A Tax Reform. A story for students about Seryozha.
Yana, Seryozha's cousin, a studentess at the University of Economic Sciences, came to Seryozha's family for a few days.
In the evening, Seryozha and Yana drank tea in the kitchen. They talked about the Territories of Advanced Development, about the demographic pit, and tax reform.
Seryozha, - as the Chairman of the Public Council of the Pool, - explained to Yana how to think correctly. He insisted that modern conditions require the introduction of a progressive scale of taxation:
- A progressive scale of taxation will ensure a social justice and will give a positive impact on economic growth.
- The flat scale of taxation has proven its effectiveness! Yana was insisting.
At this time, the doorbell rang.
Heated by the argument, Yana ran to the front door, opened it and saw a pizza delivery guy.
She grabbed the pizza box and slammed the door in (before) the courier's face.
Returning to the kitchen, Yana opened the box, cut off a piece of pizza, swallowed it and wanted to continue her thought about the flat scale of taxation.
However, Seryozha beat her to it:
- Everyone supports the progressive scale...
Yana, under the influence of irritation, grabbed a pizza box and hit Seryozha on the head with this box.
The blow was unpleasant, itself, but there was also a portion of tomato sauce in the box. Seryozha was stained with this red sauce.
There was a noise in the hallway. Apparently, the neighbors came for their pizza, which mistakenly got into Seryozha's apartment.
Astonished exclamations were heard from the corridor: "Ah!!!" "Ah!!!". It was someone from the hallway who saw Seryozha after the Yana's hit of him on the head with a pizza. After that, the sounds faded away.
Ten minutes later, the doorbell rang insistently.
Several people came, with a cultured dog:
- What happened here?
Seryozha grimaced in annoyance:
- We are the one (the same) family! It's a family matter! What kind of claims can there be? I slipped, accidentally fell and hit my head on the pizza.
Those arrived wrote something down, and one of them said: "Sometimes my wife hits me on my head with a wooden rolling pin. Or by a frying pan." He paused, touched his head and added, "Now they sell useful ceramic items in specialty stores. They protect the head." The cultured dog sat quietly and looked at what was happening with a kind look.
Soon the people, who came, left with the dog.
- It all happened after the pizza! - Yana guessed. - This pizza delivery man was probably on a scooter! There are traces left.
- This is you who ordered the pizza? Seryozha asked.
- No!
- We need to find! To find the tracks! We need to identify the customer, the paymaster! Seryozha insisted. - And the progressive scale of taxation is more fair!
Yana looked around the kitchen: where are the kitchen utensils are hanging?
