - а более значительный исторический период...
  
  Главное, чтобы Владимир Ростиславович что-нибудь не закрыл...

  5 - 849. Монолог о гипотезе "Исторического резонанса"
  
  
  Ознакомление с материалом Евгения Трифонова "Португальский 'подарок' СССР", размещенным в Интернете, сначала вызвало ощущение чего-то знакомого.
  
  Так... А события на территории бывшего СССР (после 1991 года) ничем не напоминают тех процессов, которые имели место на португальских заморских территориях после "Революции гвоздик" 1974 года?
  
  Интересен был и материал Евгения Трифонова "Гражданская война в Желтороссии".
  
  Можно ли подобрать к событиям в "Желтороссии" какую-либо историческую аналогию?
  
  И, если аналогию удастся подобрать, то как назвать получающееся обобщение?
  
  Я решил назвать взгляд на некоторые исторические сопоставления Историческим резонансом, гипотезой 'Исторического резонанса'.
  
  Как известно, некоторые археологические территории рядом с рекой Дон имеют рекордное количество исторических слоев. Люди на берегу Дона жили с доисторических времен.
  
  Когда возник Старочеркасск (ст. Старочеркасская. До 1805 года - Черкасск))? До 13 века? После 13 века? ('...между Азовским и Каспийским морем сделалась новая воинственная республика...' (Цитата по Википедии)).
  
  Возникновение Новочеркасска датируется точно - 1805 годом ('Новочеркасск (рус. дореф.Новочеркаскъ) был основан 18 (30) мая 1805 года как столица Области Войска Донского' - Википедия).
  
  Официально огромный объем работ по закреплению границ Области Войска Донского был проведен под общим руководством Григория Потемкина.
  
  Фактически Область существовала задолго до этих работ.
  
  Как эти исторические детали могут быть связаны с гипотезой "Исторического резонанса"?
  
  В эпоху Григория Потемкина и Екатерины Второй произошел окончательный раздел Речи Посполитой (1795). Речь Посполитая, Польша и Великое княжество Литовское прекратили свое существование как самостоятельные государства.
  
  Польша никогда с потерей суверенитета не соглашалась. Более или менее регулярно происходили восстания. Накапливался дипломатический потенциал - Европа и мир, несмотря на политические реалии того времени, смотрели на Польшу как на независимое государство.
  
  Днём независимости Польши признается 11 ноября 1918 года. Если верить книге А.Ю. Гусарова "100 великих американцев", то в выступлении перед Конгрессом 8 января 1918 года президент Вудро Вильсон сформулировал тезисы о Первой мировой войне, которые получили название 'Четырнадцать пунктов'. В них, среди других, было такое положение: "Создание независимого польского государства, объединяющего все польские территории с выходом к морю".
  
  Если верить книге З.М. Гершова "Вудро Вильсон" (1983), то единственной иностранной наградой, которую принял этот американский президент, был орден "Белый орел" (С. 292). Этим орденом правительство Польши наградило Вудро Вильсона в 1922 году.
  
  Общеизвестна значительная роль казачьих войск в защите России и в проведении Россией внешней политики.
  
  Наверное, можно вспомнить и "Польскую кампанию" времен Екатерины Второй, и "Венгерскую кампанию" времен Николая Первого, какие-то международные попытки в соответствии с замыслами Павла Первого... Естественно, в истории на первом плане - героизм казачьих войск в 1812 году и в период Первой мировой войны.
  
  Так или иначе, но, в отличие от Польши, Область Войска Донского встретила события 1917 года без дипломатического потенциала, без проектов развития в новых, изменившихся условиях...
  
  Через некоторое время Область Войска Донского перестала существовать. Перестали существовать и иные казачьи "территории". ('20 марта 1920 года, область Войска Донского была упразднена' - Википедия. Статья 'Область Войска Донского').
  
  Руководители Войска чувствовали проблему весьма остро. Атаман А.М. Каледин покончил жизнь самоубийством 29 января (11 февраля) 1918 года. Атаман П.Н. Краснов не видел выхода - пытался что-то искать у Германии Адольфа Гитлера...
  
  На части территории Великого княжества Литовского возникла в 1917-1918-1919 годах Белоруссия. Население Княжества также участвовало в восстаниях, наряду с Польшей... Демократический слой Княжества (после изменения экономической, правовой и политической ситуации) преобразовался в интеллигенцию (техническую и творческую) Российской Империи.
  
  Возникновение Белоруссии - это результат целенаправленной деятельности каких-то деятелей Княжества, или - результат "творчества" большевистских (социалистических) деятелей, создававших республики на территории СССР? Не готов ответить на эти вопросы...
  
  Казачество получило "расказачивание", Польша и Венгрия получили суверенные государства... На карте появилась Белоруссия...
  
  Могут ли эти события быть описаны гипотезой "Исторического резонанса"?
  
  О судьбе образованного культурного населения португальских заморских территорий после "Революции гвоздик" (прочитав Евгения Трифонова) мы вспомнили выше.
  
