The Law Of Income Conservation (out of the ancient Chinese treatise "The Golden Flower of General Welfare"). A Note on Global Economic Theory.

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia signed (on September 17, 2025) a mutual defense agreement. The Saudi-Pakistani agreement stipulates that "any aggression against one of the two countries will be considered as the aggression against both states."

According to the Law of Income Conservation (from the ancient Chinese treatise "The Golden Flower of General Welfare"), incomes do not disappear into nowhere and do not appear from nowhere; they are merely redistributed (in a new way) over time among income recipients.

Schematic illustration: Suppose A received an income of 100 monetary units. A's income decreased by 50 monetary units. In this case, the income of B would increase by 50 monetary units. The 50 monetary units would be added to B's previous income.

Could the oil market get (of) a new global regulator? Let's assume that a lower price will be established for some batches of oil (oil shipments) and a higher price for others. This would mean a decrease in revenues for some countries while increasing revenues for others; global incomes remain the same.

Or: Recipients of oil revenues (oil sellers) buy Chinese income securities in yuan (with unlimited issuance of yuan for their global circulation), which would mean a decrease in revenues for some countries while increasing revenues for others. Global incomes remain the same.

Let all flowers bloom! Including the Golden Flower of General Prosperity!

Such a scenario could be the most interesting. If interest payments on income-producing securities (purchased by oil sellers and by other global financial market participants) rise significantly that will lead to significant difficulties in servicing them -to the point that they become significantly difficult to service (to be paid off) - one state entity issues super-yuan (a new, stable currency); the deposits of the most influential players in the global financial market are paid in super-yuans, while the monetary units of that state entity which serviced (previously) global monetary operations are redenominated. Such a scenario would signify the maximum flourishing of the Golden Flower of General Prosperity.

The studying the operation of the Law of Income Conservation (from the ancient Chinese treatise "The Golden Flower of General Welfare") in modern conditions will contribute to the development of global economic theory.
