Listening to the radio regularly, I receive information that allows me to understand the principles of economic and political movement forward.
"There are not problems! - There are possibilities!"
This principle can be applied to the Syrian events and their results.
More or less regularly I, as a radio listener, hear about the huge geopolitical and foreign economic opportunities associated with the construction of nuclear power plants outside Russia.
In this regard, it is important not to miss a unique opportunity - due to the many minor current problems: to use the constant contacts established with various forces for the promoting the idea of building a nuclear power plant in Syria.
The priority in putting forward such an idea will allow to have a preferential position in the course of a possible competition.
Such an initiative can be very timely.
As I understand it, work on the Akkuyu project (the Nuclear Power Plant project in the Republic of Türkiye) is underway at a rapid pace and is nearing completion.
If I understood correctly, the approximate cost of the Akkuyu project is about 20 billion US dollars.
The discount rate of the Bank of the Russia can serve as a guideline for approximate determination of the level of profitability: let's say the profit will be $ 5 billion.
Total revenue - cost plus profit - will be (approximately) $25 billion.
With the revenue side of the state budget of the Russian Federation in the coming 2025, about 40 trillion Russian rubles, - 25 billion dollars is not such a serious amount. It is much more interesting (from all points of view) to spend this amount to use the unique economic and political opportunities in connection with the Syrian events - to build a nuclear power plant in a new Syria.
The implementation of such a project will strengthen the position in an important geopolitical region, through usage of a relatively modest amount of money.
The enormous political and economic impact will be felt on a historical scale.
Some inaccuracies in my reasoning are possible, since I have not received even (a one) kopeck from the state for 10-20 years (I only pay taxes and other mandatory payments in favor of the state), I do not have access to confidential information, I perceive the data by ear from radio broadcasts. However, possible inaccuracies are not of a fundamental nature.