  "Дрейф Ф. Кастро в сторону Советского Союза ни у кого в Вашингтоне уже не вызывал сомнений. И вскоре это окончательно подтвердилось.   6 - 808. Скетч о визите киномэтра к провинциалам
  
  
  СМИ сообщили о (предстоящем) визите киномэтра к провинциалам.
  
  Очень ему хочется снять кинотворение за 150 миллионов рублей.
  
  И, наверное, желание не у него одного.
  
  А почему бы и нет. Простая бухгалтерия - доход - приход. И киномэтр - "свой". Ему нужно такие заказы получать регулярно, чтобы держаться на "финансовом плаву". Следовательно, и в нем, и в результатах его деятельности можно не сомневаться.
  
  А что там с исторической правдой и с загубленными людьми... Так, может быть, эта правда и не всем нужна...
  
  Видимо многие силы в этом видеотворении заинтересованы.
  
  Деньги где выделили? "Там!"
  
  Но этого мало - передали поручение на нижестоящий уровень: "Оказать содействие!"
  
  Как будто на нижестоящем уровне нет своих забот и без этого предстоящего кинотворения и без осваивания киномэтром 150 миллионов...
  
  Но так или иначе, но с формальной точки зрения, все уровни тратят не свои личные, а "бюджетные"...
  
  Очень бы хотелось посмотреть сценарий...
  
  Что же мы увидим в результате освоения 150 миллионов рублей киномэтром? Да и нижестоящий уровень так или иначе затратится. (Для примера - заинтересованные лица вычислили стоимость дежурства полицейских рядом с посольством Эквадора - в период нахождения там Ассанжа. Любые усилия так или иначе требуют каких-то затрат).
  
  И почему, например, к режиссеру известного фильма о праздновании Нового Года одной из семей в блокадном Ленинграде - одно отношение, а к другому - другое?... Потому что кому-то так захотелось?
  
  Хорошо выглядит конституционное равенство, за которое бьются и голосят кому не лень...

  7 - 914. 914. Сказка о Драконе-Зайце и Скетч об искусстве заячьих петель.
  
  
  Дракон Анти-культуры с удовольствием наблюдал за попыткой Дон-Кихота сразиться с мельницей.
  
  "Пусть он атакует мельницу, а я буду жизнью наслаждаться и делать умное лицо!"
  
  В это время кино-олигархи расстелили красную дорожку для того, чтобы себя показать и на других посмотреть.
  
  Дракон решил прогуляться по городу и приобщиться к красной дорожке.
  
  Когда Дракон оказался на городской улице, случился скандал.
  
  Горожане устроили что-то вроде корриды. Они погнали Дракона на арену: "Отчитайтесь в развитии культуры!"
  
  Скачет Дракон по улицам под свист и требования горожан и думает:
  
  "Напрасно я затеял всю эту галиматью с допустимыми объемами заимствования!" "Лучше я шикну на эту мельницу, чтобы она исчезла, дам Дон-Кихоту миллион песо, чтобы он снял фильм обо мне! Все подумают, что я белый и пушистый, что я забочусь очень сильно о культуре. Я отсижусь, а затем снова примусь за свое прежнее культурное надувательство и вредительство...".
  
  Тем временем, кино-олигархи обратили внимание на незавидное положение Дракона Анти-культуры: "Он наш прародитель и питатель! Он наш кормилец! И в каком он оказался незавидном положении?!"
  
  Кино-олигархи стали прохаживаться по красной дорожке и пускать воздушные шарики.
  
  Шарики привлекли интерес горожан, и они на секунду выпустили Дракона из виду.
  
  Дракон превратился в зайца ("Я белый и пушистый!"), сделал несколько заячьих петель и поскакал к красной дорожке ("кто к дорожке прикоснётся, тот сил анти-культурных наберется!").
  
  Прибежал Дракон к дорожке, сказал несколько слов голосом Зайца из мультфильма.
  
  Прислушался.
  
  Вроде бы, аплодируют...
  
  "А пускай эта мельница и дальше крыльями махает. Пусть этот Дон-Кихот с ней сражается... Всё это завершится непонятно чем... Но внимание Дон-Кихота вся эта возня отвлечет... Меньше видео рецензий на фильмы, получившие деньги из государственного бюджета, Дон-Кихот будет снимать..."

  8 - 1012. Эссе о России в историческом интервале 30-х годов 20 века
  
  
  После выполнения основной части работ по строительству Великого Сибирского железнодорожного пути в российском обществе изменилась психология.
  
  Если ознакомиться с работами А.П. Чехова о путешествии на Сахалин, то можно сделать вывод - такое путешествие сплошное мучение (за исключением части путешествия на корабле по речному пути).
  
  Антон Павлович Чехов многое объяснил своими книгами российскому обществу. И Великий Сибирский железнодорожный путь начал строится весьма быстро. Его существенная часть была построена уже при жизни А.П. Чехова.
  
