TASS, March 26. The organization of American States (OAS) on Monday condemned the arrival in Venezuela of two Russian aircraft with military personnel and cargo.
The document was published on the organization's website.
"The OAS General Secretariat condemns the recent Russian military invasion of Venezuela, which was not authorized by the National Assembly (unicameral Parliament), as required by the Venezuelan Constitution, and which was made to support the illegal government," the statement said.

It took place in the afternoon of 25 March, affecting several areas of the Venezuelan capital, Caracas, as well as the state of Miranda. Total without light were at least 16 Venezuelan States, reports NTN24 with reference to Twitter users.
Due to a power outage disrupted the work of 1, 2 and 3 subway lines in Caracas, according to Twitter metro. In Caracas, traffic lights, mobile communications and the Internet also do not work.
