A Picasso picture. A diary note.
While tracking the path of my books sent by mail to different countries (to cultural organizations), I found a mention of a letter from the tax service that was not handed to me and was returned back to the sender (it was in 2023).
In February 2024, I submitted my income declaration, and on the same day I paid tax in the amount of 53,000 (fifty-three thousand) rubles (I went to the Sberbank branch). So I was calm about the problems, connected with the returned letter. But still, it was necessary to check what kind of letter it was. For convenience, I planned to make a photocopy of the Mail Tracking Report at a convenient moment.
Not far from the office of the South Russian Institute of Social Marketing, I saw the entrance to a printing workshop. This printing workshop was filled with visitors-students preparing various kinds of theses and term papers. The visitors of the printing workshop talked about various topics. Photographs and copies of paintings were hung everywhere...
At some point, I decided to join the conversation, to show the breadth of my knowledge, and I said that the napkins on which Picasso made drawings in a cafe between cups of coffee are sold for a lot of money nowadays.
But you have to be a Picasso to be capable to do such works!
No one objected to these my words. But since Picasso was not directly related to the South Russian Institute of Social Marketing, the topic was not developed.
Under the influence of various photographs, I decided to order a picture of myself. Not for documents, but just to look at myself as of May 8, 2024.
The weather was changeable, and I was wearing a dark blue wool polo with long sleeves.
In the photo, this polo turned out to be black. And my lips looked, as if I was angry at something.
At that moment, I saw (in workshop) samples of white T-shirts with inscriptions and drawings. I can receive a T-shirt with the inscription!
I immediately ordered the production of a T-shirt with the inscription "Life-Style Project "Zalessky and We".
After 15 minutes I received such T-shirt (with the inscription).
I thought that in a white T-shirt (with the inscription) I would look more fun. A new order was quite logical: to make a new photo - I in this T-shirt.
The new photo turned out to be optimistic.
Moreover, on his own initiative and at my request, the master of photography retouched it.
"The result," I thought, "is at the level of real art!"
And this morning I returned to this picture in my mind, and I thought that Pablo Picasso was creating some of his works in the same way - casually, easily, as if by the way.