  Оказалось, из западной части Российской империи можно добраться до Тихого океана весьма быстро и в сравнительно комфортабельных условиях.
  
  А какая богатая страна Сибирь! Здесь и золото и алмазы, и другие полезные ископаемые, и земли, и реки.
  
  В общем - изобилие. В некотором смысле - коммунизм. От каждого по способностям. Каждому - по потребностям.
  
  И вообще, Российская империя огромное, самодостаточное государство. Зачем нам Европа?!
  
  В этот момент и начали формироваться векторы внутренней и внешней политики на весь 20-й век.
  
  Зачем нам Европа? Зачем России воевать в коалиции с Англией и Францией (и США)? Мы очень энергичные и проницательные. Мы заключим Брестский мир. Какие мы догадливые!
  
  Но прежде освободимся от царского режима - он слишком тесными узами связан с Западной Европой.
  
  Освободились от царского режима и заключили Брестский мир.
  
  Только есть такое качество - забывчивость. Многие люди дружно забыли, - а при каких обстоятельствах Российская империя стала одной из самых больших стран мира. Она шла к почетному положению одной из самых больших стран мира не противопоставляя себя Европе, а в союзе с Европой.
  
  Беспокойным революционерам хотелось мирового господства.
  
  Проблема заключалась в том, что у них не было опыта внутренней и внешней политики.
  
  Вот и первый результат. Брестский мир заложил в историческую память определенных кругов Германии приятную возможность пользования огромными богатствами "на Востоке". Оккупированы огромные территории! Создан ряд дружественных стран! А какая огромная и приятная репарация!
  
  Второй результат. Для противовеса Европе помогли Германии восстановиться после поражения в Первой мировой войне.
  
  Третий результат. Сильная, восстановившаяся Германия 1934-1939 годов хорошо помнила о приятной возможности получить в свое распоряжение огромные богатств "на Востоке".
  
  Четвертый результат. Хотя Западная Европа и с уважением относилась к истории и культуре России, но к Советской России она относилась без какой-либо симпатии. Против перспективы конфликта фашистской Германии с СССР никто в Западной Европе особенно не выступал (кроме "интернационалистов").
  
  Пятый результат. Пришло понимание: "Если мы не пройдем за 10 лет столетний путь, - нас сомнут".
  
  Шестой результат. Оставшиеся в стране люди с европейской общей и деловой культурой - Дзержинский, Кржижановский и другие - восстанавливали железные дороги, промышленность, осуществляли электрификацию. По совпадению событий в США началась Великая депрессия. Американские специалисты охотно делились знаниями и опытом - за хорошую оплату.
  
  "Тайны власти" сочетались с открытостью власти. Вот вам пятилетний план. Прошло пять лет. Вот вам результаты. Извольте ознакомиться. Всё по-честному.
  
  В итоге победили в 1945 году ту саму Германию, которой в 1918 году показали сладкий вкус богатств "на Востоке", а затем помогли восстановиться.
  
  Не плохая - ленинская - внутренняя и внешняя политика.
  
  Сталин обеспечил экономический скачок в 30-е годы и Победу в Великой Отечественной войне.
  
  Но 30-е и 40-е годы завершились, а послереволюционную историю в карман спрятать не так-то просто. Создание ООН сглаживало наиболее острые противоречия. Но как хочется в Анголу, как хочется в Египет, на Кубу!
  
  Что с того, что в Новочеркасске, например, (да и не только в Новочеркасске) люди не понимают, почему все эти богатства Сибири и Дальнего Востока уходят "для наших зарубежных друзей"? Самим-то тоже кушать хочется...
  
  Но им объясняли, что скоро наступит коммунизм. Потерпите. Непонятливым объясняли более отчетливо.
  
  В конце концов стало ясно, что при всех богатствах Сибири и Дальнего Востока изобилия ждать не приходится. Коммунизм не стал реальностью.
  
  Те люди, которые остались от старых времен, естественным образом сошли со сцены. Американские специалисты приезжать перестали.
  
  Руководить стали люди а ля Хрущев. Тоталитарный строй, хотя и способен на скачок, разрушает общую культуру и души людей. Кому руководить?
  
  Нет талантов и способностей. Есть решение проблемы - демонстрировать лояльность, носить дань и льстить, загонять в безвыходные ситуации оставшихся людей со способностями и эксплуатировать их, получать свои кусочки сырьевого пирога.
  
  Самодостаточность России, как страны огромной, также оказалась дискредитированной.
  
  Множество интересных товаров, благ появилось. Внезапно выяснилось, что эти блага может производить лишь тот самый Запад.
  
  Если кто-то назовет Брежнева руководителем, то я того человека поздравляю. Не буду отрицать, что при Брежневе возникла идея конвергенции. Но бегали, бегали, продолжали бегать вокруг революционных ценностей и вокруг помощи "нашим друзьям". Идея конвергенции осталась идеей, а затем у Брежнева просто не осталось физических сил ни для чего.
  
  В итоге самим понадобилась помощь в начале 1990-х.
  
