ON THE ISSUE OF COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
Dear Head of The Publishing Service .i ....!
Two days ago, on June 5, 2021 (Saturday), I sent a letter to the publishing service .i .... with the following content:
'I can't help but start this letter by acknowledging the benefits [usefulness] of my collaboration with the publishing service .i ..... I wish .i .... a much success!
At the same time, I was not satisfied with the fact that I did not receive a single ruble from the publishing service .i ..... And this despite the fact that I have published through the publishing service .i .... more than 20 books. Many books were published, a number of books were in a state of "pre-publication" [preliminary stage], so accurate counting was difficult.
In May 2018, after a long correspondence with .i ...., (due to the absolute disadvantage of cooperation [lack of any benefits, unprofitableness]), I liquidated my account in .i .... and received an assurance from .i .... with the following content: ' Vladimir, we do not send out notifications about the withdrawal of books from the publication process. Within a week after the [your] request, they will definitely be removed. " (letter from .i .... dated May 8 [2018], 17:30).

So, I found not only my book, but also - its text (partially?).
Thus, my book has been used for about 3 years. It's possible to discuss in more detail about the nature of use ... Advertising? Near-advertising purposes?
Obviously, this is being done against my will, what is confirmed my repeated letters to .i .....
Did the damage for my interests take place? I believe that it is possible to discuss the magnitude of this damage, but the very fact of the damage cannot be disputed.
It seems to me that I should discuss the question that has arisen with .i ...., and not with partners .i .... (I had no relationship with them).
First, I insist on stopping the use of my books without my consent.
Secondly, I am making attempts to organize interaction with other organizations, and it is important for me not to have unfinished and uncertain relationships with .i .... and with partners .i .....
Thirdly, there are still opportunities for my cooperation with .i .... - but not on an enslaving (for me), but on a mutually beneficial basis.
Fourthly, I consider it fair to raise the issue of compensation for my damage. The smallest compensation may look like sending me several (paper) copies of my book 'Учебник писательского успеха. Часть I. Генрих Шлиман и его уроки' ('A tutorial of a writer's success. Part I. Heinrich Schliemann and his lessons'). This statement of the question is not a new expression of will (canceling the previously expressed), is not a direct or indirect permission to use or reproduce or sell by [through] .i .... of any of my books. But we can agree on the issue of compensation by exchanging letters (specifying the order [of sending] and number of books to be sent to me).
Since my demands are completely reasonable, fair and legal (as well as extremely moderate), I hope that the issue will be quickly resolved by .i .....

As it seems to me, the main scenario is as follows:
To visit the site at the address I indicated, to admit the existence of a problem. Part of the problem can be solved immediately by agreeing to print and send to my address from 5 to 10 paper copies of the named book. For correspondence with partners, may be taken a reasonable period of 1-2 weeks.
Another variant:
To wait for the disappearance of the information to which I indicated, the information, which located at the address I indicated. Then to pretend that there was no copyright infringement for three years, that there is no problem, that my proposal to compensate for the damage caused to me is unfounded.
There are other options ...
Now (June 8, 2021, Tuesday), I regretfully have to state that the answer from the publishing service - despite the beginning of the working week - has not been received by me.
