Senya decided to appeal to his friends with an appeal about the need to gather a winter debris in the yard and to remove it and to wash cars.

Senya gives his friends the approving gazes and smiles (you need to be careful about the awards - picking up winter debris and washing cars are not yet those actions that deserve a significant awards).
At this moment Senya distracted from his thoughts. A huge garbage truck passed not far from him.
Senya has not yet made an appeal to friends, he has not yet given each of his friends a specific assignment, but everything has already been done! The garbage truck takes out the gathered debris left over after winter!
Senya, in order to confirm his guess, went to the cars of friends for inspection.
So it there is! All the cars, that friends use, are perfectly washed and shine with beauty.
Senya directed his gaze onto friends.
All of them rotate pedals of the velosimulators on the sportsground. Bliss was visible on their faces.
They have already looked at Senya's face, they have already noticed his approving gazes and smiles!
A management systems were known in history: from Fayol, from Emerson, from Taylor ...
Now a new control system has emerged - it is based on the Senya's ideas!