  В общем, Сибирь и Дальний Восток - это хорошо. Только почему-то при всем изобилии изобилия не наблюдается.
  
  С самодостаточностью - тоже нет уверенности...
  
  Остались зарубежные "друзья" и убеждение - сегодня мы на "них" потратимся, а завтра нам очень много от этих затрат возвратится...
  
  В общем, тяни мочало, начинай сначала...
  
  А может быть, все просто? В союзе с Европой, может быть, больше плюсов, чем в противодействии Европе? И владение Сибирью и Дальним Востоком ничего в этом простом тезисе не меняет. И не надо про коммунизм (то есть, извините, про экономический рост и про приближающееся благосостояние), не надо про самодостаточность...
  
  Но про зарубежных "друзей" ... придется, видимо, слушать дальше...

  9 - 1434. Рецензия на книгу Уильяма Таубмана 'Хрущёв'
  
  
  Судя по предисловию, автор книги, Уильям Таубман, - американский исследователь, историк, писатель.
  
  Потенциал исследовательских, исторических, писательских традиций в США не вызывает сомнений.
  
  Разумеется, каждая конкретная книга, каждая конкретная биография отличается от других уровнем детализации, темами наибольшего интереса со стороны автора биографии и другими особенностями.
  
  Примерный круг тем, которые будут освещены в любой, сколько-нибудь полной биографии Хрущева, более или менее очевиден. Например, 'Хрущев и смерь Сталина', 'Хрущёв и Берия', 'попытка свержения Хрущёва так называемой антипартийной группой', 'Хрущёв и Новочеркасские события', 'Хрущёв и Берлинский кризис', 'Хрущёв и Карибский кризис', 'отставка Хрущёва' и другие темы.
  
  Книгу Уильяма Таубмана отличает хороший стиль, огромная исследовательская основа, умение изложить материал, сопоставление версий (в русскоязычном переводе есть незначительные недостатки, которые могут быть устранены в будущем).
  
  Книга Уильяма Таубмана содержит огромный объем информации!
  
  Однако, главная проблема, стоящая перед биографами Никиты Сергеевича Хрущёва, - это принципиальный подход к герою биографического описания.
  
  Кто он, Хрущёв?
  
  Глупец? Хитрец? Закоренелый, но хорошо замаскировавшийся, преступник? Добродетельный человек, ставший преступником по стечению объективных обстоятельств? Или же основания назвать его преступником - отсутствуют? Примитивный, безграмотный, но обаятельно подающий себя, неуч? ('...Хрущев и признавал себя самого и своих товарищей 'темными неучами'... 'Обождите, все у нас будет, в том числе и балет' - цитата по книге Уильяма Таубмана 'Хрущёв'). Душитель свободы, ради прихода к власти маскирующийся под демократа, гуманиста? Демократ, гуманист, вынужденный служить тоталитарной системе, и не умеющий справиться с психологическими импульсами бесконтрольной власти?
  
  Хрущёв - он положительный персонаж, или - отрицательный?
  
  Если оценивать Хрущёва, то с какой позиции? С позиции обитателя Западного Мира? С позиции европейца или американца? С позиции 'простого' жителя СССР?
  
  По этому поводу вспоминаются слова из книги Евгения Матонина 'Иосип Броз Тито': '...Черчилль, пыхнув сигарой, спросил: 'А вы не собираетесь жить в Югославии после войны?' - 'Нет, сэр', - ответил Маклин. 'И я не собираюсь, - сказал Черчилль. (...)'
  
  Как предполагает автор настоящей рецензии, общая позиция Уильям Таубмана по отношению к Хрущёву напоминает взгляд опытного преподавателя на одного из выпускников университета. Молодо-зелено! Но грехи молодости понятны. К ним можно отнестись с пониманием. Главное, что бывший студент напрягся и завершил образование! ('...у меня было четыре класса церковно-приходской школы, а потом сразу вместо среднего - незаконченное высшее' - цитата по книге Уильяма Таубмана 'Хрущёв').
  
  Сталин был жестоким диктатором, но при нем состоялись и Тегеран, и Ялта, и Потсдам. Плюс несколько лет между СССР и Британской империей существовала много тысячекилометровая граница (в Иране) при вполне благожелательных отношениях между Великобританией и СССР. А Хрущёв был человеком относительно демократичным, гуманным, но при нем имели место и Берлинский кризис, и Карибский кризис...

  10 - 1643. Фильм Андрея Кончаловского эпохи Владимира Мединского о Новочеркасских событиях. Очерк истории киноискусства.
  
  
  25 февраля 2018 г. - 04 марта 2018 г. мы написали миниатюру '[148.] Монолог о новочеркасских пирожках'.
  
  Затем эта тема получила развитие в нашем творчестве (например, '[232.] Сказка о киносценарии и крупных государственных деньгах' - 27 мая 2018 г.).
  
