There is a wide social movement of people concerned about the destiny of killer whales and belugas held in the "whale prison" in Primorye. This movement unites completely different people. And this movement surprisingly vigorously and effectively acts.
There is a man, armed with a state power (of a regional level), which due to the circumstances sent an invitation to the respected Jean-Michel Cousteau.
Dear Jean-Michel Cousteau comes to Russia. His authority and qualifications are combined with the power of a wide social movement. And - the marine animals found freedom. The whale prison is closed. The catching marine animals is prohibited.

However, not in vain in Russia worked writers Ilf and Petrov. They understood a many things. For example, they understood that a chess game is played according to its own, special, laws.

The representative of reputable organization Whale sanctuary project clear explains that "We look forward to unite with them [with the Russian scientists, researchers and government officials]...".
Why not to unite... Why not to make the polite and gallant statement... It is clear, that in any situation both common sense, and some kind of diplomacy, and political correctness are required...
At the same time, from the moment of Jean-Michel Cousteau's invitation the "chessboard" was replenished with at least two figures.
How the game will develop further?. Ilf and Petrov write "The Twelve chairs" and they smile. Not so that is simple to win a simultaneous game on the many boards...
