Boris Borisych had one million rubles in the ABC Bank, - at twenty percent per annum, with interest paid monthly. After receiving the interest (percentages), Boris Borisych was walking to the river and was looking at the float.

However, the most interesting news suddenly came from his buddies. He was walking past them when they were playing dominoes.
"Borisych! Have you heard that the banking license of ABC Bank has been revoked (annulled)?!"
Boris Borisych quickly found out the details of what had happened. It turned out that it was necessary not to "flap ears", but at the appointed time to use the deposit insurance system and to get back the million: the state took care of Boris Borisich - it organized insurance of bank deposits (but it is possible to receive back no more than 1.4 million rubles in total per depositor (including accrued interest on deposits)).
So, the million will be returned back to Boris Borisych without any problems.

Several talkative depositors were also waiting here.
In five minutes spent near the cash desk, Boris Borisych learned from the depositors standing nearby that the license had been revoked (annulled) due to violation of the law and in connection with the "the loss-making" of the ABC Bank.
Boris Borisych remembered how pleasant it was to receive more than 16,000 rubles a month, how good it was after that to go to the river and look at the float, and he mentally expressed sympathy to the bank's management.
Who are these people? They're probably young, pretty, and energetic employees.
"Why did you, guys, get my money at twenty percent per annum, but you weren't able to place it at thirty percent? You give me twenty, you take ten for yourself! Others are "spinning"... Okay, well... Don't be sad about me!"
The place in front of the cash desk has been vacated. Boris Borisych got his million back without any problems - everything is organized at the highest level.
"Don't be sad about me, guys: I'm heading to another bank!" He mentally said goodbye to ABC Bank.
Boris Borisych walked around the corner, entered the CBA-F Bank and deposited his million at twenty percent per annum, with the payment of interest monthly.
After that, he went to the river in a good mood to look at the float. "Life goes on!!"