  Все больше и больше стало появляться сообщений о намерении Кончаловского снять фильм о Новочеркасских событиях (1962 года). (Конспирологи, наблюдающие за нашим творчеством, обратили внимание на упоминание новочерскасских событий и решили ответить?).
  
  В то время министром искусства был Мединский. На фильм были выделены огромные государственные деньги. Первоначально называлась цифра 150 миллионов рублей. В местной ростовской прессе сообщалось о намерении оказать Кончаловскому (бесплатное?) содействие при съемках фильма.
  
  Теперь этот фильм завершен производством и представлен вниманию публики.
  
  На разных фотографиях (из прошлого?) демонстрируется улыбающееся, счастливое лицо Кончаловского... (Странно, тема фильма - трагическая...).
  
  Никаких комментариев о моральной стороне поступка его жены, Юлии Высоцкой, которая родилась в городе Новочеркасске Ростовской области, я не встретил.
  
  Фильм этот я не смотрел. Смотреть его - желания никакого нет. Но, в силу ряда причин, хочу обратить внимание любителей истории искусства на ряд моментов.
  
  Одной из мощных традицией европейского, итальянского, кино - является реализм.
  
  Новочеркасские события множеством нитей связаны с направлением соратников Хрушева в Западное полушарие. Начиналось хрущевское противостояние США, вся эта история с Кубой. (История с Кубой в наше время дополнилась историей с Венесуэлой времен Мадуро).
  
  Разумеется, вызывает сожаление широкое развитие проституции на Кубе в то время. Но прошла революция под руководством Фиделя Кастро, наступил 2020 год, и нам сообщили, что кубинская гражданка, молодая девушка, приехала из Кубы в Россию. Здесь она занялась проституцией (по сообщениям СМИ). И она была убита в время одного из визитов к клиенту.
  
  Так что - если говорить о проблемах Кубы, то большой вопрос, в какой мере помогли, а в какой мере помешали Кубе в решении ее проблем действия Хрущева и его соратников.
  
  Хрущевская пропаганда делала акцент на проблемах межрасовых отношений в США.
  
  Сталин особой активности в Западном полушарии не проявлял. Наоборот, Западное полушарие выступило единым фронтом - во время Второй мировой войны. Эта позиция была позитивно воспринята союзниками по антигитлеровской коалиции (286. Рассказ о посещении библиотек президентом Франклином Рузвельтом - 1 августа 2018 г.; 292. Рассказ о Панамской декларации 1939 года - 6 августа 2018 г.).
  
  Обращает внимание то, что многие соратники Хрущова, действовавшие в Новочеркасске, и разжигавшие пожар в Западном полушарии - это одни и те же люди.
  
  Таким образом, Новочеркасские события - лишь элемент крупной панорамы международных и внутриполитических событий, инициированных Хрущевым и его соратниками.
  
  Отметим, что все европейские правители времен Второй мировой войны в глубине своего сознания понимали роль своих стран в Западном мире и не проводили последовательной антизападной политики.
  
  Фильм Андрея Кончаловского - это продукт эпохи Владимира Мединского. Впрочем, Европа приобретает все больше опыта, и 'полезных дураков' становится все меньше и меньше...

  Когда-нибудь (в будущем) на международном кинофестивале покажут фильм - как отмываются кино-деньги, а заодно - и история от крови...
  
  Сейчас есть новости о 77 Венецианском кинофестивале.
  
  '28 июля [2020] был объявлен список фильмов, которые вошли в этом году в основной конкурс Венецианского кинофестиваля. Легендарный киносмотр пройдет со 2 по 12 сентября на острове Лидо и станет первым за долгие месяцы крупным международным кинособытием. В числе претендентов на "Золотого льва" - 18 картин, в том числе и фильм "Дорогие товарищи!", снятый классиком отечественного кинематографа Андреем Кончаловским.
  
  ... Главная героиня фильма - работница парткома Людмила (Юлия Высоцкая), которая отвечает за идеологическую работу, получает продуктовые пайки в спецотделе гастронома, и вполне искренне возмущается поведением заводских смутьянов. Но когда в бойне на площади без вести пропадает её дочь-подросток, стройная картина мира убежденной коммунистки рушится в одночасье, и в течение всего лишь суток ей придется стать свидетелем зачисток, арестов, допросов и безымянных захоронений

  Главное в теме 'Новочерскасских событий 1962 года' - не противопоставление темных и светлых сторон жизни. Подобный контраст в какой-то степени имеется в любую эпоху и в любом обществе.
  
  Главное - это вопрос - как примерно через 17 лет после завершения всенародной Великой Отечественной войны армия направила оружие против собственного народа? Каким образом удалось перешагнуть через мораль, через нравственность, через историю...
  
  Как получилось, что армия-победительница направила оружие против своего же народа - народа, который также воевал против фашизма? Кому и каким образом удалось это организовать? Как антигитлеровская идеология (свойственная антигитлеровской коалиции Союзных держав) была заменена в данном инциденте антинародной идеологией?..
  
  Первоначально сообщалось, что стоимость фильма - 150 миллионов рублей...
  
