What is the usefulness of the yuan acquisition action? A bank client purchases yuan, opens an account (bank deposit) in yuan, and competent bank financiers use yuan for the benefit of our native economy.
Thus, I heard the above-mentioned advertisement for about a week, but did not dare to take the appropriate action. I haven't received a single ruble of public (state) money for about 20-15-10 years (I can't say for sure), I only paid taxes and other mandatory payments in favor of the state. And the retirement age has been raised, so at my age (about 61 years old) I have no right to receive a pension.
However, upon learning of the arrival of the Distinguished Guest, I could not restrain my patriotic impulse as well as I could not miss the opportunity to demonstrate my loyalty.
I get dressed, take off my slippers, put on the appropriate shoes and head to the bank.
"I want to buy yuan (in exchange of rubles) and to open a deposit in yuan!"
At first I meet puzzled looks and even a confusion.
But I'm asking a leading questions:

It was not without cynical considerations on my part. As the Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Rostov Region informed me (Letter No. 23-16/3267@ dated December 23, 2021), my 'ownership right' to the object of real estate 'was terminated on June 3, 2019'.

It was the state - the Russian Federation - (in whose jurisdiction the UGRN is located), that deprived me of the right of ownership.
I asked my native state - if it deprived me of ownership of a real estate object with an approximate cost of 80,000 (eighty thousand) US dollars - to protect and to restore my constitutional rights. The best way to protect and to restore my rights, - I thought (and I still consider) - is the payment to me of a compensation. Naturally, the native state cannot convert $80,000 into RUB and to transfer such means to my account - what are the legal grounds?
Of course, now it's massive - thousands (tens of thousands?) people - (due to well-known events) - receive financial resources without any court decisions - as a compensation for lost housing ... Understandable difficulties may arise when determining the amounts to be paid...
But there are centrally approved standards of payments (the payout ratio) to those property owners from whom real estate is withdrawn for public (state) needs. The amount of payments depends on the area of the property. The square (area) of the object (the right of ownership of which I am deprived off), is known. The square was repeatedly indicated in various documents - no violation of the law. The square (area) is multiplied by the standards of payments (the payout ratio). The total amount is obtained. Everything is according to the law. No subjectivity.
But how do I get this money, this financial means, this compensation?
Maybe some of what I write and post on the Internet causes displeasure of a certain high-ranking officials?
An element of cynicism is triggered: I am ready to demonstrate my loyalty by opening a deposit in yuan.
The relevant high-ranking people will see how I am trying to win their favor, they will feel condescension towards me, they will pity me, and they will pay me compensation for the property right I have lost.
What is left for a citizen of the Russian Federation to do, - to the RF citizen like am I?
To find and to catch moments for a proportionate demonstration of a loyalty.
To show a sincere patriotism.
And to wait, when the state (that raised the retirement age, that did not pay me 20-15-10 years (I can't say for sure) even one ruble of public money) (but carefully received taxes and other mandatory payments from me), the state that deprived me the right of ownership of an object with an approximate cost of $ 80,000, - when this state will begin to act in the interests of a RF citizen - as this is established by our native Constitution...
