Recently, we heard about the "Eurasian home" ['евразийском доме'] and the young Russial nation [российской нации].
Why did these statements seem interesting to us?
Because they - objectively - are diverting attention from an important process, because they obscured the elimination, liquidation of the intelligentsia (in general) and the technical intelligentsia (in particular).
For all the shortcomings of this intelligentsia, it was the bearer of the traditions of Peter the Great and the huge historical (democratic) experience of the East-Republican culture (conditionally dated 1364, but closely related to the cultural traditions of Ancient Rome, Ancient Greece and two thousand year epoch of Christian culture). There were also close ties with the traditions of the development of Siberia, the Far East, the Arctic (in the period 1480-1991).
With the destruction, with the elimination of this intelligentsia, people with another traditions, other inclinations and another historical experience come to the fore.
A criminal sub-culture is developing. Collective murders within the family are obvious signs of its flourishing.
We recently wrote about two stories. When describing their participants (young people), the contest TV show 'Clever and Positive Pupils" [телешоу 'Умники и умницы'] was mentioned. The patrons of the criminal sub-culture are well established - they are provided with prestigious jobs and funding. So this sub-culture has development potential.
In such a situation, the declared development of the Arctic turns into a chain of environmental disasters, the plundering of natural resources and the abandonment after the so-called development of long-term, centuries-old environmental problems.
The role of social networks is interesting.
During the disaster near Norilsk on May 29, 2020 (as well as in the situation of the invasion of polar bears on Novaya Zemlya in 2019), publications on social networks played a significant role.

The main thing is comments with soothing shades.
But more recently, we heard about a pressure in adress of the social network. More and more obligationes are being assigned to social networks. The fines are getting bigger.