  Хорошие деньги...
  
  Казалось бы - полезных идиотов на Западе становится всё меньше и меньше...

  Сегодня, 7 сентября 2020 года, на Венецианском кинофестивале показан фильм "Дорогие товарищи".
  
  Первоначально на фильм "Дорогие товарищи" планировалось выделить 150 миллионов рублей.
  
  Чем же ценен этот фильм?
  
  1962 год - это год не только Новочеркасских событий. Это год активных действий СССР в Западном полушарии, вообще в Западном Мире.
  
  Эти действия имели свои последствия. Например, десятки тысяч португальцев были вынуждены бежать с заморских территорий. Пострадали не только португальцы, но и другие народы Европы...
  
  Но этим дело не завершилось. Наступил 1991 год...
  
  Действия Хрущева и его окружения имели сложный, закамуфлированный и подлый по отношению к Европе характер.
  
  Новочеркасские события интересны тем, что они приоткрыли завесу над глубинами подлой политики Хрущева.
  
  Настал момент снять этот фильм и показать его на Венецианском кинофестивале.
  
  Показ осуществлён в период, когда происходят события в Белоруссии. Современная политическая система России высказалась в поддержку Лукашенко.
  
  Сегодня похищена одна из деятелей белорусской оппозиции Колесникова.

  Вчера, 7 сентября 2020 г., фильм Андрея Кончаловского и Алишера Усманова "Дорогие товарищи" был показан на Венецианском кинофестивале.
  
  Пресса разразилась отзывами разных оттенков и пересказами содержания фильма.
  
  Мы прочитали примерно пять описаний...
  
  Вот например, Российская газета (https://rg.ru/2020/09/07/v-konkurse-venecianskogo-kinofestivalia-proshel-film-andreia-konchalovskogo.html?utm_source=yxnews&utm_medium=desktop). Пишет Валерий Кичин. Но где же лидер так называемой российской литературы Павел Басинский? Или он, продолжая оставаться в штате государственной Российской газеты, составляет очередной труд о древних и малозначительных деталях жизни какого-то классика русской литературы? ('Книга рассказывает о малоизвестном гении семейства Толстых - о Софье Андреевне') Сохраняется ли за Басинским заработная плата, выплачиваемая ему в государственном учреждении (на то время, когда он "строгает" свои опусы)? (Впрочем, некоторые его книги мы цитировали...) Он - писатель - живущий на гонорары? Или - он государственный служащий, лицо, полностью финансово зависимое от властей? Сейчас императоров, вроде бы, в России нет, но лицо, приближенное к императору, способно побудить к бесплатному литературному труду зависимых сотрудников разного рода государственных организаций. А затем поставить на финишном продукте свое имя... В виде приза - заработная плата, полученная в госучреждении, плюс стопка листов с текстом - с собственным авторством. Могучая поддержка государственных структур в публикации, распространении, пропаганде книги. А далее - репутация литературного деятеля современности?...

  3. Исторический антураж.

  По опыту 70-х годов 20 века мы можем предположить, что Новочеркасский электровозостроительный завод, так же как и другие организации особого значения, снабжался по отдельной схеме. К концу рабочего дня к проходной привозили разного рода мясные, молочные, и прочие продукты и продавали эти продукты выходящим после рабочего дня сотрудникам по умеренным ценам. Другой вопрос в том, что Хрущев активизировал противостояние с Западным Миром, и рабочие, находившиеся в умеренно привилегированном положении, внезапно почувствовали дискомфорт.
  
  Опять таки, фокус внимания перемещается с анти-западной политики Хрущева, и с реальных схем снабжения сотрудников крупных предприятий при социализме, в полу-мифическую провинциальную подсобку.
  
  
  4. Мелкие, но отвратительные детали.
  
  '...отец Людмилы, из донских казаков, под влиянием событий уже совсем не склонен скрывать свои антисоветские взгляды и прятать в сундук икону.   Во-первых, фокус внимания нужно направить не на 'Дон', а на 'партийные органы'. Если кого-то нет, то - там.
  
  Во-вторых, внимание, нужно сфокусировать не на провинциальных пешках, а на Москве, на Хрущеве и на его приспешниках. И не нужно манипулировать иконой и словом 'Дон'. Это, по нашему мнению, мелко, подло и отвратительно...
  
  
  5. Общее замечание.
  
  Новочеркасск - город относительно небольшой. Гнусности были и там (как и везде). Но все же не нужно проецировать нравы больших, столичных городов на небольшие провинциальные города...
  
  Жертвы слегка превращаются в помощников палачей, хотя и раскаившихся пособников... Интересно!...
  
  Впрочем, зачем перемещается фокус внимания - это большинству современных жителей современной России более или менее понятно...

  Несколько минут назад я услышал по радио среднего размера комментарий к фильму 'Дорогие товарищи'.
  
  Стиль комментария - комплиментарно-бессмыcленный. Подозрительные личности даже могут предположить за этим комментарием некую выгодную суету. Ну что же... Всем хочется жить хорошо...
  
