The story of the "whale prison" became known after Greenpeace in October last year said that an illegal sale of 13 red book killer whales from Russia to China is preparing. And it is quite possible, one more arrival (and, maybe, and several visits) dear Jean-Michel Cousteau will required. In this regard, it would be quite logical if the government of Primorsky Krai (or other competent authority) would find an opportunity to compensate (in full) to dear Jean-Michel Cousteau all his expenses connected with arrival to Russia (journey, accommodation, transportation of freights, expenses on filmings, photography, communication and the other interconnected expenses). Quite perhaps, also the honorarium would be useful, appropriate, - in any case a money will go for useful activity. There are no doubts in Jean-Michel Cousteau's qualification.
