From time to time I reflect on the situation.
And I see at least two algorithms.
The first algorithm is related to the "digital economy". Like any other official idea, the 'Digital Economy' was accompanied by the strongest chatter.
I took note of the size of the chatter, and in order to save money and time, I used not regular mail, but e-mail.
The algorithm for sending an application to a government agency (the Government of the Russian Federation) by e-mail gives rise to a more or less standard emotion: a bewilderment. There is no reaction. It is not even clear whether the Government of the Russian Federation received my application.
Of course, officials received it. Internet monitoring is organized at the highest level - and everyone can feel it in their own skin. But they received it as if "not officially" ...
In general, the 'digital economy' (allegedly) exists, but there is no response to my application three months after it was sent by e-mail (May, June, July).
The second algorithm gives rise to more interesting emotions.
The Russian Federation has deprived me of the right of ownership of real estate object.
This happened more than three years ago - in 2019.
Unexpectedly for myself, after receiving a tax notice in October 2022, I learned about this pleasant event.
I started complaining. The dialogue mode was maintained up to the level of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (the failure occurred at the level of the Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Rostov Oblast - their answer, - which, as they said, they sent by a regular mail - and I asked to send answers by e-mail - I did not receive).
In any civilized state, residents dream of becoming owners of solid real estate.
However, having learned from the responses of the tax authorities that I am no longer the owner, I decided not to return to the status of the owner. This particular case characterizes well the results of state activity.
What me to do? To find, simply, myself deprived the right of ownership of real estate object?
I demanded compensation.
The Russian Federation made two counter-proposals to me - either I should start re-registering the property rights (to the 'blocked development residential building' ["a blocked building"] ???), or I should enter into a legal dispute with her.
Excuse me, misters!
The problem was created not by me, but by the Russian Federation. Why is the burden of her decision is planned to place on my shoulders?
Compensation seems to me the most optimal way out of the situation. But if you decide to follow the path of a new registration of ownership of the "blocked development residential building" or to achieve a court decision, then you have every opportunity for this.
I would not agree with the relevant (possible) steps of the Russian Federation, but would I protest? Now I cannot express my opinion - in any case, I have not heard of any such steps.
If a simple citizen deprives another citizen of property - what (how) is it called?
For cases of open deprivation there is one name, for secret deprivation another name. And for weaning property with the use of weapons - there is another legal name.
But here we are talking about something else.
A citizen was deprived of property not by an ordinary citizen, but by the Russian Federation !!!
So, the second algorithm is interesting because none of the officials are worried.
So what? Well, the citizen had an object of real estate. Then - the the relevant right "disappeared". That is, there is a house, but it somehow 'disappeared' from the tax records, the corresponding taxes were not paid. But don't worry! Why should you be nervous about the tax interests of the Russian Federation?
I recalls of Arnold Schwarzenegger. In one of the films (Red Heat (1988 film)), he, with a uniform hat and uniform overcoat, shouted in Russian: 'What is your evidence!' ('Kakie vashi docasatelstva!').