  Этот комментарий, как кажется, свидетельствует о том, что движение фильма 'Дорогие товарищи' по киноорбите постепенно завершается.
  
  Далее - кинопрокат...
  
  Кому он нужен? Этот фильм?
  
  Вот, например, слова Александра Лукашенко.
  
  'ЛУКАШЕНКО: (...) Люди очумели. Некоторые люди просто очумевшие... Вот задурили мозги, а мы перестали читать, мы перестали заниматься культурой настоящей, музыкой, книжками и прочее. Мы же в интернет. Интернет чем хорош - что особенно молодёжь, да и мы порой - масса информации. Что мы читаем? Только заголовки. Только заголовки. Мы уже даже текст кратко написанный - мы его не читаем. Ну мы его не читаем, потому что у нас не хватает времени, огромные массивы информации, а дети, молодёжь, даже школьники... Вот выросло новое поколение, которое, говорят, мы упустили. Да мы не упустили это новое поколение, просто жизнь совершенно другая'.   Если ориентироваться на это мнение, то очумевшей молодёжи достаточно услышать или прочитать слова 'Дорогие товарищи'. События 1962 года в городе Новочеркасске такой молодежи абсолютно не интересны. Следовательно, показ фильма 'Дорогие товарищи' в широком прокате - это совершенно неэффективное мероприятие.
  
  Однако в сегодняшнем радио-комментарии к фильму 'Дорогие товарищи' прозвучала похвала финансовому благодетелю Кончаловского и финансовому изобилию, обретенному Кончаловским.
  
  Я, как сценарист, еще не проявил свои таланты, но с чего-то нужно начинать? Тем более, что в киносфере деньги крутятся неплохие. Ну что же... Всем хочется жить хорошо...
  
  Почему бы не актуализировать тему фильма 'Дорогие товарищи'?
  
  Вот мои идеи о новом сценарии для режиссера Кончаловского.
  
  Например, достаточно актуальным будет фильм, посвященный событиям в Белоруссии.
  
  Рабочее название фильма - 'Чёрный парад' (Вариант: 'Чёрный парад моды с автоматом Калашникова').
  
  В центре фильма - член избирательной комиссии Валя (или Маня). Она работала в колхозе, которым руководил Лукашенко, но позже доросла до должности члена избирательной комиссии.
  
  Член избирательной комиссии в условиях тоталитарно-деспотического режима - это (в реальности) пешка, чья задача - фальсифицирование результатов выборов в пользу правящей группы.
  
  Но режиссер (и вся кино-бригада) об этом, естественно, не догадываются. И знать об этом не хотят.
  
  Августовские и сентябрьские события 2020 года в Белоруссии рассматриваются через взгляд рядового члена избирательной комиссии. Она получает деньги в конвертах из одного или нескольких источников, а также - официально, в виде зарплаты. Живет сравнительно неплохо. Но все меняется, когда ее дочь случайно захватывают на улице и затаскивают в какое-то официальное учреждение. Там эту дочь пытают, унижают, не дают есть, пить, посещать туалет в течение трёх дней, а затем еще и как-то наказывают. Когда дочь выходит из официального учреждения расстроенная мать слышит, что 'некоторые девчонки попы красили синей краской'.
  
  Подтекст фильма. Изображать наивных людей. Превращать бесправную и бессильную пешку (члена избирательной комиссии) в значительную фигуру, в члена правящей элиты. Эта женщина - маленький элемент большого коллективного палача. Вести дело к идее - палачи становятся жертвой. Само собой, о более высоком (высшем) уровне власти - ни слова.
  
  Для правдоподобности, упомянуть Лукашенко - это, всё же, требуется. Для общей правдоподобности в фильме размещается эпизод. Родной дядя главной героини (члена избирательной комиссии) заходит в интернет. Дядя находит там интервью Александра Лукашенко от 8 сентября 2020 года, и читает: 'ЛУКАШЕНКО: И особенность та, что у нас мужики начали прятаться за женщин и детей. Но только у нас это было 75-80 лет назад, как фашисты вперёд пускали женщин, а сами за них прятались.'
  
  Далее дядя выключает компьютер и с важным видом громко говорит на камеру: 'В Белоруссии мужиков нет!'
  
  Общая стилистика фильма - фильм снят в кроваво-красных и коричневых тонах...
  
  Когда фильм готов, главный спонсор-благодетель мигает кому-то, и к важному кинофестивалю направляется из нейтрального источника спонсорский взнос.
  
  Фильм 'Чёрный парад' включается в программу кинофестиваля, получает какой-нибудь приз (важен повод для медиа; широкая публика в этих кинопризах не разбирается).
  
  Немного выгодной суеты. Комплиментарные, но бессмысленные комментарии в СМИ.
  
  В связи с актуальностью темы (события в Белоруссии!) какая-то выручка приобретается в широком кино-прокате...
  
