  If a person has a penchant for reading a Western books about success, then he discovers such a direction of investment as a real estate.
  
  A person living on wages can invest in what real estate? It is clear that he spends his means not for purchasing a factories and a steamboats. For example, he invests in the land (country, garden) plots.
  
  Of course, it gradually turns out that owning these land plots is a nervous and troublesome business.
  
  All these land plots appeared around the 80s of the 20th century. They stood calmly and did not ask for food. They had no value.
  
  But with oil prices rising, they began to rise in price as well.
  
  Someone began to buy, someone to sold.
  
  Then prices fell again.
  
  There was a strange fuss around these land plots. If earlier they stood calmly for decades and didn't touch anyone, in the new conditions they interested many people.
  
  A common practice is to change the rules after the start of the game.
  
  I experienced it myself. Suddenly I received a claim for the payment of membership dues (membership fees). The case was referred to court.
  
  (I'll separately note that we are talking about membership fees. The taxes, established by the state, were paid).
  
  Previously, a simple gardeners worked at a positions of a partnership chairmen. Such a chairmen knew very well who visited sites and used the services and infrastructure (the chairman approached such gardeners and insisted on paying membership fees), and who didn't visited their land plots - there were no such requirements and claims.
  
  Now the composition of the leadership of partnerships has changed. New executives are not all focused on visits. And the idealistic-maximalist attitude is to demand a membership fees from everyone.
  
  Naturally, this installation has little to do with reality.
  
  Someone has died, someone is sick, someone has a decrepit age, someone has insufficient income, someone has an only one dwelling, someone is ready to go to the general meeting and, in response to the demands, put forward counterclaims, and someone is even ready to try their luck in a countergames ...
  
  The attempt to demand the payment of membership dues from all-all-all is basing (is pillaring) on the new legislation, which has put on an equal footing both those who use the infrastructure, services, and those who do not use.
  
  The efforts of the deputies are clearly visible ... There are no other topics and problems in the Russian Federation ... Tens of millions of high-tech jobs have been created, already ...
  
  Apparently, the main privatization (of more or less large facilities) has ended ...
  
  Suppose there are 1000 plots in a partnership, 200-300 owners are paying membership fees relatively regularly.
  
  It is logical to assume that the claims are directed to the 800 debtors - not only to me?
  
  I tried to find a way to a peace agreement. I called both the management of the partnership and the lawyer hired by the partnership.
  
  I suggested such an option. I pay voluntarily without a lawsuit, and they give me a discount - a some percentage of the total amount of the requirement.
  
  I achieved practically nothing (it seems that the penalty was reduced).
  
  I had to pay.
  
  It only remained to rejoice for the organisation - for the partnership. It is clear that not only I paid, but the rest 799 people paid, too.
  
  If, let's say, only I (from 800), voluntarily paid. And forcibly another 10 percent (80 people), then in this case it turns out that 719 people did not pay, and that the claims against them were sent without obtaining a result. If the situation is this way, then it's insulting ... I am expressing out such a reflections, statments, thoughts speculatively, ideally, theoretically ...
  
  Still, to make 799 (800) lawsuits - it is not a small work ...
  
  But the main thing is that I personally did not stand aside ... After all, it is important to think about my own responsibility, and not about other people and not about their responsibility. Maybe this whole lawsuit company was organized for one person?
  
  Nevertheless, there was such information that someone sold his plot for 5,000 (five thousand) rubles - to get rid of all the requirements associated with the new (adopted after the "start of the game") rules. But this I convey from the words of other persons.
  
  Personally, I didn't want to take such a step (selling the land plots for a song) without any absolutely urgent need.
  
  But on May 12, 2020, a message was heard on the radio that demand for land plots increased in all regions of the Russian Federation.
  
  In October 2019, I looked on the Internet for land plot prices (Bataysk, Azovsky District) - it seems that the cheapest selling price was 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand) rubles per one land plot (their area is approximately equal - it ranges around the value of 600 square meters).
  
  I found the phone number of some company on the website, I called. The realtor informed me about a price of 450,000 (four hundred and fifty thousand) rubles for one plot, but warned that there was no demand. If there is no demand, then you can bargain. To reduce the price. The realtor broke off. He ceased to be in contact. Why? Not clearly...
  
  So it was in October 2019, and now is the May 2020 ... Now, a demand in all regions of the Russian Federation for land plots has grown ...
  
  I am writing, again, once more, an e-mail to a realtor - I am reminding him that I sent by e-mail the copies of certificates of ownership of the land plots to his address.
  
  Two land plots in DNT [dacha partnership, dacha association] "Vesna" - the territory of the city of Bataysk. In the city? - It's a plus.
  
  One site near Kochevanchik, Azovsky District, DNT "Energetik". Within the cycling reach are the Kagalnik River and the Blue Lake. I didn 't visit the River. - I oriented according the map. I repeatedly came up to the Blue Lake by car (on the way to the land plot) and I was swimming and diving...
  
  What are the current prices for land plots?
  
  Whether the realtor will respond? I am waiting for the answer.....