  Поскольку сюжет в своей основе позаимствован из греческой мифологии (в этом вопросе я верю авторитетам), то его можно воспроизводить периодически. Так что об упреках в адрес некоторого сходства сюжетов я не беспокоюсь.
  
  Итак, это - мои предложения режиссеру Кончаловскому (при предположении, что жизнь художника хороша, когда в ней наступает период финансового изобилия).
  
  На оплате не настаиваю, так как под понятие 'свой' я не попадаю... С другой стороны, не буду спорить с Виссарионом Белинским.

  The commentary style is complimentary (positive) and meaningless. Suspicious individuals may even suggest a some profitable fuss behind this comment. Well ... Everyone wants to live well ...
  
  This comment seems to indicate that the motion of "Dear Comrades" along the kino-orbit is gradually coming to an end.
  
  Further - film distribution (the broad screening)...
  
  Who needs him? This movie?
  
  For example, here are the words of Alexander Lukashenko.
  
  'LUKASHENKO: (...) People are crazy. Some people are just crazy ... So they got crazy, and we stopped reading, we stopped engaging in real culture, music, books and so on. We are on the Internet. What is good about the Internet - especially young people, and sometimes we - a lot of information. What are we reading? Headers only. Headers only.   If we are guided by this opinion, then it is enough for the mad youth to hear or read the words (the title) 'Dear comrades'. The events of 1962 in the city of Novocherkassk are absolutely not interesting for such young people. Consequently, the broad screening of the film 'Dear Comrades' is a completely ineffective business.
  
  However, in today's radio commentary on the film "Dear Comrades" praise was made to the financial benefactor of Konchalovsky and the financial abundance that Konchalovsky acquired.
  
  I, as a screenwriter, have not yet shown my talents, but sometime I need to start? Moreover, the quite good money is spinning in the cinema. Well ... Everyone wants to live well ...
  
  Why not update the theme of the film "Dear Comrades"?
  
  Here are my ideas of a new script - for the director Konchalovsky.
  
  For example, a film dedicated to the events in Belarus will be quite relevant.
  
  The working title of the film is "Black Parade" (Option: "Black Fashion Parade with a Kalashnikov assault rifle").
  
  In the center of the film is a member of the election commission Valya (or Manya). She worked on a collective farm (led by Lukashenko), but later rose to the position of a member of the election commission.
  
  A member of the electoral commission under a totalitarian-despotic regime is (in reality) a pawn whose task is to falsify election results in favor of the ruling group.
  
  But the director (and the entire film crew), of course, are not aware of this. And they don't want to know about it.
  
  Spectators of film are observing the August and September events of 2020 in Belarus through the eyes of an ordinary member of the election commission. She receives money in envelopes from one or more sources, and also - officially, in the form of a salary. Lives relatively well. Everyone wants to live well ... But everything changes when her daughter is accidentally captured (by efforts of unknown people) on a street and dragged into some kind of official institution. There this daughter for three days is tortured, humiliated, not allowed to eat, drink, to go to the toilet, and then she is, also, somehow punished. When she leaves the official institution, a frustrated mother hears that "some girls painted their asses with blue paint.". [such an explanation for the marks left on the body from the blows]
  
  Movie subtext. Portray naive people. To transform a disenfranchised and powerless pawn (member of the electoral commission) into a significant figure, into a member of the ruling elite. This woman is a small element of a large collective executioner. To lead the case to the idea - the executioners become a victim. Of course, not a word about a higher (highest) level of power.
  
  For an atmosphere of a truth, mentioning Lukashenko is, nevertheless, required. For overall credibility, an episode is placed in the film. The uncle of the main character (of a member of the election commission) goes online. Uncle finds there an interview with Alexander Lukashenko on September 8, 2020, and reads: 'LUKASHENKO: And the peculiarity is that our men began to hide behind women and children. But only in our country it was 75-80 years ago, when the Nazis let women go forward, while hiding behind them. "
  
  Then the uncle turns off the computer and with an important look speaks loudly to the camera: "There are no men in Belarus!"
  
  The general style of the film. The film is shot in blood red and brown tones ...
  
  When the film is ready, the main benefactor sponsor blinks to someone. A sponsorship fee is sent to an important film festival from a neutral source.
  
  The film "Black Parade" is included in the program of the film festival, receives some kind of prize (the reason for the media, for advertising is important; the general public does not understand these film prizes).
  
  A little hustle and bustle. Complimentary but meaningless comments in the media.
  
  Due to the relevance of the topic (events in Belarus!), a some proceeds are acquired during a wide film distribution (a broad screening)...
  
  Since the plot is basically borrowed from Greek mythology (in this matter I believe to the respectable figures), it can be reproduced periodically. So I'm not worried about reproaches about some similarity of plots.
  
  So, these are my suggestions to the director Konchalovsky (assuming that an artist's life is good when a period of financial abundance begins in such life).
  
  I don't insist on payment, because I don't fall under the notion of 'member of own, narrow, limited circle' ... On the other hand, I will not argue with Vissarion Belinsky.
